I had an extremely disappointing experience with Pack & Go Movers, and I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a smooth or professional moving process. One of the movers, Brendan T., was unfriendly and unprofessional throughout the job. He inserted earphones during the move, which made communication unnecessarily difficult and came across as disengaged and inconsiderate. There was little effort to be polite, welcoming, or collaborative, which is the bare minimum you expect when trusting people to handle your belongings. The second mover Rocco C. was somewhat more professional and did offer occasional advice, which I appreciated. However, when it came time to pack the cube, his approach felt careless and dismissive of my concerns. Rather than being helpful and solution-oriented, the process created more stress and confusion, ultimately causing additional headaches instead of providing the support I hired movers for in the first place. My biggest issue was with the office representative, Mari. Pricing was not communicated transparently. I was not informed ahead of time that charges were calculated per item moved rather than per hour, which led to unexpected and significantly higher costs. The office representative was adamant in charging me extra for an item that we previously discussed. The way this was handled felt misleading and came across as an attempt to overcharge. Overall, the experience lacked professionalism, clear communication, and customer care. I absolutely do NOT recommend using this company. Don't be swayed by any discounts or these five star reviews. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for a reliable, reputable moving company. read more

After obtaining 3 estimates, I am so happy that I found Pack & Go Movers. They are simply SUPERB...head and shoulders above the rest in every respect: highly service-oriented and customer-focused, extremely caring and understanding of individual client needs, exceedingly trustworthy and professional at every stage, and the best pricing in the business. Every single person there is profoundly caring and competent. One of the most ethical businesses I've encountered. We relocated our Mom to assisted living, which was more stressful than a standard move. Our Move Consultant, Mari, was outstanding and compassionate. She put our Mom at ease and assured her that they would handle everything with care. And they absolutely did. On the big day, the team leader, Richard, constantly reassured me and calmed my fears. He was super-professional, as were the other 3 gentlemen, Miguel, Francisco, and Al (OG). They were all beyond polite, understanding, fast-moving, and hard-working. I have used P&G for 2 additional moves, and will use them again in the near future. I am deeply grateful that I found Pack & Go Movers; they embody the excellence we all hope for in a company, particularly during significant life transitions. read more

Wonderful experience. Everything from booking to moving day was so easy. Called for a quote and it was very reasonable. Text message communications leading up to move and morning of move. Team of 3 arrived and they were great. Friendly guys who worked with incredible precision. It was unbelievable how quickly and efficiently they packed our items. Arrived at our new home and they set everything up perfect. Pack & Go was recommended in our former building and they gave us a nice discount for being referred. Hope I don't have to move again soon- but if I do they are who I will call!!! Would highly recommend them to anyone in need. Fully insured, COI provided once I signed contract. read more

I had such a great experience with pack n go! Brendan and Antoine were amazing -- fast, efficient, and super professional. They handled everything with care and made what could've been a stressful day go really smoothly. I couldn't believe how quickly they got everything done without cutting corners. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers! read more

These guys are amazing. Hard working, energetic, professional, caring and very knowledgable. They do all the right things. Packing is impeccable. They arrive right on time and work non-stop. They move delicate and cherished items with care and expertise. Our team: Jonathan, Dillon, Francisco, Michael and Desmond were a delight to have in our home. Talk about making one of the most stressful experiences easy, don't look any further. If you are moving, call them!! And their office team is terrific too- they actually answer phones and follow up!! read more

I can't say enough good things. A friendly, efficient professional crew arrived exactly on time, and did a great job. We did our own packing, but they wrapped and padded anything that needed it, there were no extra charges etc that are so common with movers. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone for their move. The price was on the lower end of estimates I received as well. read more

I had a great team, John, Sean and Noah. Pleasant courteous and professional. All three went above and beyond... very speedy work, nothing was broken. Everything put in place as required. Highly recommend. Thank you. read more

This is a review of a local move that Pack & Go Movers helped me with earlier this month. The survey process was easy and the quote was reasonable. What I didn't expect was to be greeted by the best moving crew I've ever had. And trust me, i've had my fair share of cross country and local moves throughout the years. The positive experience started when the crew leader Delto called me enroute - he made it clear my job was to relax, and that they were here to make it easier for me. And that's what he did along with his crew of Brandon, Rocco, and Noah they went above and beyond to make everything easy for me. And the level of care that they used when moving me was top-notch. Thank you to them and the Pack & Go team for making my move easier than I thought it would be. read more

Wow - I never thought I'd describe moving as a "good" experience, but this company proved me wrong! We had a small move from one apartment to another and had little time to pack or prepare any details. We weren't even totally sure of all we needed to bring. The company was super flexible with the time, the preparation, and two amazing guys showed up with everything we needed, including loads of patience! They asked good questions, stepped in where needed, and professionally packed up , moved AND helped unpack stuff on the other end. Wasn't even expecting that but it helped so much. Love these guys, they are rock stars of moving! read more

This is the 2nd time I use this company and I'll continue saying it.....they are one of theeee best! From the quote and COI's (Melissa) to the movers (Al and his team), they made this move so stress-free, I can't thank them enough. On move day, Al and his team showed up on time, super friendly and ready to work. I had under-estimated how many things we were taking so when they got there, it turned out they'd need more hands. Supervisor, Will, showed up a few mins later to assess and 15-20 mins later, 2 more guys showed up! But until they got there and even a lil bit after, the supervisor took off his cardigan and helped out! I'm telling you...top tier!! They were quick, careful and super efficient. And they are very affordable!! If you're looking for movers, definitely give them a call!! You will NOT be disappointed!! read more

Absolutely amazing! From start to finish- complete professionalism and high standards! I am so thankful and impressed by their job

Working with Kassandra in the office and Richard and his crew at our pack-up site were a pleasure. Professional, courteous, prompt, communicative, and from everything I saw during/after the pack-up was well done and effective. I appreciated that the crew left me some boxes for my foodstuff which I forgot couldn't be packed and stored. read more

professional, courteous, fault priced, polite, and operates with a sense of urgency. A great moving experience and would recommend them over and over again! read more

Warning! Beware. Stay away from Pack andGo in Yonkers New York. We hired them at the last minute when we realized self-packing would not work. We had already made a contract with a long distance mover and didn't want to break the contract. When the movers arrived at my destination in Georgia, and boxes were opened, 6 of my glasses were smashed. When I complained about the damage, the Manager kept talking over me, and made no attempt to acknowledge the risk of inappropriate wrapping of glassware. They have cleverly written a caveat in their contract that absolves them of all responsibility. "We have no responsibility for damage of anything we did not move." It should read "We bear no responsibilty for items we did not wrap properly. They also have no knowledge of the word "apology." Run as far away as you can from this company. read more

Great service! Rich, Leon and did such a great job! Definitely would recommend this company to anyone moving!

Pack & Go movers are the best!! From the moment I requested a quote to the moment they placed the last piece of furniture in my home they were extremely professional. I was amazed by there professionalism. They packed everything with so much care, there were no scratches, dings or dints on my furniture. There were no hidden fee's everything was as clear as day. Kassandra made the process so easy, she even sent my building the COI personally, which was one less headache I didn't have to deal with. Definitely will recommend them to many others. I'm beyond happy I went with them as my movers ! read more

They helped me out several times in a pinch during Covid. Moving my kids out of their dorm, apartment, storage and moving back in again. NY area. Very friendly and helpful. read more

I was very impressed how organized, communicative and helpful everyone was. I used them to pick up some furniture I bought from Craigslist and Facebook market place. They were on time and always update me what they were doing. The mover guys helped me carry a lot of stuff at home. They saw I had my baby with me and couldn't do much. All I can say is I was very happy with their service. Everyone was polite and friendly. Definitely going to use them again. read more

I can not say enough about this company. The team that came was amazing. They worked hard and took great care of my belongings. I could not believe how professional they were or how hard and carefully they worked. No question about it, if you are moving, definitly hire Pack&Go! read more

Pack & Go Movers were amazing. We had to change the date of our move two times and not only were they flexible and able to accommodate the last minute changes, but they also replied immediately. Every person we were in contact with was courteous and professional. The movers were running twenty minutes late due to snow and called to let us know as a courtesy. The movers themselves were diligent, had great communication, worked fast and as a team. Not having a ton of experience with movers, I assumed that the price would include fine print and be more than the contract dictated, but it was the exact amount, to the dollar. I would recommend this company to anyone planning to move who wants great service and doesn't want to break the bank to do it! read more

Great workers no problems. Started late which cost us more money for over night hold 250. But next day they delivered with no troubles with building having very stern rules read more

Excellent service from start to end, their customer service is the best, they give you everything in detail before moving, fast response to any questions. I got a flat fee for a long distance moving and to be honest I was scared that they will come with extra hidden fees like other companies but not the fee was exactly as we agreed. Show up on time and everything was handled with care. I'll definitely use them again. read more

Pack & Go Movers were great from beginning to end. Great and fair pricing for an insured moving company. Kassandra was professional and extremely helpful in my initial contact to receive quotes and all other necessary info for the move. Even when I had to reschedule due to inclement weather and adjust my inventory list, she was quick to respond and flexible. Will and his moving team were friendly, professional and efficient. My house was a embarrassing wreck, making it harder for the movers to move out the bulk furniture. They were friendly and understanding, and somehow managed to secure and move everything out much faster than I thought possible. They were even faster to unpack and rebuild everything as I requested in my new apartment. Would definitely use them again, and absolutely recommend Pack & Go Movers. read more

Moving is a anxiety provoking process from the time one contacts potential movers for an estimate to the actual move itself. Pack & Go calmed down my nerves from the time I called and spoke with Kassandra, to the emails that I received to help me prepare for the move (read them-they actually help!) to the highly professional attitude of Will and his crew. Not only did they do an excellent job with my items- no breakage and no scratches, no dings in the walls or anything, they were helpful and kind. I have moved 4 times in the past two years. Pack & Go are the only movers for me! read more

I heard about this company through family. They raves about the good customer service and professionalism. I got to experience it for myself yesterday. The receptionist/secretary Kassandra was very professional and accommodating to last minute changes. The crew showed up on time and also were flexible with some last minute changes. It was all around excellent service and I would use them again! read more

This is the second time I have used Pack & Go. They deliver seamless service, from the first email requesting an estimate through to their cleaning up and driving away.
