After talking to them, I knew I wanted to go with them. Their customer service, attention to details, and organization are 5-star levels. One thing that really stood out to me was that instead of asking me how many boxes I need, they asked me to send them pics of my place and stuff, and they calculated the number of small, medium and large boxes I need. It's so easy to underestimate and get a different price at the end. Also, I know I wanted packers because its speeds up the entire process of moving and settling in. I'm so glad I did with Roadway. It usually takes me over half a week to pack and be stressed for over a week, but Diego and his 3 teammates packed up our studio in 2-3 hours. They're so professional. They moved so quickly with care and accuracy. Most importantly, all my kitchen appliances were wrapped with care and delivered and arrived to my new apartment in the same condition. It took us about 2 hrs to settle in, and they once again unpacked most of the furnitures and reassembled them, making me feel settled in and relaxed. I cannot thank their team enough. They're all so polite, friendly and efficient. Within 1 day, I already feel 95% settled in. It's the easiest, stress-free moving experience I had in a while!

My priority was that the move should be drama free, and it was. I was willing to pay more so that it should be drama free. What surprised me most was that because everything was pre-packed and was an easy move, they charged me less than estimated because it was quick. So I didn't even have to pay more. However, there was one box/bag missing from the delivery. We were the only move for that team that day, but we did have them dispose of some unneeded items. We suspect that the box/bag was taken off the truck when they dropped the items at the warehouse and was never put back on. We know specifically 4 items that are missing. I reported the mishap after we unpacked and the women that works for Al's in administration dismissed me and practically called me a liar. I have not been abusive, but after calling only times in 3 weeks, they will no longer speak to me. They have made no effort to find my belongings and to make things right.
