I've been told by Eric, who picked up my items, that my laundry will be returned around 6 pm or 7 pm today and they'll text me when they're on the way. I had laundry dropped off yesterday at around 3pm and was told it would be cleaned and ready to be picked up from the bell desk @ hotel I'm staying at by 11am-12pm Today. It is now 7:27 PM. I've tried to call and text the business number multiple times throughout the day asking for an update or ETA & every single one of my attempts to contact this business has been ignored. Our laundry was picked up & dropped off at the hotel. We stayed in Vegas, Bellagio which was great. Our clothes were neatly folded and placed in 2 tided plastic bags. However, when I opened the plastics and took our laundry out - there was a smell. It smelled like laundry that was left in a hamper for a couple of days though they were washed. My husband and I couldn't stand the smell so I found a clean laundromat out in Henderson and re-washed all our clothes. I wish I could give higher stars because of their courteous service, but they need to use a name brand laundry detergent & brand dryer sheets. read more

I called them yesterday to schedule a pick up for today. they arrived around 12pm and came back with my clothes by 5:25pm. all my clothes, washed/dried, and folded. they brought it back to my apartment and inside since I have an injury and I'm currently on a scooter. Express laundry services really has a good thing going for them. i expressed my concerns with some of our more delicate clothing and the clothing could not be dried. they had me separate the special clothing. I call them around 930am and had my clothes picked up at my hotel in an hour. i received a call around 315 that our clothes are done and they are on their way to being delivered. You can pay cash, card, venmo, etc. i was shocked that their service was not crazy expensive. i recommend this company and when i come back to vegas i will be calling express laundry services again! read more

DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!!! Our laundry room has been under construction due to a pipe leak so my fiancé and i had dirty laundry piled up for a little over a week. We needed clean clothes desperately. I found Express Laundry Services on Yelp and Fernando was super quick to respond!! He showed up to our house early the next morning with such an upbeat attitude! Our clothes were picked up at 8:30am and returned nicely folded at 4:30pm! I just used this service for the first time. Long Covid and depression over the death of my mother have made it hard to have energy for the daily/weekly tasks I used to do. I recently moved and have not purchased a washer and dryer yet. Moving always creates a ton of laundry. I was very pleased at the ease of scheduling. They came right to my home and took my laundry and processed it the same day. They were very good at keeping me updated at what was happening. I was pleased to learn they took both cash and card. The laundry came back impeccably folded with all of my socks matched! They were unable to wash a bed protector but no big deal! So you may want to ask if you have any large items.
