Great job on dry cleaning as always, but an even better job on alterations. I've had many things altered here because I no longer have a sewing machine and can't do it myself. I have never been disappointed. read more

We dropped off a ladies jacket for dry cleaning a few days ago. We asked what the cost would be and we were quoted $14. Today we picked it up and it was $19+. If anyone goes there and drop off an item, demand a receipt showing the total cost when you pick the item up. That way they won't add other charges on there and not tell you about it till it's too late. read more

I had a pretty good luck with the cleaner so far. Their price might be couple of dollars higher, but they are close to my house and convenient. They also close @7 pm which is one hour later than most other cleaners. The girl works there is very friendly. read more

Ridiculous. 3-4 days for fluff and fold. Should be 3-4 hrs!!! Clueless!!! I'll find another service..

Shocked at the pricing. Picked up one dress and a blouse $42. Outrageous. I will not return.

The worst experience!! They wanted to charge me $124 for a neckline in a Halloween dress and two pants to have the waistband let out. The Halloween dress was only $26 with shipping. I didn't get a price up front and the bill was unbelievably high. I have never paid that much for alterations before. Don't go here!! read more

Outrageous!!!! $18.75 to clean a single short sleeve linen shirt!!! I will never be back.

I am so disappointed with the customer service I just received from the lady upfront. I was asking questions and she rolled her eyes at me. I'm a neighbor and I've given business before. Wow just disappointed with how she treated me: Not ok! I wouldn't mind explaining if you want to call me. I'm 99.9% of only a positive reviewer and so to write this this review must of been because she was that rude! read more

This is the spot! Best service and quality! Prompt & quick turn around time! Great pricing! Very satisfied & highly recommend!

Tide dry cleaners is way better. Your clothes smell phenomenal. No wrinkles unlike this place. And the cost is ridiculous. I don't work for Tide, I get my dry cleaning there. Did I mention all you have to do is pull up and they come out and assist you right away. I had to drop 2 pieces of clothing off, 1 shirt 1 pants. 15.00 I get 5 shirts and some shorts for like 27, i work the for the USPS, so my clothes have to be on point. I knew better about going here. And It's close to my house, but I would rather drive to north Las Vegas and get something dry cleaned there rather than this place. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! And the clothes smell like dry cleaning. Tide is fresh and so clean clean, yes it was (OutKast) I just quoted. read more

Lost two of my shirts. One of my shirts $1,000 value. Recover only one after 2 months. Broke buttons. Don't think I can trust them. I wish upper management call me. I have a corporate account. read more

They are expensive but you get what you pay for and for 20 years they have done an absolutely fantastic job on everything we have ever brought in. They are also all so very nice when you walk into the store. I will pay for their excellent customer service and perfect cleaning jobs they do. read more

Please please never go here!!! I'm not cheap. But this place is a rip off...wayyyy too expensive and does the same work if not less then other places. I don't usually review and would like to give negative stars if possible. read more

I had four (4) shirts and three (3) pair of pants laundered. The price was $50.00. Coach Dave P., if you waste money like I feel I did at Fazio's you will not have much left for your retirement. I'm with you Troy! Charles M read more

I tried Fazio's once and it will be my last. The quality and the service were great, but the prices were outrageous. I had the 30% off coupon, and a pressed men's dress shirt was still nearly $9. Sorry, there are cleaners near by that do just as good of work, and don't feel the need to gouge. read more

GO TO ANOTHER DRY CLEANER.....AVOID... This the Unique combination of over prices and poor quality.... I have lived in Beverly Hills and Homby Hills ( area of Bel Air) for 39 years....& still do along with Red Rock CC... They're prices are 25% at least above the price of quality Beverly Hills dry cleaners with MUCH LOWER Quality.... Avoid.....the frustration and very gracious service (true) and Extremely Poor quality and 2Xs the normal Vegas pricing... PS: last trip i took my $6.95 Fazios laundered shirt that had 2 stains Fazios COULD NOT remove....dropped in BH Cleaner for $4.50 (a bit extra to remove the stain)....the shirt was returned flawless.... Lets just say...You were warned read more

Not only is it very close and convenient for me. I literally go there for the experience of customer service and of course for the quality. The manager and all workers are always genuinely very pleasant and you can tell they love their jobs. The best part about it is that they operate there own plant right in the store, so your clothes aren't leaving and going elsewhere! They have very good pricing, and my clothes are always on time. I always get complements on how my work shirts look so clean and pressed. I'm so happy I decided to give them a try years ago. Nothing has changed. Very good hearted people, always smiles as soon as you Walk in. Fazio cleaners... keep up the world class service. read more

They are to expensive even with the coupon they send you. The employees can be rude at times.

I've taken my shirts here for a number of years and they have always been cleaned well, promptly, and at a price I find acceptable. It's close to home and I'll continue to go here. read more

amazing service !!! they were able to get rid of the stains that apparently my dry cleaner was not able to. There is a Spanish gentleman, maybe the manager, that is always kind and respectful, unfortunately I don't remember his name. Will definitely use them again and again. read more

Fazio Cleaners - Coupon - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

Update: After initially having a horrible experience with this company, they worked with me to make it right. The next morning, I STILL had not received a call back, so I called again on the way to the airport... I finally got ahold of my location. I told them that their actions had caused me to have to frantically run out at 8pm and spend $200, dollars to purchase a new suit for my husband because by the time we left for the airport, our clothing was still not delivered. I explained that I would be taking my business elsewhere. The manager agreed that what had happened and how it had been subsequently handled, was inexcusable, offered an apology and asked for the opportunity to make it right. In the end, I was issued a store credit for the order and I was issued additional store credit as reimbursement for the new clothing I had to run out and needlessly purchase. Original review: I used their pick up and delivery service. My clothes were picked up and I was guaranteed in writing that my clothing would be delivered Monday by close of business. It's now Monday at 9pm, all of their locations are closed and my dry cleaning was NOT delivered. They were told we needed the clothes Monday because we were leaving town for a vacation. I was assured repeatedly this would not be an issue. Yet here we are. My regular driver is not responding to texts and calls. None of the locations are answering their phones, because they are presumably closed. They are way more expensive then their competition, and I expect a certain level of customer service to compensate for that. Since that's obviously not the case, I will be looking to take my business elsewhere. So disappointed. read more

Super Expensive. Almost $4 each for men's cotton dress shirts. Bill came to almost $200 and they didn't even blush. Unless I have a 50% coupon I won't be back. My fault for thinking they are in line with most other cleaners at$2.50 a shirt. read more

I took a Michael Kors jumpsuit for the zipper to be fixed or changed. The seamstress looked at it and said it can only be replaced and the cost is $30 I agreed and left. I picked my cloth today and realized she didn't change the zipper because it has the original MK brand on it! Curious and furious at the same time, I called to inquired why she cheated me. From a business point of view, the question is really not being ethical or not but rather understanding a repeat satisfied customer is worth more than a one time $30 fee! I didn't think she will admit the fault because she is an employee not the owner. The owner got back to me and said that the zipper has been replaced by a zipper similar to the original one. I am not going to hassle over $30 but I thought I tell other clients to watch out for this place. No wonder they have only two stars! Quality speaks for itself, short cuts eventually will harm the business. Fyi, another review by Tonia A. Wrote the same horrible experience - the customer mentioned zipper was never replaced but only fixed and was charged an arm and a leg for it. read more

I will say I haven't had some horrific experience here, however due to the prices I won't be going back. My first visit I took in about 10+ items in for dry cleaning and laundering, which cost me around $150. I expected it to be a bit pricey, but considering I used a coupon I'd say they are outrageous. Even then I'm the type of person who is willing to pay a little extra for good quality-- So the rating really reflects just how over priced their services are. Today I went to pick up three items I had dropped off for alterations las t week; my total came to $66.75! (And that was after a discount of $22.25) When I had dropped them off I specifically asked how much it would cost and at that time they said they weren't able to give me an amount. I can say the tailoring itself looks really nice, but I would have only had one pair done if I had known how much it was going to be. As for the "alterations" I don't really feel I got what I ask Definitely not happy with the prices or the quality for the price paid. -B read more

Fazio Cleaners - Expensive alteration... No rush & not even cleaned for this price! - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

WOW! I am literally in shock right now!!! I just walked in with a clean, but wrinkled, dress and asked if they could just press it for me while I wait because I'm going to be wearing it tonight. The lady checked, said yes, and took my dress back. I get out my wallet expecting to pay (at most) $5. To my surprise she says my total is $10.20!!!! "For what?" I asked, "You're not even cleaning it". (It would have cost $9.75 to clean it by the way.) The lady replied, "I have no idea, that's just what the computer says and we can't change the prices". No sooner than she was done saying that, the dress was done. A full minute of "service" for over $10? That makes a lot of sense. Not. Shame on you Fazio. I hope you enjoyed my money, because I won't be bringing you any more of it. You should feel embarrassed. read more

My husband's Ralph Lauren pullovers came back dirty. They are pressed and look nice with a red ribbon, which means nothing, but they came back smelling like others sweat and cologne that my husband doesn't wear. The dirty smell, like they have never been cleaned and worse is shocking. Unacceptable! Will never return. read more

Fazio does a decent job at cleaning and pressing clothes. Their prices are ridiculously high (about twice what they should be), but they email coupons several times a month, and as long as you print and bring a set of coupons with your items, the price will be only a little high. Their prices for ANY kind of tailoring or alterations are ludicrous, even with the coupons. Their customer service ranges from really friendly (occasionally) to merely competent (75% of the time) to downright rude (one event about which I wrote them a nasty letter). The only real upside is that the stuff will be ready when they tell you. I had one unbelievable experience: I brought in a down comforter for cleaning, which they priced at $30.11. (This was before I learned about the coupons.) I was kind of taken aback, as I could buy a new comforter for maybe $80. I came back to get it at the appointed time and it wasn't ready. I came back the next day, and they confessed that they couldn't find it. They asked for my "patience." I didn't really need it right away, so I let it go for a couple of weeks, and then came back. They still couldn't find it. So I went back the next day to get the money for a replacement. That time, the girl kept me waiting about 10 minutes, but she came back with the comforter. To my amazement, she set the cleaned, bagged comforter on the counter, then turned to the cash register and said, "That will be $30.11." I was speechless. I literally couldn't speak. So I picked up one of their little counter placards that say, "It's ready, it's right, or it's free" and handed it to her. Then I picked up my comforter and walked out the door. read more

So overpriced I can't believe people go there. Total rip off!! I will never return to this dry cleaners. Who do they think they are charging theses prices and delivery nothing special?? read more

Great cleaners very consistent and always on time with pickup. Priced right and quality of work is truly superb. I was with a very high end cleaner for a while but they had lots of mistakes No mistakes here read more

Overpriced!!!!! Dont think it matters if you have a coupon. Still overpriced. Only went here because it was near my work. Dropped off my sons JROTC uniform, picked up the uniform three days later and noticed an extra crease in the uniform when I got home, now the uniform looks "off". No customer service at all. When it was finally time to pay.... OMG!!! $32.75 to get my sons uniform cleaned and pressed. Not once did the person at the register make eye contact with me EXCEPT when he told me the price and of course said it with a smile. SMH Should have stayed with my regular cleaner where they cleaned and pressed the uniform for just $21, had me check to see if it satisfactory and WAS VERY HAPPY. read more

Obviously, one can gather the insanity of the prices here. What makes them seem even more expensive is the fact that the product is horrible. For what you pay, you would think the customer service along with actual service would be top of the line, when it is the worst I have ever experienced. They CONSISTENTLY have lost items or broken curtains with little to no remorse. Extremely unprofessional and more a waste of time than money. read more

I can't believe people would complain this place is over priced, move out of Summerlin! I drive all the way from Windmill and Spencer to take my cloths here. The alterations that are done here are great too! I'd go one and on, but you get what you pay for! read more

This cleaners is completely out of line with their pricing. I have used the best cleaners in Los Angeles and they were never this expensive. I was given a 30% discount and it was still almost 9 dollars per shirt. Competitors in the area charge 5/6 range w/o a coupon. If you want to throw away money go right ahead. I will not be using them again. read more

The best thing about this dry cleaners is the location. The tailor - she happens to be AWESOME. I've been there to get alterations done - she does a great job. However, the prices for tailoring/alterations are sky high compared to others in the area. And of course, Fazios is making that $ not the lady who does the good work. They charged $17 to hem a pair of my daughter's school shorts. Unlined - hemmed a couple of inches - that is all - $17. If you have a coupon, you save 25%, so you are at $12.75.. I found another cleaners 3 miles away that hemmed 3 more pairs for me at $10 each (with no coupon) - they looked fine...we are talking shorts for a kid to wear to school. They also charged me about $29 to take in a pair of shorts (and that was with a 25% coupon) AND hem (unlined)..please, the shorts only cost $22... I've also stood in line there on a Sunday before and watched 3 people walk out with a pile of clothes in their arms - they got tired of waiting for the 1 person to check out the person at front of line -- there were 6 of us in line at that time - it took about 14 minutes for me to get waited on... I will only go back to this cleaners to use the tailor - and only for things that are important - their basic tailorings costs are crazy high...(unlined hem, etc)... read more

This is the worst cleaner I have been to. I was assured my clothes would be ready the next day after 5pm. I went there at 5:15, and only one of my clothes is ready. After the staff go around the shop to search it for 5mins, he came back and said my clothes need one more cycle and won't be ready until the day after, which I'm flying out. There was no apology from the staff, sounds like this happen all the time and it's normal. Why promise if you cannot deliver! read more
