I've used this place at least a dozen times for both my clothes and my husband's. The frustrating part is that they're almost good -- and that's exactly the problem. Every single visit comes with some kind of mistake. Always small. Always avoidable. Always something that requires extra time and follow-up that I don't have. Examples: * I brought in my husband's shirt specifically to have the tag and loose threads removed. I clearly explained this at drop-off. When I picked it up, they had only dry cleaned it. The actual request wasn't done at all. * Another time, I brought in a piece to have a zipper fixed and explicitly said do not dry clean it. They dry cleaned it anyway -- and then charged me for it. * I brought in a sweater with multiple visible spots. When I picked it up, several spots were still there. I pointed this out to the manager, who told me it would be re-done at no additional cost. When I came back? There was an additional charge. This is the pattern. You have to micromanage every single instruction or something gets missed, ignored, or changed -- and then you're the one paying for it, either in money or time. I don't have the bandwidth to triple-check basic requests or argue over charges that shouldn't exist. Mistakes happen, but when it's every time, it's a systems problem. I'm done using them and wouldn't recommend this place if you value your time or expect instructions to be followed the first time. read more

Its very good service the staff is awesome they do a good job on your clothes . The staff do listen

Prompt and professionals.... Prices are reasonable, hopefully they don't keep increasing like others.

They are great. I've been going here for a few months now and everyone is very helpful and friendly. I would totally recommend this place to any one . read more

I've been using Cleanbay Cleaners every few weeks since moving to Vegas a few years ago. I've given them a ton of business and always been satisfied. They are fast and friendly. But with my recent order they lost a bow tie. Even though this caused me to have to scramble to borrow a tie before a formal event I was attending, I wasn't that frustrated. Mistakes happen and I assumed they would make it right. Nope! They told me they would look for it and call me. Nope! When I came back in they said it was lost and offered for me to take another tie out of their donation bin. I'm disappointed this is how they treat a loyal customer and will be looking for another place to take my business. read more

I've been bringing my dry cleaning here for 14 years. Friendly, helpful, fair pricing and quick turnaround! We recently had an issue with a damaged article of clothing and they made it right for me without hesitation. Great people, great local LV business. Recommended! read more

Really friendly service, very professional. Had to wash a bunch of random clothes and a comforter, and they had all the clothes ready the next day, and the comforter the day after. Everything was really well taken care of and neatly folded, too! read more

VERY happy with them. I brought a velvet jumpsuit in to be hemmed. They pinned me and the work and length is excellent. Surpassed my expectations. It looks phenomenal. I will bring all my stuff there to be hemmed. They are quick and professional. Thank you guys! read more

We were charged over priced by Lester for our leather jacket to be dry cleaned. 2 leather jackets for almost $200 and was able to find a better cleaners at Jennifer Alterations and Dry Clean for only $60 for both real leather jacket. Lester didn't even give us a breakdown on our receipt and we had to ask for it then noticed the over priced cost. We had to cancel and took our clothes elsewhere. read more

Awesome service, and very affordable prices. Maria was amazing and very helpful, will definitely be back.

Everyone at Cleanbay Cleaners is extremely helpful and the service is absolutely AMAZING! I brought in my white jeans with a really bad period stain and the next day it was brand new and completely gone. I am super happy with the outcome and would trust them with any clothing (which is extremely rare!) Thank you all SO MUCH! read more

I really do not enjoy leaving bad reviews but one thing that I dislike even more is being lied to. I brought in 10 items last week and was told I would get 30% off of the normal price of 5.75 per item because I had 10 items. When I pick it up I get charged 50 bucks which isnt quite full price and def isnt 30% off...something does not add up. I ask the lady helping me and she said they ad to charge $16 for one of my shirts because its burberry. They clean everything with the same process yet charge 5x more when they see you have some expensive clothing. Totally dishonest and unethical business practice. Will find a new dry cleaner to use, never going back here again. read more

Fantastic service. I was in from out of town and they got my items clean next day. Also they helped with a missing button that was not their fault. Will use them again next time I'm in town. Great job!! Thank you for the great service at a reasonable price. read more

They do a great job and they do it quickly. I take my tailoring there as well. NIce customer service. Not sure what else you can ask for.

Very friendly service & great prices. Open weekends which is a huge plus for my busy schedule. Make sure to check the website for coupons!

We've been using Cleanbay Cleaners for more than +7 years. They can do absolutely everything. Always satisfied with their service.

Alexis is the reason I still drive to the other side of town to come here. Get on their email for coupons and other fun events if you live too far they will pick up and they don't try to too much extra like some of the other services definitely should be voted as one of Las Vegas best read more

Excellent service!! I'm always greeted with a bright smile. Excellent care of my clothing. Overall, exceptional in every way. I highly recommend. read more

First time using this service and we had just 5-6 shirts that we wanted washed, ironed and dried so they wouldnt shrink. Sandy was the woman behind the counter who was friendly and personable, very wonderful walk in experience. Got 1/2 off for being a first time customer which was nice, it would have been $38 or so and it ended up being $19 I believe... The shirts came out GREAT, I am VERY VERY happy and will return to this location as soon as I need to! Thanks so much for loving your job and your customers! read more

My fiancé and I use Cleanbay Cleaners to get our clothes dry cleaned and also for alterations. The prices are reasonable, the people are friendly, and the service is consistent. Always check on yelp or on their websites for coupons on the services they provide. They are open everyday M-F from 6am to 8pm and shorter hours on the weekend, check the website or call for details ! read more

I am 5 foot...even. A lot of dresses I buy, usually are to long. I needed this dress for a wedding, I was attending so I found them through the great reviews here on Yelp. They measured me and had me put on the dress to make sure it was going to be the right length. Very polite ladies and prices were perfect. The moral of the story, THE DRESS CAME OUT PERFECT! Thank you so much! read more

I took my motorcycle jacket to this cleaners to have the zipper fixed and the jacket cleaned. When given back to me I was never told they ruined the pads in the jacket until now when I opened it up to wear the jacket. My pads are all busted up and were placed inside the jacket hidden as shown in the picture the little circle plastic area so I wouldn't even have seen it when I picked up the jacket. They obviously do not care about your items or they would have never concealed the damage to my jacket. I was also told when I dropped the jacket off it would be $19.95 to fix the zipper and $5 to wash it but I was charged $37 when I picked it up and now my jacket is ruined and useless without those pads and they no longer make these jackets read more

My husband and I have always been happy with the quality of dry cleaning we receive here but were especially pleased when my husband, last minute, needed a suite steamed at 7:30 am and was welcomed with smiles last minute! The employees here had it pressed and steamed within 10 minutes making his Pre interview anxiety disappear in a whiff! They have great pricing and always have some kind of discount or deal for their customers to cash in on! read more

My husband needed to get his uniforms cleaned last minute for work. We came here (New Years Eve day) hoping to have them cleaned before 1p on Tuesday. She told us they would be ready for pick up on Tuesday after 4. We let her know our situation and she said the earliest they could have them done was noon! Thank you Cleanbay Cleaners for going above and beyond for us! Plus they gave us 50% off for being first timers!! read more

My favorite spot. Great prices and service. Super great Yelp check in deal. You will never want to go anywhere else ever again. Enjoy your clean clothes. read more

I would give this place zero stars been going here for over two years and this last month I have had nothing but problems with this place I took in over ten items to get back two of my dress shirts damaged! I reached out a couple times and Even went to the location and talk to the manager and he said is that it might be the Cologne I wear! Very rude management. The owner will not give a me call back he has his employee call me on a Sunday rather than the owner or manager call me his self. Don't go here they raise the prices all the time and mess up your clothes! read more

Excellent cleaners, they send discount coupons and their prices and work are very good. They also pick up and deliver at no additional charge, and we live far from them in Summerlin. The laundry/cleaning comes wrapped on hangers and they tie a bow on it!! Super service and excellent cleaning! read more

My neighborhood drycleaners is one of the first things I thought about yelping. These guys have it right. If you live within three miles, you can sign up for a burgandy bag with your name and address on it, and link it up to a credit card. Thats right, I literally drop off my laundry or drycleaning in that bag and it comes delivered in a few days on my front porch. No fumbling around for tickets, no running to pick up dry cleaning before they close. If that wasn't reason enough to go there, they send ten dollar off coupouns in the mail about every month!! I adore these cleaners and thank them for keeping me in clean pressed clothes. read more

I was in town just for the weekend (who does that for Vegas, anyway?), and needed to get some work clothes cleaned as I was going on the road again from here without stopping home. Clothes were done on time (I left them overnight), was able to use a coupon for their already reasonable rates, and they were cleaned as well as I could expect. So here's why I was impressed enough to write a review: One of my shirts had a cuff a button that cracked and I remember thinking what a pain that was and when was I going to have time to sew a new one (or remember to ask the cleaner to do it for me while they're at it). Well, I didn't remember to ask and I was surprised to find that the button was replaced for me without my mentioning it! That's some attention to detail that you rarely see. read more

I love how quick they are and their coupons. I don't take a ton of stuff to the dry cleaners but when I do this is where I go. A friend made the recommendation to start coming here. I've signed up for their email coupons and have been going since. A service I'm interested in but haven't tried is the pickup and delivery service they have. It seems very convenient. I'm sure if you're a busy person living on the South side of town this would be very beneficial. We will continue to do business with them because of how reasonable their prices are an how quickly they get things done. read more

My husband and I have been consistently using Cleanbay for over a year now. We remain very impressed with their work, and customer service. + My clothes are always down quickly and available when they say they will be. + My laundered and dry cleaned clothes are clean and well pressed (should be obvious but I've had trouble in the past with other places). + while priced more than other places, they do the job right! And their are deals both on the website and through yelp check in. + My altered clothes are always done quickly and at a reasonable price. I'll continue using them and recommend you give them a try too! read more

Trustworthy (with cash!) My husband had some tip envelopes in his suit jacket pocket. They were all there in a secure bag. Integrity. Great group of friendly gals that knows me or him on sight. Done some alterations for me at a fair price and his weekly suit cleanings are like clockwork. Our only cleaner. Been using them for years and if every we move we will drive across town for them read more

***Changed the price on me*** Brought in 2 Martha Stewart rugs for them to clean- first the price was $50 then a day or two later the price was upped to $80! Used my coupon to get off as much money as possible but it's the principle. Awesome workers, extremely polite but changing a price on someone is always a shitty thing to do. read more

I went here a while ago to have a few things dry cleaned and some patches sewn on a jacket. All in all the service was quick and friendly (I am unsure about the bad reviews regarding that, maybe they just came on a bad day) in both drop-off and pick up. The prices were also very reasonable and they gave me one of the best quotes for patch sewing in the area, and the work was clean, well done and professional from beginning to end. If i ever need patches sewn again or more dry cleaning I will definitely check this place out. Turnaround time was quick at only 2 days for the sewing and cleaning. read more
