Deluxe Cleaners and Alterations - Easy parking - Sewing & Alterations Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

I had a dress that was too long and needed to be hemmed and ready within a few days. It was pretty pricy at $75 just to cut length off with no other adjustments, but the turnaround time was quick. I dropped off my dress on a Tuesday morning and picked it up Thursday afternoon. Make sure you bring the heels you're going to wear with the dress so they can measure properly when you try on the garment in store. Overall; I'd recommend this service if you're on a time crunch, as some other places quoted a +$50 rush surcharge for a turnaround time was 4 days. read more

Had a zipper come off a nice jacket recently and called around for pricing. Deluxe was close to me and quoted a fair price. Picked up my jacket a few days later & it was as good as new! Quality work and fair pricing! read more

The service was very good. Friendly staff and the clothes were ready in 1 business day.

Great service! Great staff! They do a great job for my cleaning and for my alterations of my suit. Fast turnaround in which I appreciate.

The older lady in front was super rude while answering my questions about alterations. Also there is no price list so it really felt like she was just making prices of the top of her head. read more

Great and quick service! They can do same day but I didn't need it. Friendly staff. Good price, $15.99 for a suit. read more

EXCELLENT SERVICE from beginning to end. I took two of my husband's t-shirts and a polo to be dry cleaned. I dropped off on Thursday at 3:30 and it was ready next day Friday at 2pm. The drop-off /pick-up process is fast and easy. They offer Apple Pay and you can also choose to pay after dropping off your items or at pick up. As soon I dropped off the items I received a text with a link so I can track my order. When my items were ready, I also received a text letting me know I can pick up the items. The woman working the front desk are very friendly and helpful! read more

The extra long zipper on my favorite dress broke and I was afraid, I'd have to get rid of it. I checked here to see if there was any chance of a fix. They took care of it beautifully. I needed to get a dress altered ASAP because I had a wedding coming up. Called at 7AM on a Thursday to see if there was availability, they said I could stop by any time seamstress was in (she came in at 9AM that day). Got in, pinned everything within 10 minutes and was out the door. Dress was ready for pick up by Monday after 5PM. The service was great, employees were friendly and got exactly what I needed done very fast. Price was awesome as well. Definitely coming back again. Already recommended to 2 people! read more

I've been here a few times it's $5 extra if you want something done the same day. I came back a few weeks ago for the same alteration I've done in the past not only did they want to charge me $30 instead of the $15 the girl at the register was very rude & told me I was suppose to pay $5 For same day which( I already knew )gave me an attitude because her boss was the one who did my transaction & didn't charge me the extra $5 not my fault. I will no longer come here for alterations. read more

Service was good but the alteration's were done incorrectly I was almost debating the woman on how far out to alter the jeans. When I picked them back up, they were done incorrectly as i feared and then I brought them back to fix and they did kind of like a makeshift fix where they pinch the fabric and then sewed up the ends so now when I wear the pants the jean scratches up against my skin and it's very uncomfortable. Bummer I had high hopes. read more

Fast service! Got our clothes the next day! Plus they don't charge high. Will def be back to get our clothes cleaned here.

Always great service and they go above and beyond. Positive energy every time I walk in.

Dropped my king size woven blanket off on a Thursday and scheduled for pick up about 4 business days later. The staff is so nice and friendly. The job was well done and my blanket was returned neatly wrapped and folded. read more

These people are life savers! I conceived before my wedding. 2 weeks before my wedding the dress officially did not fit. I was stressed out and crying, I got a quote elsewhere and it was almost as much as my dress was. I decided to come here for another quote and it was a way better deal and they were providing the same services and dry cleaning my dress on top of that! They had me try it on 3 days prior to my wedding to make sure it fit, they had to make a little more adjustment on my thigh but I picked it up day before my wedding and it fit perfectly! They were amazing with customer service and making sure it fit for my special day. I will forever recommend this place for all friends, family, and my following. I provided examples of what my dress was before and my wedding day! read more

Had several dresses hemmed up and they returned even faster then expected... great service.

I've been coming here little over for two years. I also work for a huge corporation down in Henderson.. That being said, I come here for my personal belongings & also for business. I've always been treated with respect expect for this week. I asked a simple question over the phone and she started blatantly yelling at me and I understand if you have a bad day that's OK...but there's no reason for you to almost scream over the phone and treat your customers that way when they have been loyal to you For two years. Mind you, that woman has always helped me and welcomed me & my business but something in her that day came out. And I don't think that's how you should treat any of your customers let alone someone who has brought YOU so much business. I hope this interaction that I had never happens again with any of your customers, especially when I just asked one simple question. I advised the business that i work with and not only will i stop going here for my personal belongings, The business i work for will no longer be coming here for service either.. We do not feel welcomed here anymore nor do we feel comfortable. read more

I needed an alteration on a bridesmaid dress. Their customer service is top notch! Very friendly and fast service.

Great service good price.!quick and efficient good location. Friendly staff, clothes never looked better read more

Natalie is a true saint! She went above and beyond to help me out. I couldn't pick up my suit before they closed yesterday. She personally went to the {closed} dry cleaners where my suit was and let me pick it up at her store. I would have been screwed for my show tonight, and she saved the day. I'm definitely going back! read more

This was my first time using dry cleaning services. I needed someone to assist me with tailoring some pants that I got. I came to deluxe cleaners and had a fantastic experience. They had a dressing room where I could try on the pants and the seamstress took me in right away and did her magic once I saw how the pants would fit I was so excited. Pick up was exactly how they said it would be there were no delays which was great! I have the option to either pay when I dropped off my pants or when I pick them up. I chose to pay up front. They even gave me a 15% discount for being a first-time customer. I didn't even have to ask for it. Overall great experience here the employees are super nice it is a family-owned business so that's great! I will definitely be back in the future! read more

I have used their dry cleaning and alteration services for 3 years. Very happy with both plus staff is friendly.

They are very kind and helpful. I came in wanting some pants altered that I had just bought for a business meeting. I was leaving for out of town the next day and asked if there was anyway for them to complete my alterations that day. I only had to wait 15 minutes and then my pants were altered! And for only $20. I will be coming here for all my alteration/dry cleaning needs as their kindness has earned a loyal customer. read more
