Great value and super professional. They were very quick. Came right to my room. 5 stars.

Reason for my 1star: I'm STILL waiting for my 1p-2p p\u {it's4:45}... Not even a courtesy call; how rude & inconsiderate. I've called twice & left two msgs. If you're {anyone} is gonna be late or have to cxl, at least CALL {he knows I'm a dinosaur, & still use a landline}. I've used them before: First experience: They dropped the ball. I waited three days for my delivery; every day I heard, "what - nobody dropped it off?" I was asked to PLZ try again, so I digressed & did, & they made good on it. However, not today. T y for having me wait {for nothing}. read more

I confirmed for Express Laundry Services to pickup laundry (a weeks worth of dirty laundry for a family of 4), on August 20th at 1PM and deliver back to guest services at the Venetian Hotel before 10AM (before we checked out), in the morning. At 11:30PM, I decided to stop by guest services and the laundry was never picked up. No response to my text message where I expressed how upset I was. It appears to be a "thing" with this company. Not recommended. read more

I set up a pickup on July 2nd 2026 before the holiday weekend and Fernando said he'd pick up my laundry that night or the following morning from my hotel (Ellis Island). My items were never picked up. I sent him a text and left him a voicemail and never heard back. I've used him in the past and had a good experience so was suprised by him dropping the ball. read more

I had laundry dropped off yesterday at around 3pm and was told it would be cleaned and ready to be picked up from the bell desk @ hotel I'm staying at by 11am-12pm Today. It is now 7:27 PM. I've tried to call and text the business number multiple times throughout the day asking for an update or ETA & every single one of my attempts to contact this business has been ignored. Whoever is in charge of this account please contact me or have the business owner contact me as soon as possible. This is extremely unprofessional & lacks complete respect / appreciation to someone's time & energy. read more

They picked up my laundry yesterday at 1 pm from Bellagio, promising to wash and fold by today at 1 pm. Despite numerous calls and texts to them, no one is answering. I think I have been swindled and they stole my laundry. If I do not hear back from them by tonight, I plan to file a police report since I took a photo of the license plate number. read more

I reached out through Yelp late Saturday night to see if I could get a same day service for the next day, Sunday. Fernando was very responsive and answered all of my questions! I was flexible and we agreed that Monday would be better. Truthfully, I'm a bit nervous as this is my first time having my laundry picked up and serviced, but everyone I've spoken with has been very kind and reassuring! I've been told by Eric, who picked up my items, that my laundry will be returned around 6 pm or 7 pm today and they'll text me when they're on the way. I'll update my review with my final thoughts, but so far I'm happy to have chosen this business for my laundry needs! UPDATE! My laundry has been returned all neatly folded and looking clean! I highly recommend this business for your laundry needs! I'll definitely use them in the future! read more

If you're reading this... stop scrolling and just book them. Hands down the best laundry service in Vegas -- no exaggeration. I called the guy and within 2 hours he was at my hotel, ready to pick up my clothes. No hassle, no drama, just quick, professional service. I paid effortlessly with Apple Pay, and when my clothes came back, they were fresh, folded, and neatly packaged like they came from a high-end boutique. If you're in Vegas and need laundry done right -- fast, clean, and with hotel pickup and delivery -- this is the only service you need. Total game changer. Will use EVERYTIME!!!!!! read more

We were told 4am pickup at Resorts World on Saturday and return service between 11am-1pm same day. Texted and called to confirm still on time with no reply. Turns out they never did pick up the laundry. read more

Fast, does a great job with your clothes and specific requests! 10/10 would recommend for any laundry services.

Our laundry was picked up & dropped off at the hotel. We stayed in Vegas, Bellagio which was great. Our clothes were neatly folded and placed in 2 tided plastic bags. However, when I opened the plastics and took our laundry out - there was a smell. It smelled like laundry that was left in a hamper for a couple of days though they were washed. My husband and I couldn't stand the smell so I found a clean laundromat out in Henderson and re-washed all our clothes. I wish I could give higher stars because of their courteous service, but they need to use a name brand laundry detergent & brand dryer sheets. read more

These guys are honest, hardworking and did a fantastic job on my clothes. They really pulled through for me in a pinch and I can't recommend them enough! read more

I called them yesterday to schedule a pick up for today. they arrived around 12pm and came back with my clothes by 5:25pm. all my clothes, washed/dried, and folded. they brought it back to my apartment and inside since I have an injury and I'm currently on a scooter. It wasn't outrageously expensive and it was well done. I'm definitely going to use this service again. thank you to Fernando and Jeremy for your help and answering all of my questions. read more

Great service. I have used them three times for household and personal laundry. Very convenient and the prices are reasonable.

we arrived in Las Vegas from Disneyland, had a bunch of dirty laundry. The prices in the hotel were outrageous to get the laundry done. I came across these guys on yelp doing a search Oscar was phenomenal picked everything up at about 9:30 in the morning had everything back to us around 2pm. for what we had done the price was very reasonable I highly recommend. read more

Express laundry services really has a good thing going for them. i expressed my concerns with some of our more delicate clothing and the clothing could not be dried. they had me separate the special clothing. I call them around 930am and had my clothes picked up at my hotel in an hour. i received a call around 315 that our clothes are done and they are on their way to being delivered. You can pay cash, card, venmo, etc. i was shocked that their service was not crazy expensive. i recommend this company and when i come back to vegas i will be calling express laundry services again! read more

DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!!! Our laundry room has been under construction due to a pipe leak so my fiancé and i had dirty laundry piled up for a little over a week. We needed clean clothes desperately. I found Express Laundry Services on Yelp and Fernando was super quick to respond!! He showed up to our house early the next morning with such an upbeat attitude! Our clothes were picked up at 8:30am and returned nicely folded at 4:30pm! Talk about impressive because it usually takes us days to finish our own laundry LOL Also - one of my biker shorts had a huge paint stain from painting our bedroom & they were able to remove the stain!!! We will definitely be using Express Laundry Services in the future, especially because we hate doing laundry LOL :) read more

I cannot believe how responsive, timely and reasonably priced this service was. I'm halfway through a two-week work trip and they were able to pick up and drop off on the Strip in a small time window. For less than the price of two drinks at a casino bar, you can have clean socks for the rest of your trip. read more

Jeremy did an awesome job and service was great! Picked up my laundry from my hotel and delivered it later on same day. Everything came back neatly folded and clean! Great communication from Jeremy and Fernando. Highly recommend and will use them on my Vegas trips read more

I just used this service for the first time. Long Covid and depression over the death of my mother have made it hard to have energy for the daily/weekly tasks I used to do. I had so much laundry to do I had anxiety just thinking about it. They came today and picked up four garbage bags of clothes and brought them back in 4 hours. Now I just have to put them away tomorrow. I feel so much better and now have extra time this weekend to work on other house hold chores. It was easy, inexpensive and the guys were great. read more

Exactly what you need. Laundry service without having to pay high casino hotel prices or wait at a sketchy local laundromat. Both delivery drivers we're communicative and friendly. Thank guys read more

No stars as of this post! My laundry was picked up yesterday morning and they are suppose to be dropped off this morning. I called and texted the business and no one is responding to me. I asked for a quote in case they are monitoring those and different businesses are responding. If you are the owner of this business, please respond to me so I can get my clothes back. Thank you. read more

Just came back from camping, and our clothes were in dire need of a wash. Coming from Northern California I was in need of a laundromat, and I'm so happy I found this small business and family owned company. They went above and beyond to ensure the campfire smell was washed out of our clothes, and I am so appreciative of that. Also grateful for their professionalism, fast turn around time, and quick responses to my questions. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely be calling them!!! read more

Found a great solution for my laundry and dry cleaning need while staying in the strip.

These people These people have been a godsend. I highly suggest that you call and invest because it will save you so much time the fact that they will even come to your home pick up the laundry, wash it and bring it back perfect. Already fold it like I had got so much anxiety from all the linen and clothes that was piling up in my laundry room. They save me so much very professional. They take all forms of payment which I love because I never have cash. I can never find my debit card however, the fact that I got Zelle and I got to go boom boom boom I love it so this is voice to text if I have any errors, please do not hold me accountable OK but you catch my drift. I love Lonii services. I am new to the Las Vegas area and they just got them a life long client. read more

This service was great and convenient for having my father's laundry picked up and cleaned and folded. However the last couple times I've reached out, pickup and delivery has been inconsistent. This most recent time I was told laundry would be picked up on a certain day, however it was never picked up and I've reached out three times with no response. read more

I recently moved and have not purchased a washer and dryer yet. Moving always creates a ton of laundry. I was very pleased at the ease of scheduling. They came right to my home and took my laundry and processed it the same day. They were very good at keeping me updated at what was happening. I was pleased to learn they took both cash and card. The laundry came back impeccably folded with all of my socks matched! They were unable to wash a bed protector but no big deal! So you may want to ask if you have any large items. I was very impressed and may not buy a washer and dryer! read more

It was a Sunday at the Extended Stay which was everyone's laundry day so there was a line of clothes waiting to be washed at the coin operated laundromat here. I was so grateful to have discovered Express Laundry. When I called the business, Fernando answered and was in the area to pick up my laundry within 5 minutes. To my surprise, I received my laundry cleaned and folded neatly in a bag in less than THREE hours!! I was able to do other chores rather than stand guard of my laundry for hours. Money well spent! Highly recommend and will definitely use their services again. read more

I needed a laundry service that wasn't going to cost me an arm like the hotel laundry services. These wonderful people were quick with their responses and services. Very reasonable pricing and they do pick up/ drop off service to and from your hotel! What an amazing convenience to not have to spend all day looking for a safe and clean laundromat and not to mention wasting a day doing your dirties. Thanks to express laundry I didn't have to waste a day of my vacation doing chores. read more

Same day, reliable, and on time, superior service! Unexpectedly I had to extend my trip and Fernando was there to help with my laundry needs. He picked up my laundry at valet drop off and later that evening he dropped it off at the same spot, clean and iron! Not sure what else one could look for. He completely took the worry off my mind and I was able to continue with my day as if I came to Vegas prepared to stay longer. read more
