I know that several years ago there *was* another Mexican place in the same plaza, but it morphed into an Italian and later an Asian place, so maybe that was the point where this one started (?). There is plenty of parking in the plaza and a side-lot mostly dedicated to this restaurant. We came here for a dinner on a Monday as we had errands to run in Newnan. Somewhat surprisingly, it was quite crowded. There was no wait, but it was mostly full the whole time we were there. With the crowds come noise - if you are looking for a quiet dinner, this is not the venue for you. I don't know if this was normal, but they also had a couple of separate birthdays being celebrated. Both involved a large sparkler-type thing and one involved the staff singing. I'm not complaining, just trying to describe the vibe. And, they have a robot that delivers some of the food. It seemed to have difficulty with navigating some of the aisles, so they may need to give up on it or reconfigure the seating. The menu was a departure from a standard Tex-Mex format. You could choose different meats for your tacos, etc. They had a variety of burritos and enchiladas. They also did offer a small set of combo meals - 2 tacos, rice, and beans. You could still choose alternate tacos for them. I went with that, while my wife opted for a 3-taco platter. We both liked the food and it tasted fresh. Prices seemed a bit higher than other Mexican places. I noticed that wine was $10 per glass also. You can definitely get a quality meal here, but for us it would be a longer drive to pay more for a similar meal that we could have in a quieter venue closer to home. I don't think I'll become a regular here, but it's fine depending on what you're looking for.

Took about 25 minutes for our food so We asked for more salsa while we're waiting and he never brought any. I had to flag down another person to bring salsa the chips were OK tasting was kind of nasty and globbed together Was considering a margarita, but their prices are higher than the average Mexican restaurant so I didn't try one The entrées tend to be pricey and are tasty although they weren't huge portions We might have to try happy hour to see if it's a little better deal. With the tons of Mexican restaurants in our area I'm surprised they are this busy.

As soon as you walk in you're greeted and the staff was friendly and helpful. The space is nice and they have a "sunroom" area that I hope opens up in nicer weather so a breeze comes in. But all in all we're here for the food. I ordered a build your own burrito which comes with chips, salsa, and a side. The salsa was tasty, I would like to see the chips seasoned with some salt and maybe some lime. Otherwise they are plain fried tortillas. Though the portion of chips is generous. The street corn side was also a decent amount and the cup was full but again was noticeably under seasoned so I had to add some salt from the table. Then the main event; the burrito. It's pretty fat but when I cut it in half there was maybe 2oz of meat inside. One half didn't have any meat at all. It was just full of rice and veggies. I mentioned it to an employee who was quick to have the burrito remade on the fly and brought out to me. The remake was much more balanced though as a trend, it was under seasoned. Had they been open for a few months I may have gave a much harsher score but considering everything it was a middle of the road experience with issues that can easily be corrected. The staff was nice enough that I would go back for that reason alone and possibly try the Tuesday margs. Management was very open to the feedback and I look ways to seeing the improvements as everyone gets settled in.

The birria quesadillas were okay. Not my favorite but still decently good. I think they could work on how they make it- they need more cheese inside and I think the meat needs to marinate longer maybe. Also the consume needs some improvement, didn't have much flavor. I was still okay with it but I'd order something else next time. My friend liked the burrito Senoia. We both loved the empanada. I'm definitely getting one again next time. Their chips are great and we liked the queso and salsa. I'm obsessed with their salsa verde. The drinks were pretty good. We liked the jalapeño mango drink a little more than the Blue Lagoon. I think the Blue Lagoon needed some more blue curaçao. Still pretty good overall though The wait for our food was very short, the workers were all courteous, and we were sat immediately. The prices here are reasonable. There's lots of parking surrounding the place. You can sit inside or outside. I liked the ambiance inside. The decor was pretty cool. Plus they play music at a good volume. I can't stand not hearing who I'm eating with. That wasn't the case here at all. Location is convenient since it's downtown I'm certain we'll be back! :)

Large crowd came just as we were wrapping up. Restaurant is nicely decorated in authentic Mexican designs. We enjoyed their homemade chips and salsa while having our beverages and waiting for our food. I didn't have any alcoholic drinks so I can't comment on them but the selections on the menu sounded delicious. The chips were light with a nice crunch just the way I like it. My friends commented the spicy and mild salsa were flavorful. I ordered the Steak and Shrimp Fajita which came out sizzling hot and tasty - seasoned well. I substituted rice for fries and a traditional salad - no guacamole or pico de gallo. My friend's Pineapple Fajita was not only cool looking but also tasty from the few bites I tried. Our other friend enjoyed his steak tacos. Overall it was a great experience. I unfortunately forgot our server's name who was extremely nice.
