This is directed to Joshua Bka Josh, As my first time visit to your family owned cleaners since way back in the 60's I am absolutely dumbfounded on my first time customers experience IT WAS A LIVING NIGHTMARE at the most worst possible time of my life I brought in my fathers suit pants jacket and a shirt came back great I also brought my dress slacks and 2 dressy blouses came back great BUT my husband had went to macys picked up a pair of Calvin Klein dress slacks or pants /to a suit and a short sleeve button up dress shirt mind you he's 3XL so it's much harder to shop for a person that tall and it took a few weeks to find this outfit we actually brought it to your cleaners straight out of the bag after purchase your employee even brought the tags to my attention and I had made a comment to her telling her yes the suit is for my father the women's apparel belong to me and the new clothes switch tags still on the clothing belong to my husband and that it was very important that dropping them off I believe on Monday that I could come anytime after 4 pm Wednesday and it would be done I was so happy because it then would fit into my family's scheduling to depart That Saturday afternoon to head out of state to go burry my mother having shipping her body the same day I driopped my clothes off to your store and we picked up our clothes that Thursday now not noticing until Saturday morning the day we planned on leaving out of state and my husband the that hard to shop for looked at the wrapped clothing and it wasn't his clothes it was a suit jacket oh probably 4 sizes to small and that's all it was so we called immediately and was told to bring jacket and come to the shop well I get there and she's confused on what we were telling her about the jacket she had given us was mistaken and we need my husbands clothes it's for my mothers funeral out of state and that the 15 passenger van we pulled up in fully packed to the gills was proof that we really were on our way and she's confused denied giving us the jacket and did absolutely monthlong to help she actually said do you have the clothes in the van well yes but packed but there is funeral favors for over 100 people along with luggage and all the mecical equiptfor my sick elderly father whose about to put his wife of 65 years to rest and she said she won't do nothing unless we bring out the clothes now that was an absolute impossibility le task on the spot with my father on oxygen tanks in the van and the clock ticking I was so hurt and Spaulding that she actually expected us to unload the van and show her the dry cleaning items and refused to take the mistaken jacket we were given instead of the brand new high end big and tall men's outfit and left us in the cold not even offering a refund not that it would have mattered so now I'm days away from my mothers burial I have 100 things to do set up take care of out of state with my husbands clothes missing and no one from your store giving a shit what that situation has done not only to me but it put the most disturbing damper on the worst possible day of our lives and your employee whom doesn't have her shit together refused to help us give us answers or even try to go through your line up of clothes to find it she just dogged us out so I got pissed and one of your customers walks up asking your employee if she's alright so I responded to her rude ness and said to her you are making judgement on something you have no idea has happened you need to mind your own business telling her my mothers funeral is days away in another state I drop off new clothes tags still on and she lost them and is denying that she gave me this jacket with the cleaners hanger paper on there's no denying that the jacket just had service from this cleaners and I looked at her I have a 90 year old father who just lost his wife in the van and this employee will not at least try to find the missing clothing no offer to replace the clothes no nothing and your judging me I'm the victim of circumstance but I'm not a violent criminal person you moron I'm emotionally in shambles have a huge funeral that I need to close loose ends up on and of all things my husbands clothing was lost by the cleaners and is telling me oh well shit out of luck if I had the time I would have called my lawyer but this was something I'm sure Josh that we will be meeting again on a later date once I'm back in town nice to meet you Sincerely , first time customer , Ginger Summerlin ,NV. read more

I needed a hook and eye or snaps attached to the bottom of bodysuit and needed a same day service. I dropped the item off at noon and never received a call that it was done. I finally ran to pick it up before closing and didn't see the seamstress. I took the item home only to discover she used Velcro at the bottom of it. I have never seen anyone use that for a bottom of a bodysuit that's going to be against my crotch. I tried it on, and it doesn't even close when wearing it. I tried to call to have it fixed, and the seamstress is gone. I CAN NOT believe someone would even think to attach Velcro and I even showed her a picture of what I needed. Reached out to a few businesses via yelp looking for estimates of alterations to take in the loose bust on the shoulders of my maid of honor dress, after some extreme quotes, I got a same day response from Luigi's at a more reasonable price. As I confirmed my arrival for the seamstress to be in, when I called in as I arrived they greeted me knowing it was me who called and were super accommodating. They had an area for me to put my dress on and Grace was so comforting and kind as she made the adjustments to measure the shoulder length to take in. They were able to complete my dress alteration and pressed it all in a week. They seem like a family run business.
