Shout out to Boston Cleaner for restoring my favorite pair of shoes!!!!!!!! They smell great and look amazing!!! The bag they returned in is super cute. Who knew this was even a thing!! I recommend them hands-down for a dry cleaning and shoe cleaning. Absolutely amazing!!!

Unfortunately, I should've listened to the negative reviews here about this business being argumentative and unable to take accountability. I was leaving town on Wednesday at 2pm for a wedding and took my suit in for dry cleaning on Monday. The receptionist told me the suit would be ready by Wednesday after 3pm, so I asked to expedite to Tuesday 3pm so I could pick it up any time before my trip. I swung by the dry cleaners at 2pm on Wednesday, and to my surprise, they were closed. It wasn't a holiday, the hours on their website, Google, and Yelp all indicated they should've been open, and there was no sign indicating why they were closed and when they would be back. I left an email and multiple phone calls (saw some other annoyed customers doing the same) but gave up after 20 minutes. I had to buy a new suit for the wedding over a botched $30 service, which was very frustrating. When I showed up the next week, the best the new receptionist could do was take off the expedited fee and she had no knowledge of why the office was closed the previous week. I received a text message after from management saying, 'Your items were actually back at the store 9am on Tuesday.' It's great you were able to get my clothes to your store on time, but it doesn't do me a lot of good if you close randomly and I can't pick them up.

Wow--$60 to take in 2 casual tops? A little exorbitant. Nice job but will throw the tops away before I do that again. Lol

Wow! This place is awesome-- a bit hidden, but yet conveniently located right next to Smith's…read more They are open on weekends, even Sundays! When you first walk in it is not much to look at... It's a typical dry cleaners. They do have a K-cups machine with a few selection set up for a free cup of joe to get you going, which is a nice touch, but it's their service & prices that make this location a win. I dropped off 8 pieces on Saturday and they were ready for pick up on Monday morning! One of my dresses, the top half is white and the bottom half is black, was not dry cleaned...they informed me that they preformed a test & were concerned that the black would bleed into the white and wanted to inform me of the possibility of it bleeding before cleaning it. I really appreciated the fact that they didn't just dry clean it and hope that it didn't bleed over. I feel like most people would agree it's easier to be understanding when you are given a choice. Tina, the store manager was extremely helpful. She also informed me that Al Phillips will in fact take other competitors coupons-- this made my day! (I happened to have some Fazio coupons) Even before the coupons the price was still cheaper than Fazio and afterwords I ended up only paying $33 & change for 7 items!!! I am beyond disappointed in Al Phillips. Let's face it, there are plenty of cheaper options to…read morechoose from. I patronized this business because the quality was good and the Customer Service was even better. Sadly, the customer service has taken a nose dive in recent months. I dropped off clothes on Monday and triple confirmed that the items would be returned on Wednesday. I needed a specific dress for a business trip on Thursday morning and I wanted to ensure it would be back in time. I arrived for pick up on Wednesday evening and was given two of the three I'd dropped off. There was absolutely no mention of the third item. I showed the employee my claim ticket, which showed three items, and asked where the dress was. Another employee looked in the system and said "Oh. Looks like that one is delayed." That's it. No additional details, no explanation as to why, and zero indication of when the item would be returned. When I complained, she went into challenges with a new software system. I proceeded to pay more than $30 for the two items that were ready and requested a call from the manager. This is only the latest disappointment with this location. Until recently, the large sign overhead read "next day service." Next day service hasn't been available for months. Similarly, they used to text when items were ready - no more. Customers should not pay a premium for subpar service. Once I receive the "delayed" item, I will be finding another dry cleaners.
