My wife bought an expensive dress for a wedding. After the wedding she brought the dress to Four Seasons Cleaners to be dry cleaned. When she picked it up a button was missing and in some areas of the dress the print was smudged. The owner said to give him a couple of days to find the button and then he would call her. She waited 5 days without hearing from him so she went back to the store to speak with him. He said that he couldn't find the button and the stains on the dress were not caused by being dry cleaned. Without the lost button and the stains, the dress is ruined. The owner offered no compensation. Not even a refund on the cleaning charge. When she told him that her only option was to file a complaint with Small Claims Court he started yelling at her, accused her of threatening him, picked up his phone and started to call the police. She said that was fine, she would wait for the police to come so she could tell her side of the story. That's when he put the phone down. Don't ever use Four Seasons Cleaners. If you have a problem you will have no recourse and be treated with disrespect. read more

Brought 5 items. 3 were not good when I went to get them. They sewed a pocket back on crooked. I showed the lady it was not good and she apologized profusely saying the tailor usually does a good job. They will fix it. So I left and when I picked it up, it is still crooked. I showed her and she said, "it's because he doesn't have enough material to make it straight." I told her I bought it straight so why couldn't he put it back. (Put the pocket back.) The second item looked like it wasn't even fixed. The 3rd item had the material sewn over itself. Couldn't even wear it, they had to fix the 3 items. I is ok. One is mediocre and the pocket is still wrong. I will never go back. Do not recommend. read more

I got a leathered jacket professionally cleaned which is hard to find in Vegas/Henderson without it costing an arm and a leg. Thankfully I ran across this business and the jacket ended up looking PERFECT. It was super clean and smelt authentic. I was super happy with the results so I gave them another one right away and can't wait to get that one back! Trust me, use these people! They are a amazing! I came here because their new location in Henderson is very close to my house! I'm a new customer and I'm very very picky when it comes to trusting someone with my clothes. A lot of my clothes are high brand clothing and before dropping off my clothes I explained to them how much I care about my clothes as they are very expensive. They reassured me that everything will be fine, so I trusted and brought them several of my clothes . Wow, I'm so impressed as every one of my clothing items came back perfect and clean! I've even had them fixed a tear on one of my favorite shirts, they fixed so well I couldn't even tell if there was even a tear. The work they do is so excellent! So I have lived in this town for 28 years and I have never had such poor customer service in my life. My advice to you is make sure you don't pay for anything upfront. Because their service is poor. M ake sure you check everything out before you pay for it. Because there is a no refund policy. And personally I think the quality of their work is very poor. I took my mother-in-law's dress there to be altered and it look like a two-year-old got a hold of it. Yes they wanted me to bring it back so they could fix it. Who is going to fix it!!!! Hmmm !!!! I Wander They gave me such a run around, it was such a joke. I honestly think they don't have a person who does the altering . Or at least nobody professional or knows what they are doing! I came to alter a bridesmaid dress on Saturday and was asked to come back Monday when their tailor could be there, so I did. I had to keep showing the tailor areas that were clearly loose and he did an okay job in the end but unfortunately not good enough to charge $160 as there were bunches and it just wasn't smooth on my body. I was also told my dress would be ready to pick up at 5 on that Wednesday and when I got there at 5:15 was told it was not there because the driver was stuck in traffic and they don't do the dry cleaning on site so it had been sent out and was on its way back. So.. would have preferred they just told me Thursday so I didn't waste a trip or end up annoyed at the expectations given because I had to be somewhere and couldn't wait. In the past I have taken my dresses to Everkleen off of serene and Spencer to be altered and they do a great job for $50-$70. I had just had a similar alteration done by Everkleen to another dress a month ago & really wish I would have just gone back to them, but this place was closer to my home. Everyone was very friendly and nice so I do feel bad to leave a bad review, but it was just an overpriced uncomfortable experience. read more

Should have backed away when I first walked in and saw the hand-scribbled sign "cash only"... But I wanted to support my local businesses and "Al" has been not so good to me lately. Never again.... Al Phillips has my business for as long as I live in las Vegas. I realize this is the trailer park people call Henderson, but even in trailer parks they have people who have a personality... Not here. You feel like she is doing you a favor by taking your clothes and giving you a receipt. Three days later I go to pick up, my clothes and find the place closed. Hand scribbled sign on door said "Be Back in 15 minutes" . Ok, its 1pm and they went to lunch. I can deal with that. I go to lunch as well. 1:30, the place is still closed. 1:45 a car pulls up and 2 people step out holding Subway sandwich bags. there is a Subway 100 feet away. It took 2 people to go to lunch for at least 30 minutes. Maybe longer because the closed sign was on the door when I first arrived !! I followed them into the store and as they got back to business, I looked around and saw more signs about their "services" all hand written or typed out with a home printer. I can see they were cutting corners on signage and bought scotch tape by the case. I've seen better-written signs hanging on the walls at the GoodWill Donation Centers... Take some pride in your business. make it look welcoming and if you have 2 people working at a retail business, you don't close up shop to go to lunch!! read more

First off, I'm disappointed in the staff...I walk in there and she doesn't even ask me what I need, she just stared at me until I actually called her over. Second, she charges me $15 just to fix a zipper, in my opinion, that's a ridiculous price to pay. Lastly, I never got a call back or anything to tell me it was done. I had to go in on my own and ask if it was done. Other places I've been to, I've always had a courtesy call if it's been there too long. But this lady, damn, she needs a hug or something. Chances of me going back? Probably the last place I'ld go and only reason why I would go is because it's the closest one to my house. read more

The girl inside didn't like it and told my husband we weren't welcome there any more so we found this place near by. Went to pick up my blouse and had to have it redone because it wasn't cleaned properly. Went back to pick it up a few days later and was told they lost it! They offered to give me a credit for the value of the blouse.......uh, a credit won't help because I'm never going back there! read more

Some of the reviews don't seem recent so we decided to give it a try. Got an older gentleman who was funny, polite and had a great attitude. Came back and we were greeted by a woman who had a smile on her face and took great care of us. Delighted whenever we pick up our clothes. Clean and nicely pressed. Unbelievable poor customer service. What happened to the pregnant lady that worked there. The older man that is there now is unfriendly and so difficult to understand. Clothes are never ready when promised. The prices are good but the service is horrible not to mention my clothes have a weird stench to them as if they went even dry cleaned. I've been a customer for 6 years and in the past 4 to 5 months the service has gone down. I used to enjoy going there because they had quality work and excellent friendly customer service. Now with the communication problem and unfriendly counter people, I'm finding a new cleaners. read more

I recently brought roughly 6 articles of clothing at different times to this place. When returned half of these had problems. First time button was ripped off leaving me shirtless for an interview in a different state. No quality assurance. I decided to try them again. I brought another button up nice shirt and a brand new suit to them. When returned my suit pant metal clip was ripped out of the fabric with a huge whole in the pants. The shirt also had another button broke in half. I immediately showed them and they couldn't have cared less about it. Acting like it wasn't their fault. Told me they could fix it for a fee. DON'T BRING YOUR NICE CLOTHES HERE. It is cheap for a reason. read more

First people need to realize that the ladies who work there are human and are there from open to close. Dealing with customers who are always in a hurry or rude is taxing on them. Once the clothes come in they are sent to the plant to get cleaned, they only handle them before and after, so please don't give them crap. Also, as far as the $20, when people keep giving $20 for a $1.99 order it uses a lot of change, there are no banks near by and you people can break down your bills for them instead of getting mad at these ladies. Get real and check yourselves first. Be kinder to them and you'll be surprised at how nice they can be. And the one lady there I know is very kind to all her customers and knows most of the people who come in. read more
