I decided to "pop some tags" (apologies to Macklemore) and purchase a thrift shop suit from Savers. It was an absolute steal and *almost* fit perfectly. Except for the length of the legs - which is where Deluxe cleaners comes in. I only had a couple days before we flew out of town, and shopped around for a place to hem and redo the cuffs on my pant legs next day. I'll recommend this place. They're a chain, so I'll focus just on the location I went to. The price I was given when dropping it off was a little higher than expected based on the feedback I got during an earlier phone call. Although it might have been a misunderstanding or two on my end during the call. Prices seem in line with the other places I called, maybe a few bucks higher but nothing too major. Service while dropping off and picking up was great. I was able to try on the suit before picking up to make sure the hem was correct. It's also clear they do a lot of cleaning and alterations - their rack was super full. Keep in mind that, when they say pick up if after five PM, they mean it. I saw at least two or three people come in when I dropped my suit at 4:30PM, only to be turned away for being too early. They close at 7PM, so make sure you block off that window if you want to pick up the day it is ready. read more

I went to a different place first and they were more expensive and said they could turn it around in 7-10 days. It goes a long way when you can fit in a small order for a first time customer. I brought in three items for alterations. Two sleeveless short dresses needed the seams to be taken in just under the arm alone. For that, they charged me fifty two dollars, $26.00 a piece! The third item was a shirt that needed alterations on the seam under the arm and down the side, leaving a slit at the bottom. That cost me forty dollars. I'm a New Yorker who moved here from California six months ago, and I tell you, honestly, I have never spent that much on alterations in my life. Shameful greed, that's all there is to it. read more

3 stars because the guy assisting me was really nice but I took off 2 stars because I feel like they got over on me. I came in to get a skirt zipper fixed they said they would need to replace the entire zipper. They "replaced" it in a timely manner... Well, upon checking the skirt zipper it is THE EXACT same zipper. So all they did was fix the original zipper and not replace it but I was charged for a replacement zipper... I had a couple more things I needed to get the zipper repaired but honestly I probably won't be returning specifically because of that. If you're going to replace something then replace it but if you're not going to replace it, don't upcharge me for that! read more

Almost $500 in dry cleaning for 6 items. One of the items that I picked up had a tag that said "this is the best we could do without damaging the item". But I wasn't briefed about it, nor was I refunded. After further inspection of the item, it didn't even look like they did anything because there was still a lot of lint, dust and animal hair on the item. Then they found a pair of gloves/mittens in one of the pockets and didn't even inform me before cleaning them, then charged me extra to clean them upon pick up. A courtesy call would've been nice just to ask if I wanted it cleaned. I would've just said to toss them. Several other pieces from this pick up still had lint & animal hair on them and didn't smell freshly dry cleaned. Very disappointed for the amount I paid & time they had to clean. It took 2 weeks for some items which I thought was fine as I also thought my items would be clean afterwards. read more

I go to this place often for my dry cleaning and have never been disappointed! They're reasonably priced and have gotten some of my even dirtier things looking completely new. I've taken everything from suits, suede dresses, silk tops, and more, and I never have a concern that something would get ruined. They also have a fast turnaround and my things are usually done within the end of the next business day. I've also taken my white coat here to get altered and the lady who helped me out was very thorough. Their alteration price was a lot lower than other places around the area and only took a few days. Mary is the BEST!! Lost a ton of weight for my birthday and two days before it I tried on my outfit and it did not fit. it was too big now also longer. Mary took me in last minute and shortened the hem, took in the waist and made the skirt look amazing (removed a built in belt) in a rush order for me just in time for my birthday. Within ONE BUSINESS DAY! I got so many compliments on my outfit and my night was saved! I didn't have time to try it on so if it would have not been right my night would have been ruined.
