I honestly don't understand some of the negative reviews. My partner brings his work shirts and suit jackets here and everything always comes back looking crisp, clean, and professionally done. I've also had alterations done here and I am beyond pleased with the work. The prices are super reasonable, especially for the quality and turnaround time. The staff is friendly, helpful, and quick, and the pickup process is really convenient. It's been such an easy, reliable place to use. I brought two men's sportscoats here for pressing and the outcome was good. I love how high-tech the experience is. Everything is done through a kiosk system, and it's 24 hours, so it is very convenient! The only reason I cannot rate it five stars is because it is pretty pricey coming from someone who typically uses $2.99 no-name cleaners. Plus one of my coats was extremely wrinkled and it just came out ok. $10 per coat for just a pressing seems pretty steep to me, but like I said, I am used to using no-name, $2.99 cleaners. This location is super-convenient for me hence why I used it. Got a quote of $30 for two coats to be dry cleaned and pressed. I will have to think about it. read more

I took my winter jacket in to be dry cleaned. It came back with three of the four sleeve buttons damaged, two of them hanging on by a thread. The work is sloppy and overpriced. If you like your clothes and want to keep them, go someplace else! read more

Dry cleaning was $7.50 per item. Items came wrinkled and smelled off. I didn't feel the value was there.

I arrived right before 5pm on a Saturday, and they had closed and locked the doors. I looked in and there was a young man at the counter, 10ft in front of me. I knocked on the door, clearly he could hear me, but he didn't look up. Totally ignored me. I knocked louder. Nothing. It would have taken him 2 minutes to make a customer happy, and probably come back several more times, if he had just opened the door and helped. Instead he ignored a customer, and really lost a customer. All because he didn't want to take two minutes to help. Literally 2 minutes... Their prices are pretty similar to others in the area, so it's not like they are saving me money. The only reason I use them is because I got referred, through a coworker. I will be taking my business elsewhere, just because of this. read more

This place does not dry clean anything. They only put your item on a hanger, cover it in plastic and charge you more than nearby cleaners. I have been back and forth to this location 6 times for 2 separately dropped off items that were never cleaned. I dropped off a jacket and picked it up a few days later. When I got home, I noticed the same food stain on it before I dropped it off and it didn't have that dry cleaner chemical smell. I immediately went back to notify the attendant and she agreed my jacket was never cleaned but only stuffed back into plastic on a hanger. She said she would contact management and redo it without charge--as they should. I went back to pick it up a couple days after they said it would be ready and it still wasn't ready. They said because my jacket had a missing zipper pull, they needed my acknowledgment of this before cleaning. Why do they bother to take your phone number and address if they don't contact you for something like this? I also dropped off a comforter to be cleaned and that was also never cleaned and the same scenario...we'll redo it and contact management. I would never use them again. Waste of time and money. I'll go use the cleaners across the street next time. read more

Called for quote on Queen Size comforter (thought I called Al Phillips.) Dropped quilt off, (never even noticed the name change outside.) Went back to get quilt was told a different price, (one that increased.) Talked to Owner/Mgr? He explained to me that this location was under new ownership. I was Not happy. He went inside and came back out, gave me the difference back! Comforter was nicely done. Gr8 customer service!! I never give a 5 star review. His cleaners deserves it!!!!!! read more

I took 9 items and was simply told "they would be ready tomorrow". No pricing was given to me and there was no pricing up on walls or anything. I asked if I could know the price before leaving and was told "we won't know the price until we work on it". I trusted it would be reasonably priced for some polos and some hoodies only to come back the next day and be told it was $75.00. I am used to paying $20-$25 across the street for the exact same service. The manager was nice enough to take 20% off because it was simply not fair that I was not told what the cost would be but I will not be going here again unfortunately. read more

Moved away from Las Vegas a few years ago. I miss my friends, several restaurants and Al Phillips The Cleaner! It's been 2 years of hellish dry cleaning services on Central Coast California. Poor quality, additional fees, slow service. Visiting Las Vegas Mothers Day weekend. Arrived Thursday, dropped off 37 shirts, a suit, dress trousers. It's late Saturday afternoon. My dry cleaning is back, individually bagged, Tissue paper on all hangers, primo, primo quality 5 star service! And NO EXTRA FEE! Reasonably priced too! Las Vegans, you have a treasure in this dry cleaner! I frequented Horizon Ridge location and have always had quality and efficient service. Easily 5 stars, easily! read more

My husband dropped off his uniforms on Friday at around 11 am and he called all day today Saturday to ask if they are ready and they finally told him to come back at 6pm well they closed at 6pm and wouldn't even let him in to grab his clothes at the time he was told to come. He now won't have his uniforms for Tuesday's since they are closed Sunday and Monday for the holiday. read more

After being a customer for over 8 years, I am extremely disappointed with Al Philips and will not be doing business with them again. I had a special uniform that needed to be dry cleaned for a funeral. Because of COVID, I checked online for business hours to make sure they were open Sunday. Online they advertised they were open. I showed up Sunday and there was a sign posted that stated they were closed. I went first thing Monday morning to ensure I would get it next day. I told the employee how important it was to have my uniform ready in time for this funeral. The employee assured me it would be ready Tuesday at 6pm and provided me with a ticket that stated so. I showed up Tuesday night at 6pm and observed a new hours sign was posted that stated the business had closed at 5pm. The business could have at least called to tell me this. I ended up not having the proper uniform ready in time for the funeral. I called the corporate office to express my concerns and never heard back from them. I can't believe the lack of customer service here. Store hours should be updated online and if there is a sudden change in hours, customers should be notified. I told my coworkers about my experience and come to find out, they were having similar issues and have also chosen to go a different cleaner. For an establishment who mainly deals with cleaning a variety of different uniforms, I expected better. Al Philip's really let me down. read more

Service is fast and relatively inexpensive, and they are open on Sundays. However, they can't clean clothes on Sundays, and I've had to return multiple shirts as they were still dirty. They sewed a button back on with white thread (visible button on a burgundy shirt). read more
