My daughter was a walk-in. A male tech, Hunter, came right away to the desk to help us. He showed me how to sign-in since it was our first time. He pulled up a chair so I could sit beside her while she got her nails done. We were offered beverages three times, but I do not know if they were complimentary. The facility was busy with many customers coming and going. It was beautiful and large inside. Asian instrumental music was playing, it was rather quiet for the amount of people in there. I only have gone to two nail salons, my regular one and this one so I admittedly have very little experience in a variety of places. A friend of mine had gone here and had an amazing experience. She spoke highly of the person she had and the cleanliness of the place and how nice and organized everything was. I however had the WORST experience. With the pictures attached will show my complaint. I went in for a builder gel fill with french tips. First was the pricing, I was told it was $60 for a fill and $18 for French tips and somehow my total was $86. I was in a rush because I had another appointment but not so much in a rush that I needed to rush my appointment, I was there at 11:00am and my next appointment was at 2:30pm but I just needed to eat in between. The gentleman at 14 messed up my nail shape clearly didn't know how to do French tips. The pictures black set is what I went in with and the red is what he did. He missed spots, only did one coat, didn't remove all of the previous color, didn't evenly apply clear coat, and made my nails crooked. When I went back to get it fixed they told me that I would need to go to the same person or pay extra for a color change which would be near the same price I JUST paid. When redoing my nails, the nail tech teased me about being unhappy with my nails. The redo was equally bad in different ways. The clear coat is still uneven, the paint is lumpy, the french tip is STILL crooked and I only did it on 2 fingers total because they still wouldn't refund me for the french tips charge despite not getting french tips because the person who did it didn't know how to do it. If you choose this salon, know who to go to because not everyone is capable. read more

This experience was frustrating and completely unacceptable. The technician (I believe his name was Daniel) began removing my nails by clipping them and then trying to pry them off with another nail. When that didn't work, he aggressively filed them down until it physically burned. Only after causing pain did he finally soak my nails and then continued filing them down even more. During this process, my thumb started bleeding, and my natural nails are now chipped, extremely thin, and sore. The entire removal took 36 minutes and I was charged $15.30. Iultimately got up and left because this is not safe, professional, or acceptable nail removal. Proper nail removal should never involve prying, burning, or causing bleeding. This felt careless, avoidable, and like basic nail safety was ignored. I will not be returning. read more

Hi there, I wanted to share some feedback about our visit. The service was okay, but it felt rushed, and the quality of the work reflected that. The language barrier made things tough too--we had to involve multiple people just to explain what we wanted, and even then it wasn't clear if it was understood. The communication between the front and the manicurist also didn't flow well. We filled out the on-screen questionnaire, but we were still asked the same questions again, which made it feel like the system isn't being used for anything other than collecting our name and number. Even then, my name wasn't used at any point. We were simply waved to the next available chair. An abousult horrific experience and I have been getting my nails done for 15 years! My polish change on my toes was good not the best but good and sky came over to do my nails and rushed through. He was sooo rough on my nails and ended up filing my skin and ripped my cuticle off my nail bed causing me to BLEED for HOURS! He went to the front desk and I had to have my pedicure guy help me who was quick to spray alcohol on it that I requested and then put drops of blue stuff in it and held pressure. Then sky came back and said "oh no what happened you have soft skin" like NO APOLOGY OR ANYTHING and then he proceeds to give me a gel French tip manicure WHEN I ASKED FOR A GEL FRENCH ACRYLIC FULL SET! MY ANNIVERSARY IS TOMORROW!! So now my nails are ugly (besides toes) and I am in SO MUCH PAIN!! I have visited this salon 3 or 4 times now and as a retired cosmetologist, this salon is charging high prices to pay for their high dollar atmosphere and not getting a high dollar service. I explained to the guy what I liked, he thought I was being fussy and cut my appointment short. When a customer explains what they like you don't get an attitude you take the constructive criticism and make yourself the best nail tech/hair stylist that ever was. This salon is overpriced, a $40 pedicure that was basically an expensive polish change. read more

My husband and I enjoy coming here for Pedicures. It's a lovely comfortable place, and everything is new and clean. Service is always excellent and we have never had a bad experience. So far they have been awesome in finding availability even if it's last minute. They have a large staff and will even call in other technicians to accommodate customers. Everything has skyrocketed in price, so it is not the greatest value. Maybe if you are looking for the most basic of services it could still be in the affordable range. read more

I went in for a pedicure today. While the technician was trimming my toenails, I experienced discomfort. I looked down and noticed I was bleeding. Honestly, I should have stopped him right there, but I was in shock. There were a lot of people there and I didn't want to cause a scene. My toe bled pretty badly throughout the entire pedicure. I did tell him my toe really hurt, and he replied, "well, you have an ingrown toenail, I cut it out." When we were done, I noticed another toe was also bleeding. When I went up front to pay I told the receptionist I was cut and needed to speak to someone about it. The owner totally blew me off and told me, "He's my best guy, he removes ingrown toenails all the time." I informed him I did not ask for ingrown toenail removal... He offered me a 20 percent discount. I paid and walked out to gather my thoughts. I went back in and told him I wanted a refund. I let the owner know I am also a licensed cosmetologist, so I know that by law you can't just go off ripping people's toenails out or cutting someone and drawing blood... No one is legally capable of doing that other than a doctor. Then he told me it was an accident. So, which is it? Accident or "cutting out an ingrown toenail" that I didn't ask for? This man argued with me over a $24 refund even though he's making money hand over fist at his locations and on top of that I am hurting. It's not a mistake on nail shape or color, this is a matter of cutting a customer and making them bleed, risking chance of infection to myself and others. It was packed on a Saturday so I do take that into consideration, but just to get help for gel removal I was given a 30 minute estimated wait which turned into an hour. I was told I could get a text when they were ready for me but I never got one and had to come in and out multiple times past 30 minutes to check if they were ready. Besides that, the smell of products was absolutely overwhelming. Not sure if the ventilation was not working properly but it hits like a brick when you walk in and I cannot imagine the health issues that could potentially cause with prolonged exposure! read more

Went to get a black french polish on my nails and toes. The guy who did them made all the lines uneven and sloppy. Then he used an un natural pink color( he didn't ask if it was okay to use, he just used it). I was not paying attention and was reading. I did not think I had to watch everything they did. I never have had to at other places. I did try to have him fix some of the black but he seemed uninterested and it was late so I left. Came back the next day and the manger told me they didn't look bad but that he would fix them. He fixed my fingers nails then got frustrated when I asked him to fix my toe nails. He did say if I had a problem just come back but after one day of him fixing them, they are already chipped. I understand regular polish doesn't last long but after one day it's chipping? I've gotten regular polish at other places and have not had this issue. Only wanted regular polish because I wanted them for a shorter amount a time.
