This place is incredible, everyone who works there is great, they always get my clothes, nice and clean, and they are returned in a very timely fashion. I can't say enough, good things about how they treat their customers, the quality of work, and the overall experience. Thank you, polo cleaners for everything you have done for me. read more

The two young ladies at the front are very nice, sweet, and professional. I also had the chance to meet the owner, and he was a very kind gentleman. Unfortunately, the seamstress is not good at her job. I brought in one pair of pants for alteration, and the work was not done correctly the first time. She had to redo them, and the results were the same. She even seemed to have an attitude when I expressed my concerns. I paid $35 for the alterations, and the pants ended up completely ruined. They truly need to find a new seamstress. The only reason I gave four stars is because the of the staff was pleasant. read more

If you want to find a business that truly cares for you and your family, you'll want to come here to Polo Cleaners! We have been getting all of our dry cleaning and alterations done here for 6+ years. We've had nothing put POSITIVE experiences. Most recently, we needed 6 curtains hemmed for our first home purchase. Lea took exceptional care of us as always. Not only did she make it the perfect length, she went above and beyond to finish the job the SAME DAY I dropped it off (even though I didn't request it)! Why? Lea knew we had kids in our home and she personally wanted to make sure we all had the privacy we needed in our home. Now that is high quality customer service and someone who truly cares Thank you Lea and Polo Cleaners for taking great care of our family! read more

They ruined my new white shirts!!! They expressed absolutely no remorse at all for their carelessness and the staff was extremely rude. The short extremely overweight one with the yellow head wrap was the worst by far, although the thin old woman wasn't much better. Don't ever come here unless you want terrible customer service and your clothes ruined. read more

Amazing service!! I had a last-minute request for alterations on a dress I needed for a wedding, and not only did they expedite the tailoring but also offered delivery since I'm recovering from surgery and on crutches. I should add that every time I've come to this cleaners, they've gotten it right. Marvin and his team were incredibly thoughtful and the dress fit to absolute perfection! I'm truly grateful for their awesome service and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone looking for quality work and genuine kindness. Thank you!! read more

Had been taking my skirt suits to get dry cleaned and they charge $16.95. Didn't know the average cost to get a suit dry cleaned was $12-13. But they seemed nice. I also got a zipper repaired for one skirt and I was charged $30. read more

This place is a little pricey but they are very good and timely. I receive text messages with updates on my clothes and the process that they are in. I usually can pick up my clothes the next day. Lovely place to take dry cleaning. Will be back! My clothes were perfect, hand off was easy and love to support a small business.

Amanda and crew at Pollo cleaners came through in a pinch for us. They are the most accommodating and kind family owned business around. We had alterations done and had an emergency dry cleaning situation occur that Amanda was gracious enough to help us out with. Highly recommend this place for all your daily dry cleaning or special occasions. read more

Nicest ladies run dry cleaners. Perfectly dry cleaned clothes.Always ready on time.

Altered my dress in a day! It came out perfect and was reasonably priced. Very happy customer.

I use them a couple of times a month. My clothes are always ready on time and I've never had an issue.

They do a nice job with shirts and pants cleaning and pressing. Alterations are for basics only. They were not able to alter my daughter's flower girl dress. But we still like them and use them for dry cleaning needs. read more

Brought in flat front casual pants to get dry-cleaned. Explicitly ask at counter to note not to crease the fronts. Pick up the next day - they're creased. Complain to guy at counter; he lets out big, exasperated sigh. Tells me to come back tomorrow. I ask if they could please get a press in today, as I was supposed to have them done today; request denied. I ask for a refund. Refused. Seriously? I walk out to find a new dry cleaner. read more

Highly recommended!! A wonderful staff that does an excellent job without being overpriced.

FRAUDULENT! Found a coupon in a local mailer for 20% off dry cleaning with their name and address on the header. I clipped the coupon and took it in with me to pick up my dry cleaning. The first time they refused to accept it because it states in the small print you must present it with the incoming order. Okay, I'll accept that because I failed to read the entire coupon. BUT, the following week I took it in with a new order of shirts and presented it with the incoming order. The lady at the counter vehemently denied it was their coupon! I've been taking my dry cleaning there for years as a matter of convenience, not because their work is better than any other dry cleaners on Eastern. Now I'll go out of my way to a different cleaners that has integrity, honors their coupons, and values customer loyalty. read more
