Terrible customer service. Came here looking for Christmas gifts for some friends, and no one even bothered to ask if I needed help. After looking around for a few mins, I eventually had to ask someone to help assist me. She asked me to wait one moment as she was finishing up with something and I told her that's fine. After 10-15 mins she didn't even bother getting back to me. She ended up greeting other customers and walking around but I was literally 1 of 2 customers in the store. I wasn't sure how I was being forgotten. She eventually made eye contact with me and after she realized I was looking at her, she said "Omg I'm so sorry, let me go check on that for you". I was so irritated that I eventually just left the store. read more

I needed a dress for a special occasion an stumbled across Francesca's Collections. This boutique has the cutest clothes for all body types. I now have a new found appreciation for dresses and have purchased 4 so far. What makes Francesca's even more special, is they offer a discount on their "pick" every week. You can purchase on line or in store. If you buy in the store you must tell them you want the pick of the week price. New clothing items go very quickly in stores, however if you find something on line that you like most of the boutiques will hold an item for 24 hours if its in stock. They also sell shoes, purses, accessories and random gift items. I highly recommend visiting one of their Houston locations. read more

A little bit smaller than some of the other francesca's I've visited, but boy, do they have their customer service down! I was shopping with my younger sister, and as soon as she thought it an employee had it for her. No, seriously. A fitting room prepped, recommemdations of other dresses based on the ones she had picked out, they even brought out a secret collection of dainty necklaces not on the shelf! What an amazing way to do service! If that didn't draw me in, the constant sales will keep me coming back for more. read more

Let me start by saying I LOVE Francesca's and am normally an avid shopper at other locations in the Houston area. I recently went into this location and was wanting to return/exchange some shirts I had bought roughly a month ago but I had lost my receipt. I was turned away by a girl named Jordan who I'm assuming is their assistant manager and was told they could not help me and I would just have to keep the clothes. I made it a point to ask 'I can't even get store credit?', to which she said no and was very rude. Thinking this was odd, I called the location I normally shopped at wondering if their return policy had changed - I was assured it hadn't. In addition, I called the corporate office and was told the same thing. I now made it a point to return to that store, thinking it had just been an error and she did not know the return policy. The associate at the counter once again told me that she could not process the return, when I told her my prior conversations she said she would have to get her manager. Jordan once again walked out of the back and told me I could not return the clothes at her location, even for store credit. It was not until I suggested we call the corporate office together and read her their own return policy (which is posted behind the counter) which blatantly said I should receive store credit for the currently selling point did she rudely process my return. I understand that each store has a goal of sales to meet everyday, but blatantly LYING to customers face's to reach this goal is not acceptable in any way. Not only was I inconvenienced twice, but the second in command of the store was extremely rude and turned away good business as I would had ideally liked to stock up for a trip I am getting ready to take. I have been a religious shopper of Francesca's and am offended, to say the least, to be treated this way. Needless to say, if I choose to again give my business to this brand (which is doubtful) I will be visiting other locations with a better equipped, more personable staff in the future. read more

Came here today at a slow time so there was no line to do an online return and workers insisted on me doing an exchange. I do all my shopping online so I told them I just wanted to return. Then the cashier gave me a lot of attitude and rolled her eyes as she started my return. For some reason she said she had to call another girl and later a manager before completing my return. I'm not sure if she was incompetent on the register or just trying to force me to wait around. Very bad customer service. read more

Often have sells on their costume jewelry, which they have a large assortment of decent quality pieces. Also have quirky odds and ends gifts mixed with a bit of clothing. I dont think they carry plus size from the looks of their items but I've never checked the labels. read more

I love Francesca's, and always go to the other locations, but I do not like this one. This store does not have great customer service! The employees are nice, so I kind of feel bad saying that, but they don't know what they're doing at all. Every time I've come here, I've had to come back later to get them to fix something they messed up. First time I came to this location, I picked out a few tops and two pairs of jeans, which were on sale. At checkout I was given my total, and it seemed higher than expected so I asked the cashier to make sure the jeans rung up on sale. "Ummmm...yeah!" she said, so I figured I was wrong and gave her my card. When I was walking out the store and checking my receipt, I noticed they did NOT ring up on sale. I went back, pointed her to the on sale signage and my receipt. She kindly apologized and refunded the difference, saying, "Well, we never know when they're going on sale!" But as someone who worked in retail, I think if sale signs are displayed, associates should know the promotion. Last time I came to this location, today, I wanted to return something I bought online. The cashier was nice, but turned me away saying I had to return it by mail since I was over their 14-day return policy. My receipt said that I had 30 days to return, so I tried to point it out to her but she was adamant. I called Francesca's customer service, and of course the customer service woman told me the associate was wrong. She even called this store to tell them what happened, and explain to them the policy (an excellent testament to Francesca's at the upper level). I returned and a different associate helped me. She was very sweet, but she said, "Yeah, my manager told us what happened. But I honestly had no idea that was the policy!" Like I said, very nice but clueless associates. I won't waste my time here anymore, the other Francesca's locations are closer to my house and have proactive employees that are more knowledgeable about their products and sales. read more
