Extremely disorganized, unprofessional, and unwilling to take accountability. Count and photograph everything, and insist on an itemized receipt. I dropped off a pair of biker boots because a zipper was broken and the heels were loose. Arthur charged me $150 to repair the boots. He told me it would take a couple of weeks but I was fine with that, even though other people were coming in demanding same-day repairs. Arthur called me a few days later saying they were done. Great. I went in to pick up and the boots but they weren't cleaned or polished at all. This was the first time ever that I dropped off boots or shoes somewhere to be repaired, and he didn't bother cleaning them. He showed me what he did; gutted out the inner soles to the original bare piece, and added a piece of leather inside where the back heel of my foot would go. It wasn't comfortable at all. Arthur suggested I add one of his inner soles to my boots but charged me another $30. He also cleaned up the boots after I expressed that it wasn't cleaned but he didn't actually polish them. Then, I had a suit to be altered. Nune helped me with the pinning and such. She was nice but was too much in a rush. I also asked about dry cleaning, and she told me they can do that. She gave me a pick up date which worked with my using the suit for the upcoming weekend and charged me $120. Took the boots home and used them for a day. Very uncomfortable. The leather piece that Arthur added inside was cutting into my heel. Frustrated, I cut off about a 1/2" strip from the top of the leather piece which made it feel better. The repair was a lousy job. Now back to the suit -- on the day of pickup, Nune called me and asked if I could pick up the suit 3 days later because she got some same-day demands in. I was not happy. Here I am, the customer who came in 10 days ago, paid $120 for my alternations, but she wanted to bump me over some self-entitled people who wanted their alterations done the same day. This is bad business and poor customer service for the ones who already paid and waited for their garments. I told her I needed the suit the day she promised it, but I had to pick it up near their closing hour at the end of the day. I picked up the suit. Wasn't thrilled with how it fit as it seemed like she barely did anything that I wanted done. Still felt too big overall. Also, the suit was never clean. She uses steamer. A steamer is NOT dry cleaning. $120 gone. I have a bunch of stuff to be altered. Not cheap garbage but nice vintage suits, tuxedos, and vests, but I won't be back. This place sucks and though they were nice, they charged way too much for bad work and poor customer service. And how they cater to these entitled people who demand same-day repairs and alterations, and make other paying customers wait, is totally absurd. Then as a bonus, THEY SMOKE IN THEIR OWN SHOP. It reeks of cigarettes. Unbelievable. How on earth does this place stay in business? Will never go back. What a waste of time and money. And I couldn't have been nicer when I was there dropping off and pickup up my stuff.

They did say it would take about 10 days to finish since my wedding was coming up, they finished it at the perfect time. The cost for my alteration was $120 and it was a little long on me but it would have cost an additional $120 since I had 4 layers to the dress. I opted out on it and was fine with the length. They also have a cute pug inside but I was worried because I'm allergic to dogs, but it was fine as there were no hairs anywhere. They keep the area very clean. Thank you again!

I had a total of three fittings - the initial to go over what I wanted, take measurements, etc; the second to try on with the alterations temporarily in place to verify measurements; and the third final one with everything complete! I loved working with them and they made the process so smooth. I wanted to add custom off-the-shoulder sleeves using some of the sparkly tulle cut from the length, and they came out perfect. The bustle was also perfect and they ensured that I knew how to bustle it for the day of, and ensured I took a video so I could show my planner. My husband and his groomsmen got custom suits from Gaetano, but they also use A-Z Alterations! They knew we were both going there so they made sure our fittings weren't on the same day and that I didn't cross paths with my husband or the groomsmen. I know the groomsmen had great experiences as well. A few of them had issues with their pants' length at the second fitting but it was promptly fixed and they looked perfect on the day of. My in-laws and my brother also had their wedding attire altered here and everyone looked amazing! I've been to other alteration places where the customer service definitely lacked, but Stela was great to work with and stayed in constant communication. I've been back since our wedding to get other items altered. I think the prices are definitely fair for the quality and the reliability of their work, and they quote you prior to getting any work done so you know what to expect.

She explained how the machines worked. It's cashless. You purchase a card from the machine and use it on the washer and dryers. They also have laundry soap and dryer sheets for sale. They also have a wash and fold service for those who don't have time to stay and wash their clothes. There is a lot of parking, but it's in a busy strip type mall area with a LaBonita grocery store next door. They have ample laundry carts available to help get your laundry in and out of your vehicle. Pricing was a little high, we paid $11 for the larger machine and dryers are I believe $.25 for 4 minutes. The facility is clean, you feel safe and lots of machines. We'll definitely return the next time we need to use the facility.

I own a business and formerly owned a restaurant. So I understand how people take advantage of this. But my dog is a trained service dog. In a marked vest. Clearly a working dog. When I expressed that my dog was a service dog, I was still turned away. Legally this is unacceptable. Needless to say. I will not be back. It's unfortunate as it is clean and seems to be well maintained.

When she picked it up a button was missing and in some areas of the dress the print was smudged. The owner said to give him a couple of days to find the button and then he would call her. She waited 5 days without hearing from him so she went back to the store to speak with him. He said that he couldn't find the button and the stains on the dress were not caused by being dry cleaned. Without the lost button and the stains, the dress is ruined. The owner offered no compensation. Not even a refund on the cleaning charge. When she told him that her only option was to file a complaint with Small Claims Court he started yelling at her, accused her of threatening him, picked up his phone and started to call the police. She said that was fine, she would wait for the police to come so she could tell her side of the story. That's when he put the phone down. Don't ever use Four Seasons Cleaners. If you have a problem you will have no recourse and be treated with disrespect.

The vest was essentially brand new -- it had only been worn twice and this was the first time it had ever been cleaned. The vest cost $90. After they lost the item, the process to resolve the claim was extremely slow and frustrating. It took over a month to receive any reimbursement, and I did not receive a claims check until March 5, 2026. The negotiation process for anything over $40 was painful and difficult. To make matters worse, they only reimbursed me $60 for a vest that cost $90 and had barely been worn. Losing a customer's clothing is bad enough, but taking more than a month to resolve the issue and then refusing to reimburse the full value is unacceptable. Would not recommend.

That all being said, my most recent experience was really awful. I dropped off 5 t-shirts to be hemmed, which I used to do frequently.. They've always done a great job but the last time they all came back a bit long, off by about an inch. Now, I've never had them measure me in the store. My wife and I both work in fashion and have a lot of experience taking measurements so I just let him know how many inches I need taken off. This makes it much easier and faster to drop off and has never been an issue in the past. So I took the tshirts back in and let Mo know that they were off by about an inch. I said "I think maybe your son might have just wrote down the measurement wrong". He immediately got defensive and told me that he was the one who took this order and not his son. The he said that's why I should always have them take the measurements in the store. I was a little surprised by his reaction since we've always had great interactions and I didn't approach him aggressively at all. He told me to try all the shirts on again and that he couldn't take my word for it that it was just an inch off. I complied and tried them on. Afterwards he told me that they never take responsibility for any alterations that aren't measured in store themselves. And I said "oh I didn't know that because I've always just given you the measurements. It's not a big deal I think it was just an honest mistake". He then insisted again that his son didn't take the order and that he could show me the camera footage to prove that he had taken the order himself. I replied, "I know it was your son because it was my first time giving him an alteration order. I usually talk to you." Then he went on to tell me that his son is very smart and never makes mistakes. At this point it was getting very frustrating and he continued to imply that this was my mistake and he was doing me a huge favor in fixing this. I mean, he repeatedly states that his son is very smart and never makes mistakes. (I mean, who never makes a mistake) So I finally told him that I didn't need the work done. I could go somewhere else. I didn't appreciate the implication and he started to chuckle in a very demeaning way. I walked out with my clothes and went somewhere else. Honestly, it's been probably 6 months since this happened and I'm still shocked. Because the work has always been good and my experiences have always been great. Not sure if I caught him on a bad day but I don't feel comfortable going back. I want to be fair because they do great work and price fairly. My suggestion is to always have him measure your alterations for you to avoid an experience like mine.
