100% wish I would have read reviews before going here. Probably the worst set of acrylics Ive received in my entire life. I have been getting acrylics done for over 10 years and I was in literal tears when I left the salon because my nails look so bad. 1. way overpriced as I paid more for a short, simple, basic set of nails with little to no shaping effort by the nail tech than I did back home for long boujee looking nails. 2. 7/10 of my fingers were cut and were bleeding from the drill used and the lady doing my nails just laughed and said "sorry." I informed her that I did not like the shape of my nails and she just kept saying, "but it looks so pretty" and would not accept the fact that I did not like the shape and wanted it changed. The paint on my nails then literally chipped THE SAME DAY I got my nails done. And to add to all this, she called my fingers and nails fat... which is extremely rude. 10/10 would not recommend. If I could give negative I would. I asked for cheapest pedicure only because it was quickest. She kept trying to talk me into more but I had an appointment nearby so I needed to leave. She then charge me extra at the end to take off my nail polish on my toes. I kid you not. She argued with her husband the entire time and it does not matter what language someone is yelling in the whole experience was gross and my nails looked like shit. The polish only lasted for a few days However, the negative experience has lasted much longer . Not too smart on their behalf as they could clearly pull in business from surrounding neighborhoods, and have a thriving business. However, their shop was dead just like their attitude, marriage and clearly their customer base. You could not pay me to go back. read more

they have no business having a license. i came in with dip on my nails, asked for dip. first she tried taking off my dip nails with cuticle trimmers and a nail tip. I asked if she could soak them off instead. she put my nails in a dog food bowl with acetone. when she applied my new dip nails, she didn't use a primer and it came into very uneven and she overlayed some areas, missed other areas, and it looked SO messy around the cuticle area. then... she put CLEAR ACRYLIC on top of the dip. i almost walked out and I should have at this point but I truly wanted to see how this disaster would end. I recently moved here and needed to get my nails done with dip powder. When I walked in, they had about 50 dip powders on the wall so I picked a color. When the woman began the dip powder process, it started to look a little sloppy but I figured she would file off and clean up the excess. After all the dip powder was on, she did not file the sloppiness and layered acrylic on top of the powder, and then used gel clear coat to seal it....this is not the way they did it at my old salon but thought that maybe it was a new technique. When she was finished I inspected them. My nails came out okay, not the best, but figured they would work for at least 2 weeks until I got them done again - elsewhere. We'll now, I've literally only had them for 5 days and the powder is crumbling off my nails and has already chipped multiple times. If you get dip, do not go here.... read more

So it took about an hour before I even got noticed by the workers there, then when they finally did the gel on my toes they looked horrible. They didn't even do my cuticles on my hands or feet the only reason I gave them 2 stars is because my hands looked somewhat decent but I'm going somewhere tomorrow to get my toes fixed. read more

All I can say is thank GOD I looked at the reviews of this place. I wondered why it was always dead and I thought well I could get in easy but there's gotta be a reason and sure enough when I looked nothing but poor service and nails. They're lucky I didn't go in because I'd have went off. You can't keep treating people like crap and doing crappy work and stay open!! The wrong one is gonna walk through that door and it'll be the last time you treat customers like shit again!!! Waited 3 hours for a mani pedi, than was rushed. over charged and ended up with a toe nail infection.

Rushed my pedicure when it wasn't even busy.... Pretty sure they gave me a pedicure in 15 including polish. I still had old gel polish on my toes before she tried and new polish over it. read more

it was late in the day . she looked tired i was tired but she took extra care of me. my nails were a mess from other salons just adding more and rushing. she took her time, hand massage , hot wax bath, soaked and removed old stuff off my nails. she was gentle and caring. my nails look and feel great! read more

Got my eyebrows done here and I will never come back. For starters, the waxing chair is out in the open for everyone in the salon to watch your pain and misery. The same towel is used for all customers getting a wax. The lady paused halfway through a pedicure to come do my eyebrows and I'm unsure if she even bothered to wash her hands. This place is unsanitary. As for the service-My eyebrows had a shape they just needed to be cleaned up a little. However SHE TOOK THE LIBERTY OF WAXING HALF OF MY EYEBROWS OFF. Completely cut in half. She went out of the way to ruin the shape and make me look like a clown. I did not want my lip waxed, but she did it anyway! I left this place in tears but you don't have to- save yourself the emotional trauma and do not get waxed here. read more

I was looking for a new place to go since I moved to Beaufort so I tried this one. I got my eyebrows waxed here, had to sit in a chair which I never like. The lady was EXTREMELY rough. One of the most painful jobs I've ever had done. Didn't notice how thin she went into I got in my car. My left is WAY TOO THIN. I am not happy at all. Then got a full set of French acrylics. When she used the electric filer she dug into my skin with it (OWWW). Tips ended up being uneven and left a few bubbles in them too. $30 (decent price) but for the quality...I will never come back here and I recommend no one else does either read more

Unbelievable. I gave myself two days to mull it over before writing this review and I'm still just as frustrated and disappointed with my service as I was two days ago. Let me start off by saying I regularly get my nails done, every 2-3 weeks as needed. A gel polish change is pretty standard, with typical "steps" done, consistent across multiple locations and usually a standard price ($18-$22) with an occasional up charge to remove the old polish. I walked in requesting my "gel polish change" to which the gentleman told me to pick my color and take a seat. He's working on my nails, taking forever but sticking to the standard (removing the old polish, some filing, some buffing, trimming some cuticles - not all, and repainting). He did some weird things like tryin to scrape my old gel polish off with his thumb nail rather than the metal scraper, which HURT like crazy (try giving yourself a nailbed pinch). However, he did nothing extra or more than the usual polish change. Then when it comes to pay charges me $30 for a gel manicure plus $5 for cuticle something (couldn't quite understand what, however I know it wasn't for polish removal). Frustrated I explained that wasn't the services I sat down expecting and wasn't anticipating paying that price. They showed no remorse and acted as though they were doing me a favor by not charging me the extra $5. I again, told them the service I requested and he not once asked me to do services further than what I sat down thinking I was receiving. While in the chair before even hearing my total, a lady walked in with the same complaint of being over charged (she got charged the $5 for cuticles too), her nails uneven and her eyebrows left uneven. They ignored her initially and demonstrated extremely poor customer service but I considered her to be unlucky and kept my mouth shut. Eventually they took her back to attempt to fix everything. After being home and more closely examining my nails and thinking about the situation, a few things came to mind: My nails too were uneven; not shaped evenly at the top and the paint was not even across the nail IF I had requested a manicure and that was the service he thought he was providing, there was no cuticle oil, lotion or massage treatment, all part of a standard massage IF I had requested a manicure, cuticle trimming, again, is part of a standard massage, so why try to charge people extra He gave no offer, nor did he actually cut my nails which was one thing I always request with working in a hospital; thankfully I am on vacation and it isn't as important but if it was I could take this on as my fault because I too could have spoken up and asked...just a minor testament to their impaired customer service For having received (questionably) and paid for a manicure, I should not have had hangnails on 3 separate fingers for two days after Was it necessary to write a review 3 paragraphs long for a nail salon? Probably not. But clearly this salon has things they need to work through and despite its convenience to those in the Shell Point/PI area, I highly suggest pursuing your relaxing nail experiences elsewhere. read more

I got an acrylic set of nails put on 03-06-2021. After getting them done, I realized they were thin. I didn't think to much of it till I started to do my day to day routine. They started to break off! I decided the 7th the following day I was gonna call. The lady who did my nails was telling me to come back. When I went back she started to yell at me. Yelling that I took the nails off. She wouldn't let me explain how they broke off. She continued to scream at me tell me "I have you on camera" I never claimed to not have gotten them they broke off! I paid for nails that didn't make a full 24 hrs before breaking. PLEASE DO NOT use this salon. Very POOR customer service. Did what she wanted to my nails. I didn't get what I wanted. She glued 2 tips together since the first tip she cut to short. Please please please do not spend your hard earned money here. Not worth it! read more

Very unhappy. First it looks like I got duck nails, can't see how you can get square nails wrong.. I was then over charged! 25$ for acrylic set, 45$ for gel set. This honestly is the worse manicure I have ever gotten. The service is rude and it's obvious that they talk about you in their language. They told me I could go without even checking to see if my nails were dry. They weren't dry and I smudged one just picking up my purse. The technician had to fix it or at least she attempted to. I dried for a while longer and was told I could go without even checking my nails again. In fact her words were, "you just go and be careful." This photo was taken as soon as I got home. As you can see the ring finger is smudged and the pointer finger polish has bubbled. This was my first and only visit. read more
