Absolutely love Thounderbird cleaners. Very professional and always friendly. Especially love Marine. She always has a smile.

I love anything locally owned here in Vegas. Supporting small business's is important, the customer service is amazing and my clothes are always taken care of read more

This company is amazing, I dropped off a suit with them thinking it would take a while but they got it back to me within the same day! They are hard working with great prices, I will only go to them with all of my dry cleaning needs! read more

This place is a thief! I brought in a jacket for alteration. The lady measured and when I picked it up it was still long. I brought it back to her and she said she didn't know why it came up like that. I picked it up today and told me that it was a different jacket that I brought. She said that it was a kind of stitching that the seamstress doesn't do. I paid $28 for alteration and got accused of bringing in a different one to be repaired. She even said she didn't want to hurt me. Keep my money but karma does exist. I hope you can sleep well at night knowing that you cheat on people. read more

Never have I dealt with such an unprofessional staff. Lady on the phone, who is the same one who works the front desk told me it was too hot for her to help me after they ruined three pairs of my pants. She refused to take measurements because according to her, she can eyeball it and doesn't need to measure. Not only do they charge you ahead of time, but they refused to fix the problem. All my pants were supposed to be tailored, shortened and brought in which I paid for and all were messed up. When I told him I needed one next day, to at least compensate for their mistakes. She refused and hung up the phone on me while we were talking. You're better off going anywhere but here. 100 bucks on pants they couldn't tailor and an attitude to go with their mistakes. Awful. read more

Took 3 pairs of pants in to get tailored. I brought in an exact replica of my favorite pair of tailored pants that fit perfectly. She examined my clothes and said tailoring and cleaning would be $113 for all 3 pairs. I prepaid as requested. When I came to pick up my pants 5 days later all that had been done was they were dry cleaned and she made them all the same length hight wise. No taper on the legs so they all fit differently and are super baggy. I went back and discussed my concerns and she notes that I wasn't specific enough. She said to add tapering would be $18 more for each pair of pants which would be another $54 on top of the $113 I've already paid. She expects me to pay $167 on tailoring $45 worth of clothes? Absolutely ridiculous I was robbed. read more

The best! Been going for years and always comes out perfect!! So glad I found this place. Best price and service in town.

Zero stars. The absolute WORST customer service I have ever encountered. Not only do they falsely advertise their same day service and drive thru option, the "owner" has the worst attitude. I dropped off a suit at 9:20 am and her husband who took my order said it would be ready same day by 2 pm. I show up at 4:44 pm and not only is it now ready, but she insinuates that I'm lying about being told it would be ready same day. She offers zero apologies and suggests she could have it ready in TWO days by 11 am. After about 20 minutes of back and forth as to their terrible service, I luckily got my money back and my DIRTY clothes back, but I also got called the B word by this woman. Stay away!! read more

Thunderbird Cleaners has become my new cleaners! I was initially attracted by the price- $2.50 per item, but my overall experience was quite excellent. Customer service was so friendly and pleasant that I left with a smile on my face before even getting my clothes back. I was a bit nervous because I saw a sign that said that they could not be responsible for trim work or fancy items on garments, and one of my dresses had beads and feathers, but the clerk (I think he may have been the manager/owner) assured me that they would be able to handle it without any problems. Besides having great rates, service and being convenient for me (on Tropicana and Grand Canyon), they have really good hours of operation: 7a-7p. So many cleaners either open too late or close too early, and I've found myself rushing after work to collect my garments. They also have same day service if you drop your clothes off by 9am. Even if you don't, the clothes will be ready the next day! When I went back for my items, I was very satisfied. Everything was fresh and wrinkle-free. I can't ask for any more in a cleaners! read more

This review is very important professionals out there listen up!!!!! We spend hundreds and thousands of dollars a year for a Pressed shirts suits jackets comforters and we just pay whatever people ask. Places like Fazio's and Boston cleaners are absolutely a freaking rip off the reason I say that over the last 28 years living here in Vegas I have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on dry cleaning I found this very nice lady her name is Adanan she is Armenian she owns Thunderbird cleaners she is the sweetest nicest lady you will ever meet professional and very calm her dry cleaner has a wet and a dry cleaning system so you don't need to send out your laundry to a third-party and pay the markup she has the best prices in all of Las Vegas so if you are a professional & need dry cleaning every week and to want save yourself some money you let her know that SONNY recommended you her prices are eighth of what Fazio's And Boston cleaners charges and she also has same-day service she is so nice her location is on West Tropicana and Grand Canyon it's a brand new shopping center all of my soldiers hence guys who work for me I'll bring the uniforms there she is so well priced I had three jackets dry cleaned and pressed and I only paid $11 that my friend is service if I could give her 10 stars I would!!!!! Her work speaks for itself if your nice to people they will do right by you I believe in my heart read more

If you've been looking for a dry cleaner with awesome hours and reasonable prices, then you need to head over to Thunderbird Cleaners. I've been settling for awhile when it came to dry cleaning. I had a tough time finding any dry cleaner open past 5 or 6, so, I paid hefty prices to a dry cleaner that delivered to my office. No more! Thunderbird is open until 7! Yes, 7! So, now I can actually pick my stuff up on my way home from work. You'd think this would be the norm, but it's not. They also charge $2.50 per item for dry cleaning, excluding leather, formals, and suede. There is also same day service if you drop your stuff off before 9:00 a.m. So, not only are they convenient, they're also cheap and fast! I'm in love. read more

The staff here is friendly and seem to have a good time working here. I use this cleaner a lot and like their prices and hours. You can drop off in the morning and pick up later the same day; they also have Saturday hours. The only thing I don't care for is they make you prepay when you drop off. Other than that, you couldnt ask for anything more from a dry cleaning service. read more

Poor customer service. Paid at drop off (since they have a sign that reads "you must pay before!") When I went to pick up my items they said I hadn't paid. I didn't have receipt on me so I pulled up my credit card transactions to show them. They didn't want that. And would not realease my clothes untill I paid again! They got lucky I needed my clothes. I paid AGAIN but will filling an unauthorized transaction against them to get my money back! STAY AWAY!! RIP OFFS!! read more

Thunderbird Cleaners - Laundry Services Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

Well I'm not usually one to write negative reviews but after 2 years this place just lost my business. The woman that works there quoted $15 for some minor sewing repair. Then I noticed I was charged $20. Today when I picked up my clothes I asked if I could get a $5 refund. She said no. I said that I would take my business elsewhere if she didn't refund me. She said "no problem". Losing a great customer over $5 doesn't make any sense to me but that's what happened. I'll never go there again. read more

The service is outstanding. I have been to many dry cleaners, and this by far is the best I have been too. The hours are fantastic for those who work early in the morning. They open at 7am. Then your clothes are ready by 4pm. Fantastic. My clothes have never been better. They are fresh perfectly pressed. And you can't beat their prices! read more

I've been getting my dry cleaning done at Thunderbird since I came to Vegas. The service is great and personal, they actually remember your name. They got out a stain I thought would NEVER come out. You can get alterations done there too. Nice full service place! read more

This has got to be the best Cleaners in Las Vegas. The owners are always available (onsite and once even called my phone when an item was temporarily missing). They always remember your name when you walk in and my clothes are always perfectly cleaned. I have to drive 6 miles to get to this place and will not go anywhere else. Top Drawer. read more

I should have known better! The first time I went there, a woman was at the counter in tears because Thunderbird had altered her entire new collection of jeans WAY too short. But I was in a rush and just needed a cleaning, and that went fine. The second time they charged me $3.25 for a cleaning when the advertised price is $2.50. I thought, whatever, it's still a good price, and the language barrier was too frustrating to argue over 75 cents. However, on a subsequent visit and drawn by their low prices, they pretty much ruined one of my corsets. A seam had burst about 2 inches long above the boning and they said they could fix it. The first time I picked it up, the seam was still gaping. I had my man return it the next day and he said he found the lady who worked there intoxicated and unable to write a ticket or comprehend the problem. She even tried to negotiate a price for the subsequent repair. Not too surprisingly, when I picked up the corset a second time, the 'fix' was done haphazardly as if a child had stitched it with needle and thread. Ridiculous business practices, I say, foul. read more

Very friendly and helpful She is always full of smiles. I left my wife's sweater and she had it ready for me the next time I dropped my laundry. Great neighborhood cleaners. read more

This is by far the best staff cleaners in summerlin, I just moved to summerlin and was here alone without my wife, we have a new house but I just don't know how to use the washer and dryer. I was living out of a suitcase for over a week and needed clean clothes, I needed same day service. I was lost driving around looking for a cleaners, I went into one place biz right cleaning and the guy couldn't be bothered at all, was nasty as heck. I turned around to head back to my home and stumbled upon thunderbird cleaners, I was immediately met by adnan with a huge smile asking me how he could help, I explained and he said no problem, we will help you ...wow..he made my day, they even helped me with a service they normally don't do ! At a time when I was frustrated and needed help adnan and Maureen at thunderbird cleaners opened their arms to help. I will be a customer for life at thunderbird cleaners. Thank you Adnan... read more

Great cleaners. Just moved to this area and was sad i had to leave my other drycleaner place. Saw this place and both husband and wife greeted me. Been there 3 times already and the wife always has a big smile and is very sweet. Glad I found a new place with great service in this area. read more

Great service at great prices. Laundered shirts are $1.75 each and the service is fast. If you drop it off before 9 am it will be ready by 4 pm the same day. read more

Asked them not to put a crease in any of my work pants. Picked them up and of course they were creased. When I got home and looked at the rest of my clothes one of the buttons on my favorite blouse was ruined. Instead of being a deep red the button now stands out as the only black button. They didn't even say anything. Won't be returning to this place. read more

I've been using Thunderbird cleaners for about a year and am pleased with the service. I appreciate the fact they are friendly and courteous. That's important to me. read more

Absolutely lovely gentleman at the front desk, beautiful work and very reasonable prices. willing to go above and beyond for customers, which is rare nowadays. facility smelled clean instead of industrial/ chemical like most dry cleaners. All my business will go here from now on. read more

This dry cleaners is excellent! Been going here for about 2 years, tried a few others in the area that were more expensive and didnt do nearly as good as job....the sweet, sweet, lady at the counter and the owner will bend over backwards to accomodate you! Wish there were more businesses like this in Vegas! read more

I've been coming here for over 3 years and I am always happy with the service and price. The lady up front is so nice love them!

Thunderbird seemed to do a decent job on cleaning my hubby's suits. If you drop off early enough in the day, your items can be ready by 4. The only thing I thought to be really bizarre is they make you prepay. But after talking to someone, it's common in Las Vegas.. read more

I just can't find any other dry cleaner that can beat their prices and speedy service. I also haven't had an issue with the quality or customer service. They are always very kind and efficient. Plus, if you drop off an item before 9am, it's ready at 4pm. read more

I've been looking high and low for a good drycleaners with decent prices and I scored with this one! I bring in my items before 9 am and it's ready by 4 pm. Everything is $3.50 per item and the front desk clerk is very friendly and helpful. They drycleaned my down comforter at half the price of other drycleaners I frequented in Summerlin. All cleaning is done on-site. read more

I have been going to this cleaner now for almost two years. I never had a problem before. This trip, I brought in 9 pieces of dry cleaning. Unfortunately, one piece was completely destroyed and another had a rip in the fabric. When i brought the items to the owner (a very pleasant woman), she blamed everything on me and did not give me a refund credit or offer to pay for the damaged clothing. NEEDLESS TO SAY BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!! read more

Terrible!!! I brought in two high-end sweaters and they ruined both!! The female manager said one sweater already had holes in it and that I had moths living in my closet! I told her that there are no moths in my home and the holes weren't there when I brought it in. read more

Great prices, fast service, and courteous help. What more could one ask for? I don't go anywhere else!

Nice friendly staff, reasonable price & close to my home! Maurice always takes great care if me there.

I dropped off a suede tank top for cleaning that had been stained by my grand daughter's baby food, pees I believe they were. not sure it could be saved. advised it would be sent off site to be done, 2 week turn around, was there for p/u and pay over $20, it looked worse than when dropped off. Store clerk was embarrassed, took my $$ but was embarrassed. he offered to send it out again, elsewhere, to be done and told me that that process was free, may ruin the top, but may come back great and free of charge. I agreed. I PICKED UP THE SHIRT TODAY AND IT LOOKS LIKE IT'S BRAND NEW! THANK YOU T-BIRD CLEANERS. YOU ROCK!!! Needless to say, I will be returning to their store. DONT GO THERE!!!! The are absolutely horrible. I went there to have a patch sown on my $370 leather jacket. They charged me 20$. Very expensive. I picked it up and one side is higher than the other side by a 1/4 inch. I went home to have 2 other ppl look at it they agreed. I took it back to be fixed and the woman argued with me over it. I asked to speak to manager she gave me a card and told me to call. He is in and out. I asked her name she wouldn't give it to me. I'm talking to her and she walked away and help another customer read more
