When she picked it up a button was missing and in some areas of the dress the print was smudged. The owner said to give him a couple of days to find the button and then he would call her. She waited 5 days without hearing from him so she went back to the store to speak with him. He said that he couldn't find the button and the stains on the dress were not caused by being dry cleaned. Without the lost button and the stains, the dress is ruined. The owner offered no compensation. Not even a refund on the cleaning charge. When she told him that her only option was to file a complaint with Small Claims Court he started yelling at her, accused her of threatening him, picked up his phone and started to call the police. She said that was fine, she would wait for the police to come so she could tell her side of the story. That's when he put the phone down. Don't ever use Four Seasons Cleaners. If you have a problem you will have no recourse and be treated with disrespect.

One is mediocre and the pocket is still wrong. I will never go back. Do not recommend.
