Off the menu. You can request any salad and add grilled chicken to it. This was their Caesar salad wity grilled chicken. Price was about 25 dollars. And the canolo was about 5 dollars. Delicious pizza! One of the cheaper options at Encore aside from Shake Shack. I always order a half cheese half pepperoni pizza home. Their sauce is so fresh tasting and the crust is thin and crispy, just how I like it! Still tastes great the next day air fryed. Another thing we love ordering here is their Italian sausage sub and their cheese steak. They are very generous with their portions. Staff were awesome and super accommodating for our group! But, the "award winning" meatball sub was terrible. Just dense, chewy, and bland. Honestly, save your money and grab a Market Basket meatball sub on the way home! It'll be half the price and twice the taste. Tried several of the offerings including the Italian sub, eggplant Parmesan panini, chicken parm panini and a few pastries not pictured here but definitely worth the stop every time. Pizza tastes as good as it looks and is usually fresh out of the oven as it sells quickly. The aronccinni was a great flavor and texture combination that was filling but light. The location is in the casino so is counter service and fairly quick for the volume but has a cute dining nook area with large booths off to the side that offer a private dining experience with your own television. Definitely my favorite place for a quick bite between slots. read more

Had the margarita pizza late at night and it was so good! So good that we got another pizza The service was alright. There was a long line and it was late at night so they were definitely rushing. It's very loud and a little chaotic near the seating area but that's because of its location. This place is located inside the casino. Next to the sport book I always expect to find pizza in a casinos food court. However, this one was fantastic. You can tell that they really take their time with the sauce. It's amazing flavor. The man behind the counter is a little short with you, but it's Boston. Not sure that I would make a trip here to come sit down and eat, but definitely hit the spot while playing casino slots. read more

My friend was recommending their croissants so we had to grab a couple boxes to go. The flavors provided include vanilla, chocolate and apricot. They said the chocolate can be too sweet so I picked the vanilla which was perfectly sweet and custard like. Croissant was pretty buttery and decently soft by the next day. Other items offered includes pizza, sandwiches and more. Staff were friendly and patient. Lots of shared seating with the other shops nearby. This is just a quickie update for Frank and Nick's . I Just wanted to let everyone know Frank and Nick's at Encore Casino inside the Wynn Resort is definitely a five star location. The staff is fabulous!! I love these guys. I don't know what Prince is doing there he should be a linebacker for the patriots but what a nice guy , and Susie, what a sweetheart, beautiful and kind and makes one of the best cappuccinos on the North Shore. I would highly suggest if she's there to order one . I actually eat here at least a couple times per week. They use San Marino tomatoes on their pizza so of course the pizzas are fabulous. I wish they had more toppings. They are limited on toppings. You must try the sandwiches I believe they have one of the largest roast beef sandwiches on an onion bun around, the eggplant is actually decent, which is hard to do and they do use quality Italian meats, the prosciutto is definitely high-quality as is the cheeses. I'd also highly suggest maybe getting one of their salads that are up on the board and you can add any protein you like to it for a few dollars extra so pretty good deal if you want to eat on the healthy side. They also have a great selection of pastries and I really enjoy that gelato.. this is a great place just to pop in for lunch however, be careful. You do have to walk through the casino in order to get to the restaurant so you do have to be of age to enter the Casino. You can use the free parking in the underground garage, which is extremely convenient. I give this location, a solid five stars. read more

It was okay. Along with the dry-rub wings, fries, and slices of pepperoni and cheese pizza, my boyfriend and I placed our orders. Unfortunately, the sauce was quite boring, and I wished I had ordered it to be delivered rather than eaten out so I could have spiced it up a bit. Just had the Chicken Parm Panini (Sub). It had to be one of the worst Chicken Parm subs I have ever eaten. No too much chicken or sauce so it was mostly a bread sandwich..For the amount you pay I was hoping it was better than it was.. Gave them one more try the next day. Best Buffalo Chicken wings I have ever had....the BEST period!

I am really torn on this place. On the one hand the dry rub wings are delicious. Particularly if you request extra crispy. The pizza can be tasty (huge slices) and fries are seasoned well. Soda cups seem small to me. It's in a casino and you can pay with reward points which is nice. On the other hand I once ordered the potato and egg panini and later that night I was sick as a dog. Can I say it was caused by the slightly runny egg sandwich they gave me? No. But the timing certainly left me wondering. It was a mushy consistency, it wasn't tasty, and I'll never order it again. My opinion is the staff is either quite friendly or extremely rude and unpleasant. I once had a worker yell at me when I asked if food sitting on the counter was my order. He said we will call you when your order is ready. Turns out after a very long wait and help from another cashier it was indeed my order -- just sitting there. They had labeled it with the wrong order number. There appears to have been a change in staff in recent months, which seemingly has made things better. Why work at a restaurant if you don't like dealing with people? The guy I am talking about knows who he is. I haven't seen him there recently. There is another guy who works the counter who once made me pay cash even though he could see I had reward points. I paid with an Encore Boston Harbor gift card and paid the rest with reward points, which likely complicated things. When I went to player's club to inquire they said I shouldn't have been charged cash at all since I had the points and they credited my players account with more points (still out the cash I was wrongfully forced to pay). I get that this was likely a systems issue, but the guy with the attitude couldn't have cared less. No "I'm sorry, I'll look into the issue" or "that's strange because I can clearly see you have points." Just a look of "I really don't care, pay cash or get out of my line." In fairness, next time I visited he was nicer. But consistency is key. I have also been there for the casino promotions where they run out of the promotional sandwich and I was there once when they suddenly announced they had run out of bread. It's fine. It is what it is, but how about putting up a sign so people don't wait in a long line to only get to the counter and be told what menu items you are out of. Crossing things off the overhead menu display would be even better. All in all I likely will still return here because sometimes it can be great. I encourage you to give it at least one visit and make your own decision. But avoid the potato and egg panini. There are enough other menu items to not take that gamble. read more

Absolutely terrible customer service! John is an older man with glasses who not only takes the money at the register but also touches food with the same bare hands. He had an extremely bad attitude when it pertains to ordering your food and gets mad if you would like to add something to the order. The food is not worth your money nor is it worth being treated so poorly. If I could give them -0 stars I would. The only good thing is the young girl who works there. She somewhat combats the negative aura by being pleasant. There is also a young guy there who seems to be apart of management or related to owners who is constantly rubbing his nose and touching orders. Never coming back! Regardless if he has been there 30+ years he is no longer conducive to your business and will continue to run away customers with such a negative approach and experience he gives people aside from people he may know already. read more
