I was flexible and we agreed that Monday would be better. Our laundry was picked up & dropped off at the hotel. We stayed in Vegas, Bellagio which was great. Our clothes were neatly folded and placed in 2 tided plastic bags. However, when I opened the plastics and took our laundry out - there was a smell. It smelled like laundry that was left in a hamper for a couple of days though they were washed. My husband and I couldn't stand the smell so I found a clean laundromat out in Henderson and re-washed all our clothes. I wish I could give higher stars because of their courteous service, but they need to use a name brand laundry detergent & brand dryer sheets. read more

I called them yesterday to schedule a pick up for today. they arrived around 12pm and came back with my clothes by 5:25pm. all my clothes, washed/dried, and folded. they brought it back to my apartment and inside since I have an injury and I'm currently on a scooter. Express laundry services really has a good thing going for them. i expressed my concerns with some of our more delicate clothing and the clothing could not be dried. they had me separate the special clothing. I call them around 930am and had my clothes picked up at my hotel in an hour. i received a call around 315 that our clothes are done and they are on their way to being delivered. You can pay cash, card, venmo, etc. i was shocked that their service was not crazy expensive. i recommend this company and when i come back to vegas i will be calling express laundry services again! read more

I just used this service for the first time. Long Covid and depression over the death of my mother have made it hard to have energy for the daily/weekly tasks I used to do. They came right to my home and took my laundry and processed it the same day. They were very good at keeping me updated at what was happening. I was pleased to learn they took both cash and card.
