"Franco Pool Inc" Worst experience on my pool repairs. My coping came out mismatched and Big dips and holes on the pool floor. The steps came out very slanted and crooked. The pebble dried with cleat marks on the floor of the pool, which is from the workers since, they wear cleats while Repairing the pool. I do not recommend Angel Franco and his worker Ricardo or "Franco Pool Inc." at all. read more

You would think in this pandemic people would want as many jobs as they can handle. Mr Franco came highly recommended and it's unfortunate he chose to ignore texts and phone calls after I told him I was very understanding if he needed to reschedule our estimate. Due to the fact he had every excuse not to give me an estimate even after being highly recommended... I will not seek his business. Hope this review is helpful for others seeking pool construction because he might be too busy right now for you. A message to you Mr Franco... no one is busy forever and the previous reviews which I've read and related to, deeply express your potential customers concerns and for that reason I will never use you. Never thought I could afford to redo my pool until Franco's Pool came by! Angelo was the most knowledge person when it comes to pools. We wanted a medium blue and WHAM!!! His suggestions were Awesome!! We wanted a Baja step, and his suggestions were perfect! When he told us it would be done in one week, we were shocked!! Other people quoted us 3 weeks. We were so happy with the work and the one week it took. I am attaching the pictures so you can see before and after. If you are looking for quality work at affordable prices this is your company. This has been a not good experience!! They are non responsive. It's been 2 months and the work is still not done. We are missing a pop up which I understand has been discontinued. Not their fault but ... Our lights still don't work. They came out unexpectedly a day early and found the electrical but switch didn't work. Now I sit and wait for someone to "maybe" show up. Can't get anyone to answer calls or texts. The pool looks good ... I give them that ... tile work not great. But the service and responsiveness is the worst. I recently had Franco pool service completely replastor and retile my pool which is 30 years old. The main person I dealt with is Angel Franco, one of the owners. He quoted me a fair price, in line with other companies and my expectations from research. But the main reason I chose his company was the strength of the recommendation from my pool service. What I really want is good quality work at a reasonable price. And I'm satisfied that is what I got. This is a busy time of year for this company and they are doing a number of pools. That in and of itself is a recommendation for their work. Just be patient as they try to juggle schedules and complete jobs as quickly as possible. The job is now done and the pool looks beautiful. I watched the crews as they worked. They work for Franco, not a subcontractor. I saw the skill and time they took with making things right. My "Pool Man" is doing the start up and he was quite pleased with the work. A few months ago I asked a pool company up the street for a price. They offered to do the job, on weekends, cash only for about half what I paid. But if you don't want a licensed contractor, don't worry about law suits if workers get hurt. Or figure you're moving and don't care if something lasts... You can probably save some big bucks. But I'm glad I went with Franco, money well spent. This a long review. There is nothing in this for me .. I'm no troll. But I like to pay a compliment to those who earn it. read more

We have our pool remodel by Franco Pool. Angelo was very professional from the beginning until the end. He contacted me almost daily to report the process. He also has a showroom that we can actually see the samples of pebbles and tiles. We started the job at the end of the year, but the whole remodel (incl. new coping, new pebbles, new tiles, new skimmer, new piping etc.) was done in about 2 weeks to fit our schedule!! A few weeks ago I had Franco pool install pebble plaster in our new pool. I got a few quotes before deciding to go with Franco pool. They provided a very detailed quote that was fair. Like another reviews says, you do need to be patient as they do seem to have a full schedule. There were able to accommodate my schedule and we were pleased with the quality of work that was done. Erica was also easy to communicate with and made the closing process smooth along with the Franco brothers. They were a company that was referred to me and I am glad we decided to let them do our pebble finish. read more

This is one of the worst contractors I've ever seen... I didn't even get any work done by them my neighbor did... Yet they destroyed my lawn they used my front yard as a park on their lunch breaks left all of the food trash behind and furthermore they wiped off all of the cement off their equipment on my front yard on my grass... they roped something from my side of the yard to hold tarp up in my neighbor side they absolutely have no respect for the community they are working in... And seems they could care less in leaving a positive impression I asked them to stop cleaning their products on my side and start cleaning up after themselves they were very rude and almost aggressive... This kind a company cannot be very reputable if they don't respect other people's property I could only imagine the type of work they will produce read more

Worst company ever. My wife called them in March and they said they would have someone (estimator?) call us to give us an estimate on our large pool remodel. No one ever called her back! I did not know my wife called them. Later we had more clarity on what we wanted done, and I called them Monday March 22, around Noon and left a message. I did not hear from someone until late Wednesday night. I was busy and was unable to call them back. It goes without saying that someone that gets an "F" from the beginning does not deserve a call back. I am a retired business owner myself and did management consulting in the past. I would be extremely upset if something like this imbued my image and reputation. read more

Angelo and Caesar came out last week to plaster my pool. They were timely, conscientious and polite. The plaster job looks smooth, so far so good! Update: From 3 start down to 1. Why? Because they plastered over one of the return valves in my pool. It only got fixed 9 months later. When one of the owners came back to fix it. He picked up my screwdriver he saw on the side of my house and used it to poke out the plaster. How rude! He didn't even bring his own tools. read more

Nothing but thumbs up for Franco Pools. We waited several years until we were able to have the means to get our pool updated. We wanted to make sure that after the long wait we had the right people for the job. We were not disappointed. Cesar explained the process from beginning to end in great detail. He listened to what we wanted and did not try to push for extras that we didn't need or want. If we asked about something he offered his honest opinion either for or against, what the cost would be, and left the decision entirely up to us after we weighed the pros and cons. He supported whatever decision we made. He approaches the process with professionalism and is very knowledgeable of all aspects of pool remodeling. We had plenty of advanced notice as to when things would be happening. His guys were on time, cleaned up after themselves, and very respectful of our property and neighbors. We are extremely happy with the results and looking forward to a fun summer in our new pool. We highly recommend Franco Pools. read more

I work with Ceaser and Angelo Franco on commercial and residential projects doing all aspects of swimming pool construction. I have found them professional, friendly and responsive to the chores that come up with construction projects. I had to say something after reading the other reviews here. My experience is so different I have a hard time believing these are real! Franco's crews are professional and almost spotless clean. Their work has been top notch. The word that comes to mind for me is that Cesar is a true 'professional'. He is conscientious and committed to satisfying his clients. We had our 40 year old pool re-plastered. Our experience was excellent and the only reason for not giving a "5" is because the dark colored plaster started to discolor (although we suspect that was due to a different contractor's "chemical start up"). Nevertheless Franco Pool honored their commitment to us and remedied the situation. I would not hesitate to use Franco Pool Plastering.
