A big part of the Yelp community is supporting small business owners and praising the ones that do you right. Luis exceeded expectations and provided superior customer service from beginning to end. His customer focus mentality shined with every interaction with him. It's very clear that he is passionate about his job and business, and Luis made us feel like our satisfaction was his #1 priority throughout the entire process. He's the one who came for my in-home estimate, the one who I had all my interactions with, and was present and actively helped pack and move our 3BR house's worth of stuff. We texted numerous times leading up to the move and his attitude was always centered around making sure we were at ease and satisfied with the level of service he provided. He set a flat price for the job and there were no tricks or games played to try and get us to pay more, like many other movers try to pull. A true honest, hard-working professional! Not only did Luis give us a great price on the full house move, but when I reached out to see if I could add on packing services less than a week before our scheduled move date, Luis worked with me and also gave me a solid price. His team of 5 packers/movers arrived on time, and worked tirelessly and efficiently. Not a single glass was broken! I was nervous having someone pack all our belongings based on friends' horror stories, but Luis and his team did a fantastic job. They put together all our furniture they took apart (two beds and a crib) and the total time to unload into our 4BR house was under 3 hours. He even told us to reach out afterwards if we discovered any issues. I've never had a mover care that much about our happiness and you can't put a dollar amount on the highest level of service Luis provides. The best, most stress-free move we have ever had!
