I truly enjoy supporting small businesses, which is why I was excited to try Eco Cleaners for the first time. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. After picking up my items, I noticed that nearly all of my clothing had been damaged. Some pieces, like my cashmere sweater, had visible holes, while a dress was shrunk by 1-2 sizes. Additionally, the sleeves of a $400 shirt were shredded and stained. While I understand that accidents can happen, I had hoped for better care and attention to detail. It's always tough when a service doesn't meet expectations, and I hope Eco Cleaners takes this feedback to improve their quality control and take better care of their customers moving forward. They damaged about $1000 worth of clothing. read more

I have been a customer at eco Cleaners for 8 or 9 years . Not exactly sure! At first I wrote how great this place was. In fact I moved to the east side ( 10 miles away and still drove there.) I like designer clothes and would spend 40$ or more for a tee or casual shirt.i always told the lady that all my clothes were to be dry cleaned only. The process they use to dry clean the clothes is what made me go there in the first place.Over the years previous items that I had cleaned there before started to shrink ( mostly cotton items) shirts and cotton jeans that cost almost 100 dollars. When you pay around 5 dollars an item and they shrink your clothes . I have move on taken the lost.i did not mine that my shirt were mostly wrinkle lately. I just touch them up. I believe they must of wash my shirts when at times instead of dry cleaning.Washing cotton definitely shrinks clothes. read more

such a convenient place! i have never been through a drive thru cleaners before but now idk if i will go back to the regular way LOL the woman helping me was so sweet and allowed me to do same day pick up of 6 bed items!! i pulled up she pulled the items out of my car and when i came back loaded my car with my items neatly packaged in their new respective garment bags and collected my $ which was fairly reasonable considering the same day turn around and all the items. i literally never left my car. the convenience, fast & reliable service have absolutely gotten a new customer outta me! i'll def be back! read more

I opted to try this establishment based on decent reviews. When I picked up my clothes, nobody mentioned my vest had been damaged. There was a note attached to the tag stating it had been received damaged. I can assure you this is not the case. See my pic, I would never wear something discolored and damaged as it is now. My best guess is they overheated the material in attempt to get the wrinkles out...while they were unsuccessful at that.. Things happen, but when this is your business you need to be aware and accountable. I don't appreciate the deceit. Dropped off one of my favorite Levi's Jean jacket. Had this jacket for 5+ years and was always afraid to wash it, not wanting to loose the deep color. The jacket has now shrunk to a point where I cannot even snap the front, the arms have shrunk, and the color has faded tremendously. I am sad, my favorite jacket is now too short and small to wear. What more can I say? This place does their job. Cleans garments well using non toxic ingredients. Decent price. And I love their attendant, excellent customer service. Brought in my bridesmaids dress for cleaning and to hopefully get the clasp on the back of the dress fixed. However, I needed the dress back quickly. I brought it in on a Tuesday. The lady said they usually outsource for the repair and it won't be back til Friday. I told her the wedding is on Friday. So what she did was she went personally to a store and sewed the clasp on herself. And she was able to guarantee Thursday pickup. I'm so appreciative of the effort. My husband had to pick up the dry cleaning; but when I checked the receipt, it was only $23 for the two formal dresses I had dry cleaned. She barely even charged me. I brought my new Vera Wang queen size comforter here to get washed and it was only $25 and ready the next day!! I used to take it to west flamingo fluff and fold (FYI don't go there) but the last time I brought it there, they burnt it so I had to buy a new one. I told them that the comforter can only be dried on low heat and they made sure to write that down on the instructions. I was extremely happy with the fast service and the lovely lady helping me out was super nice!!!! They also have a drive through which was super convenient. They also gave me a new bag to put my comforter in since the one I brought the comforter in was a little ripped. It has been extremely difficult to find a good dry cleaners in the Southwest area. I don't understand why some businesses do not think that customer service is extremely important AND the key ingredient for a successful business. In any case, after trying several dry cleaners with extreme disappointment, I was finally able to find this place, and I loved it immediately off the bat as the staff and the owner were present who were both friendly and welcoming. When I came to pick up my things through the drive thru area, the owner himself was so helpful and put everything in my car for me and wanted me to just relax. If that doesn't scream customer service I don't know what does! Of course the quality of their services are important, and I rate that an A+ as well, seeing as all stains were completely gone and clothe were perfectly pressed and ready to go! I will definitely be continuing my business here, even though it is a much farther drive from my house but it's honestly so worth it. read more

I had bedding cleaned here and I couldn't be happier with the outcome and the pricing. No chemical smell; just good, plain clean. The only issue we had was there was a Yelp promotion (30% off, I believe?) and the EC employee who helped me said they couldn't do that discount but that they'd let me use it on the next visit. (OK?) What if they tell me that then, too? I would come back to Eco Cleaners though it would just be great to see if they were consistent in their promotional offerings.
