Great place! Alterations and dry cleaning. My clothes always ready within two or three days. The owner is super nice and knows me by name.

While I did not walk in with anything but my SERVICE DOG, As I wanted to just make sure first, the attendant turned me away saying that "no dogs" were allowed. I understand this rule. I own a business and formerly owned a restaurant. So I understand how people take advantage of this. But my dog is a trained service dog. In a marked vest. Clearly a working dog. When I expressed that my dog was a service dog, I was still turned away. Legally this is unacceptable. Needless to say. I will not be back. It's unfortunate as it is clean and seems to be well maintained.

Before tonight, I would have given a 4-5 star rating but after tonight a definite one star!! No stars would be more appropriate! The man who is working overnight is absolutely terrible! It's 4am... I stepped out to my car to put my soap away. I had no idea that he would lock the door. No issue with there being a safety protocol, but I didn't expect it. Sooooo, when I saw that he locked up, admittedly I panicked and started knocking on the door to get his attention. He was at the back of the laundry facility, and I was concerned that he didn't see me and perhaps didn't know that I wasn't done inside. He ( after about 3 minutes) turns around and starts yelling. Through the glass and as he's way in the back, I could not hear what he was saying. I'm throwing my hands up to signal that I don't understand and trying to point to my washers that are full of my clothes! He starts walking towards me SUPER aggressively, and waving his hands still yelling. He gets right on the other side of the door, and says ring the bell. I reply... "ok, I did not know", thinking that he'd open the door. Nooooo... he stands on the other side of the glass, staring at me saying "ring the bell, ring the bell"! He literally made me ring the bell-I believe just to be a jerk and prove a point. When I finally am "allowed" to come back in, he's reprimanding me and I'm telling him that all he needs to do is speak to me kindly and tell me what is expected, and I would have no problem, but I did not understand the process. I was just concerned that he was going to lock up the facility, thinking that it was empty and that maybe I wouldn't be able to get back to my clothes. He was so rude that he walked away from me still reprimanding me about not understanding that I should ring the bell, and he was even using foul language. I continue to tell him that all he needed to do was tell me once how it works-I've never been in the facility at 4 AM, and I am not accustomed to door is getting locked. He repeatedly said "you understand, you just didn't want to listen!" I told him that I had no incentive or desire to intentionally violate a process! He continued to insist that I knew and for whatever reason in his mind, he just felt as though I preferred to violate a process and make it harder on myself and him... I guess?? Completely nonsensical!! I am still astounded at how extra rude he was! I even tried again to issue an apology and say that I really apologize for not understanding the process. Again, he told me that I knew very well what I was doing, and he told me to save that for "the INDIAN PEOPLE" who have no education!!!! What??? I said" sir, how do you know that I am not Indian? And furthermore, why would you say this about any group of people?! (His words were so offensive and there is just no excuse for him to feel that he can act this way in general, but especially ON THE JOB! Indian people.... No education?! Just wow!) He had no reply for my question about why he'd say such an offensive thing, and he literally waved his hand as to let me know he was disregarding anything and everything that I had to say, and he walked away from me. Most of this interaction was recorded, because of how aggressive he was walking towards me- I had no idea what it was going to turn into! I will never return to this facility, and I will take this complaint as far up as it can go! If there is an owner who would care to see my video footage, I encourage your response. If nothing else, review the in-store camera footage and you can see his aggressive behavior! There are many laundry choices and probably even ones that cost less than $6 to wash and 0.25 for each 6 minutes of drying time! TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE experience!!!!!!

I've gone to this cleaner for about 5 years and most of my experience has been great. The pricing…read moreis good and I've never had any issues with my dry cleaning. They also do a great job with alteration and the pricing is fair. But they do get busy so alterations usually take a while to get back. That all being said, my most recent experience was really awful. I dropped off 5 t-shirts to be hemmed, which I used to do frequently.. They've always done a great job but the last time they all came back a bit long, off by about an inch. Now, I've never had them measure me in the store. My wife and I both work in fashion and have a lot of experience taking measurements so I just let him know how many inches I need taken off. This makes it much easier and faster to drop off and has never been an issue in the past. So I took the tshirts back in and let Mo know that they were off by about an inch. I said "I think maybe your son might have just wrote down the measurement wrong". He immediately got defensive and told me that he was the one who took this order and not his son. The he said that's why I should always have them take the measurements in the store. I was a little surprised by his reaction since we've always had great interactions and I didn't approach him aggressively at all. He told me to try all the shirts on again and that he couldn't take my word for it that it was just an inch off. I complied and tried them on. Afterwards he told me that they never take responsibility for any alterations that aren't measured in store themselves. And I said "oh I didn't know that because I've always just given you the measurements. It's not a big deal I think it was just an honest mistake". He then insisted again that his son didn't take the order and that he could show me the camera footage to prove that he had taken the order himself. I replied, "I know it was your son because it was my first time giving him an alteration order. I usually talk to you." Then he went on to tell me that his son is very smart and never makes mistakes. At this point it was getting very frustrating and he continued to imply that this was my mistake and he was doing me a huge favor in fixing this. I mean, he repeatedly states that his son is very smart and never makes mistakes. (I mean, who never makes a mistake) So I finally told him that I didn't need the work done. I could go somewhere else. I didn't appreciate the implication and he started to chuckle in a very demeaning way. I walked out with my clothes and went somewhere else. Honestly, it's been probably 6 months since this happened and I'm still shocked. Because the work has always been good and my experiences have always been great. Not sure if I caught him on a bad day but I don't feel comfortable going back. I want to be fair because they do great work and price fairly. My suggestion is to always have him measure your alterations for you to avoid an experience like mine.
