He doesn't have a clue about customer service. I'm no one to judge, but he has to be on some sort of substance use. All I wanted was a few skylights cleaned, and when he came to give me an estimate, he included the skylight in the price, but when it was time to clean it from the inside, he didn't want to do it. He wanted an absurd amount of extra money to get it clean. He snapped at me out of nowhere, stopped working, and demanded that I pay him for the job done, and he was nearly half way done. I paid him and had to get someone else to get the job done. Just save yourself a headache and stay away from this company.
