Been going here since we moved to LV and been satisfied. Until now!! Asked for a dress to be done by a certain time and the owner said fine no problem. Went to get it and it was not ready. When I politely asked why it wasn't done the owner went NUTS - he started screaming at me for making up our earlier conversation, accused me of lying saying he would remember the discussion, that it was his store to run however he wanted to. I called to question if my husband's shirt were dry cleaned because the receipt said dry not laundered. He specifically asked for laundry because I had gotten very sick in the past due to dry cleaning chemicals. I am unfortunately allergic or hyper sensitive to almost everything:-( . The young owner told me they only dry clean. So i panicked and had my husband put them all in the garage to air out. I stated it was wrong to dry clean something a customer wanted laundered without informing them. He said he would call back. He called back and then changed his story and said he dry cleaned some and laundered some. Then he changes his story again and says he laundered all of them. Now I don't know what is true and what isn't. I explained my medical condition over and over to him. He then explains that they use no chemicals to dry clean. I asked why he didn't explain this to me sooner before he has me in a panic. He then insists that no-one has ever gotten sick from dry cleaning. I guess he is not only the best cleaner in the world but also a medical expert. Don't get me started on how unfriendly he always is. He just looks miserable to be there. For the past 8 years this has been my favorite dry cleaner. This was family run business with the father always giving a warm and congenial smile...Until now! One of the younger sons has taken over and has begun his reign of terror!!! He was rude because I had a ticket for $47 in for a month, not taking into consideration that I picked up 4 other tickets totaling over $250!!! I merely forgot that group of clothes. I hate it when the dry cleaners you regular become a place that you swear you will never go to again. Normally the older older gentleman assists me and I don't really care much about service when it comes to dry cleaning, but he's normally polite and courteous. The bad experience I had was with the Middle-aged gentleman who happen to be the one that was at the front. This happened a while back but I still remember it and I just haven't gotten a chance to review about it till now. The dude really got me extremely agitated. He greeted me at the front and told me to wait. He made a phone call and was on the phone outside for 20 minutes as I stood there looking at him. When he noticed the nice older gentleman come out from the back, he finally decided to help me whilst still being on the phone. If you were able to assist me with the phone in hand, why not help me right away?!? Some people just don't make sense nor care about other people's time. I will never go back here again. I only give it two stars for the older gentleman. The price and everything is not worth waiting 20 minutes just to drop off some clothes. read more

I have been looking for a dry cleaner and decided to try this place out because of all the 5 star reviews here on Yelp. Plus, it wasn't too far away from my house. When I walked in the first time, the two guys who were running the store looked extremely busy. Looked like they were loading up their delivery van and helping the customer in front of me at the same time. As I waited a few minutes, I noticed that the place was a little unorganized. There was a bunch of hangers on the floor behind the registers and clothes piled up by the sewing machine. Didn't think much of it at the time. Seemed like they were very busy and had many customers. The guy who helped me wasn't too friendly, but he wasn't rude either. It was a Monday evening and he asked me if I wanted to pick up my clothes on Wednesday or Thursday. I told him it was no rush, so my pick up time was Thursday after 5pm. The prices were: $8.50 for a dress $4.99 for a blazer $3.95 for a sweater Payment being due at time of pick up. On Thursday after I picked up my dry cleaning and got home, I noticed that my clothes smelled really bad. I mean really, really bad. Sort of like body odor.....and no, it wasn't from me! I don't know if it was from the chemicals they used or what, but it was just horrible! I put the clothes in my closet at first. Later I noticed that my entire closet had that horrible smell. So, I moved my clothes into the guest room, next to the open window, with the fan on full blast to try to air them out. Still airing out as we speak. :( ugh!!! I inspected my clothes and they looked clean, but whatever they used really stinks!! For this reason, I won't be returning. I seriously can't believe that this place has a 5 star rating. We have been coming here now for about 2 yrs. An i have to say this place is great not only do all our clothes come out perfect every time, the service is impeccable. They're always nice and greet you with a smile and by name. It a family run businrss which gives it that specual touch as well an they take pride in their business. They have done hemming for me as well as sewing things that i have ripped or snagged an it has always been perfect. They're very fast and get you in n out and they even have a drive up window if you're in a hurry and really don't have time to get out of the car. The prices are great and very reasonable. I Just got home and saw a pair of $200 pants with holes and tears all through out! When I brought them back WITH another pair from home ( the EXACT pair I bought at the same time! I have never been to the dry cleaners before. I needed a suit + shirt cleaned for an interview. I knew there was a dry cleaners around the corner from my house, but after reading the terrible reviews and 2 star yelp rating...I knew I could not risk dropping off my clothes, and possibly end up with someone else's clothing! So, Thank You, fellow Yelpers for steering me to Polo Cleaners. I knew I had seen this place before, in the same lot as Hobby Lobby. I dropped off the items to Charlie, the owner, on Monday. He said the clothing would be ready late Tuesday or anytime Wednesday. I ended up picking up the suit on Tuesday, which happened to be Veteran's Day. I was surprised they were still open..and regular hours as well. Charlie's son is the manager. Both were polite and pleasant to deal with. About $12.50 to clean all 3 items. I have no idea if that is reasonably priced, but I had a good experience and got the same clothes back, haha. $3.95 to dry clean dress pants Two thumbs up. I recommend. I found great reviews for this establishment so I decided to give them a try. I purchased several maxi dresses from a well known designer. I'm vertically challenged so I needed alterations. I went in for the fitting, Nicole was the name of the seamstress, great name by the way. But I digress, anyway, Nicole got to the business of hemming and modifying with her capable hands and skilled eye. Less then a week later my three dresses were ready for pickup, and might I add that was an extremely fast turnaround time. I tried the dresses on and I was stunned and amazed! Perfection the first time, I'm a customer for life. I felt the charges associated were extremely reasonable and the customer service was unparalleled. I'm never in there for long either, in and out and on my way. There will be no standing around sweating in a dry cleaners lobby like some others I've been to in the past. So definitely if you respect your garments, want fast, efficient service, then this is where you should go. Also for the folks that like to roll up, they have a drive up window just for you. I've been looking for a local dry cleaner that is reasonably priced and does a great job with their services. It's taken me several tries with different cleaners that are a bit further than I like to travel. Little did I know that there is a cleaners nearby me that does great work and has very reasonable prices. Even your ticket includes the prices so you're not stuck wondering what the dry cleaning bill will be when you pick up your clothes. Too bad this family owned spot doesn't advertise or have a website; I would have found them sooner if they did. The owner didn't seem too concerned about wanting a website or doing much advertising, so they must be doing well. Either way, I hope this review sends more business their way. Horrible!!! I had to pick up a suit because my boyfriend needed it. They would not help me. They said it was in the bin already. There was one bin sitting right next to him. There were no other customers and he wouldn't take a minute to help me get the suit. I just needed the suit back. I even offered to look for it myself. He said he would have it the next day. When I went back to pick it up they didn't even dry-clean it!! The younger man was the most rude and unprofessional person I have ever met! Horrible customer service and attitude. I usually come here without any problems. But when my white comforter came back still dingy, I politely pointed this out to the owner's son, who was the only one left in the store at the time. His reply, as if I insulted him, was that he was not color blind and could see nothing wrong. I tried to explain to him by doing a comparison side to side that one side was white and one side was dingy. I asked him if they could make it any whiter and he said to run it again would use too many resources which means that was the extent of their job. He proceeds to be sarcastic by saying anyone can see that theres nothing wrong and does he have to bring his friend or family to point this out to me. Then he continued on with his sarcasm and attitude so I told him you shouldn't talk to the customer like this and he said I disrespected him first so he won't give me any respect. I was just baffled by his arrogance. I told him if this the extent of their "job" then I won't come back. His attitude was very much take it or leave it so I'm choosing to unhappily paying for it and never come back. In the past, I've brought a total of 3 comforters with no issue.
