The donuts are delicious!!!! This was the FIRST time my husband and I tried a Paczki donut that was recommended by our Uber driver and he even stopped us here on the way to the train station and it was sooooooo good! I am not lying when I say that this was the BEST cup of coffee we have ever had! We are all the way from Texas!! If you are in the area, definitely stop in!

Yelp. Went to Frankie's, y'all done sold all the donuts and opened 25/8? Well, that's what the sign says, but where are the donuts. Its 3:00 pm! Regular glaze? Out. Chocolate? Out. Well, I will take the bow tie and a red velvet cake donut. Now, this bow tie thang is moist and good. Cake donut is okay. You are delicious. Lady at the checkout, you could smile, since y'all out of stuff! I think a smile would make me at least feel better. We came back! Now, I see you neutral to the locals too. Cause, I sense attitude from this lady in the back. Girl, I'm from out of town, learn to give every customer love cause these donuts are mediocre. Y'all already know, Imma leave it.

Some great donuts! I went around 11pm and was surprised to see they had a ton of fresh donuts available. The donuts themselves were delicious too. I ordered a chocolate glazed and a peanut. Very good donuts.

Hey Frankie...what's the secret ingredient?! These donuts really hit the spot. When planning our trip to Niagara Falls, Frankie's made it to the top of our list with it's impressive menu of sweet doughs. Our first trip (yes there were two), we got an assorted box of 6...I think my boyfriend and I could agree we liked all of them besides one. Not too bad of a ratio, right?! There was no way we were leaving town without bringing a box home, so we got a dozen...they were that good. Didn't hurt that the establishment has a "buy 2, get 1" donut deal that seems to be offered daily. Additionally I tried the BEC on a roll...I'm more of a savory gal in the AM. I don't know if they make the rolls in-house or what, but it was amazing! And so was the sandwich, as a whole. Now for the store front: you walk in and it just has that small town vibe. Quite small, but also semi-blocked off for covid safety. 2pm Regulars chatting it up over coffee. It's what you'd hope to expect from a shop that's open "25/8."

Looks like a place out of the movies of a local joint because that's what it is, a local joint. The service was a bit slow, they were not very busy. The pizza was stunning and the donuts are mostly cake style which is my favorite, top shelf.

The cream filled and covered in coconut was my favorite. Cream was light and so was the donut. The toasted coconut covering it was the perfect touch. Boston cream was also good. Perfect place for homemade style donuts.

To be honest I went here because Paula's Donuts was closed Early. Well i started googling best donuts in the Buffalo area i found frankie's it had a good rating so i went there the area was sketchy but ill tell you they got the best Donuts that every had in Upstate NY. It was a bit unorganized but once was i tasted that donut All the ill feelings had about this place went away. I would definitely recommend this place for nice fresh donuts of different assortments.

Love that they are open 24/7 (25/8)! Great coffee and a huge selection of doughnuts. Went with red velvet today and a giant coffee. Piping hot, the way that I wanted it to,and incredibly fast service. Pizza is my weakness, so I also love that I can get a slice at any hour of the day. Yes, pizza for breakfast is ok too! Have to try the breakfast sandwhiches. They have your traditional styles but they serve them on kaiser rolls!

Absolutely the best donuts I've ever had. Small quaint place. Breakfast sandwich and the bagels were very good. The coffee was great too. I wish I had one of these back home.

I was really excited to try this place and looking forward to the sweet sauce. I actually drove out…read moreof my way for it. I was let down. First off I will say, no complaints on the price or customer service. The woman was so friendly and personable it made me not want to leave a review since it's not a good one. She was a gem; the pizza: not so much. And judging by the reviews here, maybe it was just an off moment. The sauce wasn't so sweet as I wanted. But that's subjective. However, what I hated the most was my slices were soggy and cold. I mean so soggy I couldn't even eat my last slice. And cold it should not be, as I ate it in my car on the street because I live 35 mins away. I really wanted to love it here after my great customer service experience but unfortunately my experience with the pizza itself was not as great as everyone else's. If I ever happen to have it again (I go to Lewiston often), and have a better quality slice, I will update review but sadly it missed the mark for me.

I've been to this place a few times but It's been a while since my last visit as every darn time I…read moredrive by it's closed. That's my biggest complaint, I never know when they are open. They have crappy hours and shut down every summer. Some people think that's cool and part of the appeal, I do not. Apparently they are open until June and then good luck trying to figure out when they reopen. Sept? Oct? At any rate, it's a royal pain, and even when they are open, it only seems to be Fri, Sat, Sun. I've tried calling them many times to see if they are open but the phone is never answered, or always busy--so frustrating. Today I actually found them open and grabbed a few cheese slices for $1.25 each. A 12 slice half tray is $14, wow a whole dollar of savings instead of buying them individually, generous huh? The slices were super sweet, like they poured massive amounts of sugar in the sauce and dough. The bottom of the slices were almost black (see one of my pics) because of being overcooked, making them very hard to bite into, and far too chewy/crunchy. Thanks, but no thanks--it's just not worth the hassle. I rather choose one of the other local places with normal operating hours, and better quality control.
