When I sat down, the server gave me complimentary watermelon chunks (I ate most of it before I took a picture). I ordered the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes ($8 - found under "desserts") and a Red Juice ($6 - orange, beet, carrot). Everything was delicious and SO FRESH. The pancakes weren't overly sweet, the ricotta house-made. The juice was made right in front of me. It was so good that I ordered a second juice, the Green Juice (orange, green apple, celery, aloe). It was even better than the first! And even better than the food was the service. My server, Logan, was incredibly kind and attentive. I already texted my local friends to try this place out. I would absolutely come back!

Service: Excellent customer service! Efficient, fast, and professional. Food: I'm a breakfast lover, so I ordered French Toast, veggie Omelette and potatoes. Each course was beautifully presented, and the wine pairings were thoughtfully selected to complement the food. Michael was fantastic--friendly, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable about the wines. He took the time to explain each pairing and made the experience even more enjoyable. "No problem, friend". It becomes annoying... but not a big concern. What was concerning, however, was the quality of food. I can only say "hit and miss". Our table of two opted for the tasting menu. One of us got the game selections (quail and elk) which was seasoned quite nice, albeit the quail was overcooked and the elk was super rare. The other ordered the burrata and fish. Both were horrible. Absolutely bland. It wasn't presented as being the diet restriction option... it felt like the chef approached it that way. Final course was dessert. Uninspiring. In general, it was disappointing meal.

After waiting about 15 minutes for our server to show up I flagged down the mater de (SP) and asked what was up. He seemed confused until I told him we were never attended to. He was somewhat apologetic and said he was going to get the same guy as he initially said was going to be our server. Several minutes later the kid showed up and was very apologetic. He explained that it was shift change and he hadn't been told this was his table. I hadn't seen him come out from the back the whole time so I was curious (pun intended) where his 'tables' usually were. Ordered the lobster roll and the wife ordered the smash burger. Great service from then on. Lobster roll was very good even though a bit juicy (drippy) so kind of messy. Nowhere near that of the burger though as it had a very thin bottom bun that was soaked with grease. See pics. The French fries were delicious and perfectly cooked though. Overall, 70.00 with tip for lunch is a bit much for what you get in my humble opinion. The male wait staff is very swishy which doesn't bother me but seems a bit different for this town.
