Don't recommend this place at all! Customer service feels more forced to interact, which there's no interaction. The woman is very dry and cut throat. It's like if she does not care about having customers or to have business. You're lucky if you get greeted, but don't expect anything after that. God for a bit they try to make it pleasant for you to leave your clothes there. Hope your experience is better than mine! read more

I went to pick up my dry cleaning on 5/3/25 at 4:45pm. They were closed although the sign shows closing at 5pm. Not happy. I went on 5/5/25 and spoke to young lady who said they close early if slow. But what about people who need their clothes? Oh well our manager lets us close early. The collar on my white coat still had the stain. She says well we tried. I told her that normally they tag it that they tried. It was just smudge. She agreed to redo after much complaining by me. I picked it up a couple days ago and it's really sad and ridiculous that they charge for this lack of effort. The worst I've ever seen. The prior ownership was 150% better. I'm never going back and will tell everyone I know. Also the counter person shouldn't be at the counter. No customer service skills. Can I give Zero.. Lazy girl, who was alway on her phone when i came in, told me I would have to pay $2 per shirt to unbutton the cufs!! They charge $2 for the cleaning! NONE of the other employees EVER charged me for this!!! Just the sloth like one. I alway was looked at as a bother to her as i was taking her from whatever she was doing on the phone. I told her I will call management as I have been going there for 8 YEARS and never charged. She was savvy and clued management into the call. They said they knew I would call by her. When I told them I have never been charged and other staff NEVER charged me for this, they stood behind likely their worse employee. I have NEVER gone back. I spent $40 a week at this place. I took 7 pairs of pants in to be hemmed. Was $12 a pair. Ok little expensive but ok. I dropped off on a Tuesday. Was told they would be ready the next Tuesday after 4pm. So I go in that Tuesday at 5:30 to pick and am told they don't have them they were sent off to be pressed. I am beyond pissed. My husband needed them for work the next day. They had a full week to get them done and back before I came to get. There was no reason they should not of been there and done when they said. They are not reliable and didn't even give me a discount off because they were late in getting them back to me. Very unprofessional. Name has changed , but recently they hung a sign in the door "back in an hour" at 11 am on a Friday . Hour from when? I sat in my car for 4 hours waiting to get my husbands uniform that he HAD TO HAVE for work that following day, and no one ever came . We called another location , they claimed the worked went to the emergency room . But they hung a "back in an hour sign" ? In my experience an emergency room visit would never take an hour . The worker at the other location said the owner would be there to let me and the other customers pick up their stuff , owner never came after an hour (I'm 5 hours into this now ) so we called again , now the worker said the owner would be at least 2 more hours . This little shop is located on the NE corner of Sunset and Marks. It's in the Home Depot Center across fro Best Buy. The seem to do a lot of alterations here of all kinds. They have multiple tables and sewing machine equipment around and I've seen a seamstress there both times. I brought in like 16 shirts and 5 pairs of pants. Plus had them do a couple alterations. I knew but wanted to see which she recommended launder or dry clean. For the most part all good for my liking. They use a very similar software to a couple other cleaners so I wonder if they're associated with the others. But it's nice to use phone number not worry about having to keep track of the stupid tickets. I ALWAYS throw them away- just a principle thing cuz the will find your stuff. Prices are posted clearly and all their policies and blah blah blah. But girl there took it all in, everything is pre pay and pretty cheap. I was surprised. So I picked up Saturday a delivery truck was there bringing in the clothes. Mine were in there. So they don't do the cleaning there and maybe it's at one of the others I go to? Hmm they're gonna know I trying out some strange this week. My girl over there is gonna be madddddd! OK so I haven't got my alterations back yet but I'll keep you posted. Had my white coats laundered here. One came back with an orange stain on the shoulder, as though it had been washed with something orange. When I pointed this out to them they said, "that would have happened to the whole batch if it happened here." Whatever, didn't feel like fighting them on it, but that stain definitely wasn't there when I dropped it off. I totally get why they have a low rating, the employee they hire could be the problem . I go in this morning to have laundered 19 shirts and a new young lady is working , very polite takes my shirts and I get my receipt and leave . I look at receipt in car and realize it was rung up to dry clean and not launder. I go back in the new young lady apologized and ask the trainer , this very rude (lady ) who has been sitting on her phone and not training . She comes over and meanly says I need to tell the employee what I want up front . She wants to school me instead of teach the new employe the correct way to intake clothing. The Asian lady that works here does an amazing job at alterations and at a reasonable price ($15) per shirt! The problem is that she comes in whenever she wants and nobody in the store can ever get a hold of her! Believe it or not, the employees here don't even know her schedule because, well, she doesn't have one! Other than that, the service here sucks balls. They screw up your order and their prices and return times are no longer reasonable for dry cleaning. What can you say about a business that's changes their name twice! I spend easily over $1300 a year on laundry and dry cleaning. I have been to this place a few times now but will never return. The staff is not helpful and rude. I needed some hemming done, the counter lady refused to help by pinning them for the seamstress. They also consistently break buttons on my shirts then claim "they are not responsible for buttons". I recently began using this cleaners because my other place kept doing a crap job on my husbands shirts. I used to go to 2 different places, one for shirts, one for pants and suits. Now, due to the affordable prices, I can make this my one stop shop. My only complaint is that I would like to see some more smiles on the workers there. The worst dry cleaners!!! I tried this place because it was close to my work - what a mistake! They took a brand new pair of $85 dark gray dress pants and turned them pink all over the knees and legs. They said that it was sun damage and they would try their best to remove the pink stains. I explained to them the pants were brand new and they still argued with me. They tried to remove the stains, but they did not come out. They did NOT replace my pants either and now I'm out $85. read more

I used to take my dry cleaning here when I lived in the area. I've never had a problem with this dry cleaner. They never misplaced any of my items. I have gotten a few of my alterations done by Alia and she has done a good job every time. They do have a few locations in Las Vegas. I now take my dry cleaning to their Rainbow and Smoke Ranch location since it is closer to my house. The staff at both locations are nice and accommodating. I use to think I had found a hidden gem, with 1.95 a garment, such a steal! How could they do that when all the other dry cleaners were costing 3.95+? Well, it's become very apparent how they do that. They don't clean your clothes. I always prepay for my clothes, well, this last time I got screwed. When I picked up my clothes they hadn't even washed one of my shirts. I asked why it was still dirty, they said "we tried our best" well my sleeves still had crease marks from when I had rolled them up. That tells me they hadn't even run it through a washer or steamer. I pointed it out and the worker simply said, "I can try again." What?! You hadnt even tried in the first place. Also, my collars of my shirts are never pressed, I again pointed this out and she said "we don't press collars." WHAT? What kind of dry cleaning place doesn't press collars? Everything is sent out to an unknown location and delivered back (sometimes) by the time written on your receipt. I've had 2 separate times that I arrived when they said my clothes would be done...guess what: it's not there. The works come across as very uncaring. Their response, "I don't know where your clothes are, they guy hasn't dropped them off yet." If this was a one time thing, I would not care but it's be multiple problems. read more

I recently went to this dry cleaners to have my clothes dry cleaned, two pairs of pants hemed and a sweater sewed. The dry cleaning I received on time but when the day came to pick up my pants and sweater, (12 days later) only one pair of pants had been hemed. When I questioned the young girl at the counter her response was " oh the lady who does the alterations hasn't been coming in"........ Really! I only had to pay for the one pair of pants that were done, and the dry cleaning. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone who's in a hurry or wants there clothes done in a timley manner. This is with out a doubt the worst dry cleaner in the valley. I took my husbands $175 tommy Bahama shirt there. It was blue when I took it in and when I picked it up it was white. I called to speak-to the manager and was hung up on. I drove over and demanded to speak with a manager that told me they are not responsible for any damages. Wait, it doesn't end there...turns out the shirt was left at the henderson location. So, I had to make two long trips across town because of their ignorance. Good service, they do good work, and while they aren't the fastest, they are good. I've had all sorts of clothes cleaned here as well as comforters and suits. I had a jacket and pants altered and they did great, for very nicely. I once had a shirt that had come back with a stain on it due to something I had in my pocket. They have it another try and I totally forgot about it. I came back and remembered months later and not only did they still have it by they had removed the stain. read more

They do a mediocre job here. They clean your clothes gently and on time from my experience. But I specifically asked if they would press my shirts to add the ironed line down the shirt sleeves they said yes but after I picked up they said I didn't pay the right price for that even though I asked specifically. I expected a dry cleaners type experience but this isn't a place to go to if you want clean, pressed, and non wrinkled attire. I would give 3 stars but the customer service is what's pulling down my experience. The receptionist wears her regular street clothes it looks like. To elevate customer experience it would be pleasant to see a uniform with a name tag when I walk in. Also train receptionist to smile and listen to customers. read more

Sadly, the staff seems to be unhappy with their jobs. Never greeted with a smile nor made to feel like a valued customer. My clothing items were scheduled to be cleaned and ready for pick up on a Saturday in time for a business trip. The shop called to inform us that the items would not be ready for pick up as promised. Upon picking up the items they offered no explanation or compensation, such as waiving the "non-prepaid fees." The only comment to was; "Well accidents happen sir." When I asked to speak to an owner or manager I was told that they do not come in. The owners have multiple locations and only return customer's calls when they can. I was also advised that even if the had waived the fees, they would not be able to accept company credit card payment because the purchase would then be below the $10 minimum! As a business manager, I am saddened to see such a poor business model. In the marketplace today, we strive to obtain and retain customers for repeat business. Unfortunately, the "$1.95 Cleaners do not. There are numerous other competitors throughout Henderson and Las Vegas. So, we will take our business to one of them. Horrible service! The dry cleaning never shows up on time for their recommended pick up time. They mislead me into believing the van with my dry cleaning was right down the street. Down the street for them means they'll be there in 45 minutes. Strongly recommend all military and law enforcement to never come here. Unless you want your uniforms back without buttons! read more

Don't even want to give them one star. We had three pieces for washing they took five extra days. First we were told they lost the items but didn't call us to tell us that, we went in to pick it up on the day it was supposed to be ready. Then the next day they told us their wash machine was broken but it would be ready the next day to come in so we did. Apparently the machine was still broken. The next day we called to say just give us back our items and our money and we will go get it cleaned somewhere else. They said the driver couldn't deliver it back until the next day. We called the next day asking for our items and it was a miracle the machine was fixed and our items were now cleaned. We didn't tell them to clean it we told them to bring it back! However the driver didn't work and it would be back in the day after. They said it would be ready after 5pm but we said we really needed the items back before that so then they said it would be ready at 1pm. Then the story changed till after 3pm. They would call us as soon as the driver dropped off which they never did and we had to call again. They were too busy to call. No apology that we made multiple trips, no follow-up calls, they just kept saying it's OK it's OK. It wasn't OK! Complete lack of respect and waste of our time. Plus they didn't follow our direction when we asked to just give our items back, they weren't going to give us back our money. Went to get my 3 work coats dry cleaned. I was greeted by a young lady who asked if it was my first time coming in. I was stocked when they told me about the credit fee needing to be $10 or more. I have been to many dry cleaners who do not charge $10 to use a card. The place also took 2 days to clean my coats and many others in town do it next day. Bad, bad, bad- left my pants for dry cleaning and pressing. When we went to pick it up the first time they looked like they had just hung them up and bagged them, so we made them re do it, I went to pick it up and they looked just as bad! My wife complained to the attendant and she said that "we only press the legs" what?? What about the pleats on the front and the creases on the hips from sitting? Shouldn't that have come out during the wash phase? Forget it, bad service with an even worse excuse. Never, never again read more

I had been going here for about a year and failed to noticed some little things that should have tipped me off - some light stains on my wife's blouses, double creases on slacks, light starch when I specified medium, and so on. What was the tipping point was when they "lost" three (number changed from five to three in a matter of three weeks) articles of clothing. They said they were looking for them but after three weeks and three visits still nothing, not even a phone call. Finally at my forth visit I told them that they won. They could keep the clothing. Since they kept my receipt I could not prove a thing. Oh well. Not even a mention of compensation after FOUR visits. Oh well again. If you choose to use these people PLEASE count your articles going in and coming out and make a copy of your receipt. read more
