Every single person there is profoundly caring and competent. One of the most ethical businesses I've encountered. We relocated our Mom to assisted living, which was more stressful than a standard move. Our Move Consultant, Mari, was outstanding and compassionate. She put our Mom at ease and assured her that they would handle everything with care. And they absolutely did. On the big day, the team leader, Richard, constantly reassured me and calmed my fears. He was super-professional, as were the other 3 gentlemen, Miguel, Francisco, and Al (OG). They were all beyond polite, understanding, fast-moving, and hard-working. I have used P&G for 2 additional moves, and will use them again in the near future. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Pack & Go Movers, and I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a smooth or professional moving process. One of the movers, Brendan T., was unfriendly and unprofessional throughout the job. He inserted earphones during the move, which made communication unnecessarily difficult and came across as disengaged and inconsiderate. There was little effort to be polite, welcoming, or collaborative, which is the bare minimum you expect when trusting people to handle your belongings. The second mover Rocco C. was somewhat more professional and did offer occasional advice, which I appreciated. However, when it came time to pack the cube, his approach felt careless and dismissive of my concerns. Rather than being helpful and solution-oriented, the process created more stress and confusion, ultimately causing additional headaches instead of providing the support I hired movers for in the first place. My biggest issue was with the office representative, Mari. Pricing was not communicated transparently. I was not informed ahead of time that charges were calculated per item moved rather than per hour, which led to unexpected and significantly higher costs. The office representative was adamant in charging me extra for an item that we previously discussed. The way this was handled felt misleading and came across as an attempt to overcharge. Overall, the experience lacked professionalism, clear communication, and customer care. I absolutely do NOT recommend using this company. Don't be swayed by any discounts or these five star reviews. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for a reliable, reputable moving company. read more

Team of 3 arrived and they were great. Friendly guys who worked with incredible precision. It was unbelievable how quickly and efficiently they packed our items. I can't say enough good things. A friendly, efficient professional crew arrived exactly on time, and did a great job. We did our own packing, but they wrapped and padded anything that needed it, there were no extra charges etc that are so common with movers. What I didn't expect was to be greeted by the best moving crew I've ever had. And trust me, i've had my fair share of cross country and local moves throughout the years. The positive experience started when the crew leader Delto called me enroute - he made it clear my job was to relax, and that they were here to make it easier for me. And that's what he did along with his crew of Brandon, Rocco, and Noah they went above and beyond to make everything easy for me. And the level of care that they used when moving me was top-notch. From the quote and COI's (Melissa) to the movers (Al and his team), they made this move so stress-free, I can't thank them enough. On move day, Al and his team showed up on time, super friendly and ready to work. I had under-estimated how many things we were taking so when they got there, it turned out they'd need more hands. Supervisor, Will, showed up a few mins later to assess and 15-20 mins later, 2 more guys showed up! But until they got there and even a lil bit after, the supervisor took off his cardigan and helped out! I'm telling you...top tier!! They were quick, careful and super efficient. Wow - I never thought I'd describe moving as a "good" experience, but this company proved me wrong! We had a small move from one apartment to another and had little time to pack or prepare any details. We weren't even totally sure of all we needed to bring. The company was super flexible with the time, the preparation, and two amazing guys showed up with everything we needed, including loads of patience! Warning! Beware. Stay away from Pack andGo in Yonkers New York. We hired them at the last minute when we realized self-packing would not work. We had already made a contract with a long distance mover and didn't want to break the contract. When the movers arrived at my destination in Georgia, and boxes were opened, 6 of my glasses were smashed. When I complained about the damage, the Manager kept talking over me, and made no attempt to acknowledge the risk of inappropriate wrapping of glassware. They have cleverly written a caveat in their contract that absolves them of all responsibility. "We have no responsibility for damage of anything we did not move." It should read "We bear no responsibilty for items we did not wrap properly. They also have no knowledge of the word "apology." Run as far away as you can from this company. read more

I was very impressed how organized, communicative and helpful everyone was. I used them to pick up some furniture I bought from Craigslist and Facebook market place. They were on time and always update me what they were doing. The mover guys helped me carry a lot of stuff at home. They saw I had my baby with me and couldn't do much. Pack & Go Movers were amazing. We had to change the date of our move two times and not only were they flexible and able to accommodate the last minute changes, but they also replied immediately. Every person we were in contact with was courteous and professional. The movers were running twenty minutes late due to snow and called to let us know as a courtesy. The movers themselves were diligent, had great communication, worked fast and as a team. Not having a ton of experience with movers, I assumed that the price would include fine print and be more than the contract dictated, but it was the exact amount, to the dollar.
