I hate moving but Joe and his team made the big day go smoothly and thank goodness for them- I didn't;t need to be stressed because they took care of everything! I called a week prior to moving which is last minute and needed services for a Sat move and Joe was able to accommodate me and quickly got to reviewing all my needs. My move wasn't easy- it had multiple stops, changing out of furniture to various locations, and a whole strategy behind it which Joe helped me to plan out so the day was efficient. He and his team arrived on time, worked tirelessly to properly wrap my furniture, and organized the truck meticulously. It was a hot and steamy July summer day and they didn't miss a beat under the weather conditions. Everything was packed with precision and care, and moved into my new place and set up to my specifications. They were friendly and professional and such a pleasure to work with throughout the day. I highly recommend Mancuso Movers! I recently hired Mancuso Movers to move me from Ossining, NY to White Plains. I've moved about 7 times, and this was the best moving experience I've ever had. Not one item was broken in the move . Joe and his team were professional and friendly. I had received quotes from some of the larger, national movers; but I received mixed reviews from friends and family who had used a national chain. It seems that their experience varied based on the specific crew that moved them. With Mancuso, Joe Mancuso personally supervises the moves, so you know you'll get excellent service every time! They moved me out of my condo, stopped at a storage unit to drop off items, and moved me into my apartment in a very short amount of time. A really nice group of guys. Mancuso Movers helped my family with a move from Harrison, NY to Danbury, CT in August. They were recommended by a family friend and did not disappoint. Joe and his crew were incredibly friendly and easy to work with. It was a big job, both in terms of distance and the amount of things that had to be moved. They made two round trips from Harrison to Danbury in one day in order to complete the move. I have been using the Mancuso Movers since the late 1990's (no joke) Joe Mancuso started this venture and now his brother and a crew of very nice young men are what make up their staff. In the past twenty years, I've moved about six times. With the exception of the one move from Danbury CT back to NY, I've used them four out of six times. The rates are reasonable, they work hard and move your items quickly. They just moved me again in December 2018 and I would not hesitate to contact them again if I needed their services. Great local company and I think word of mouth is what kept them going long before internet and Yelp reviews. Moving is a pain in the ass, but having a good mover makes it less painful. read more

I first used Mancuso Movers in 1999 to move several pieces of furniture from my mother's house. One item was an old china cabinet. The Mancuso movers handled it beautifully. I was very pleased, so when it came time for me to downsize from my house to a condo in 2019, I contacted Joe Mancuso. Once again, Joe and his workers did a great job. They were very careful with the furniture, the walls and the floors while still working quickly and efficiently. I got advice on placing the furniture and help on getting rid of items that would no longer fit in the small space. All this at an extremely reasonable price. And they are very personable! read more

Joe and his crew are GREAT workers and have no problem doin the jobs that are harder than most. In my case I moved into a house with a spiral staircase that a majority of furniture couldn't fit through.
