I don't usually complained nor writing reviews but I think the owner or district managers should do something about in this location, costumer services here are pretty bad. very rude Employees, I've been going to the Henderson location but never had a problems, everyone there is friendly and happy to be there. But because I moved my son's school I had to moved our dry cleaning locations (closer) And I thought this is better because Summerlin but for liked 6 months coming here man!, I noticed the employees here are not happy. (except the 2 girls) Spanish young girls (a bit friendly) And today really pissed me off, one of the employee Named "Natalie" she is extremely rude. I am sure she had or she may have complaints. Why did I even bother. I took my coat in within and hour of spilling chocolate milk on it. They took it with no mention that they may not be able to get the chocolate milk out. Charged me and gave me back a stained coat. I could have done a better job at home. The young lady that helped with both drop off and pick up had a stank attitude both times and immediately got defensive when I picked the coat up and questioned it. Have to just say how difficult it is to choose a local dry cleaning service: one that is close, reasonably priced, reliable, and friendly. Finally went with Tide as it was closest to me and therefore easiest for pick ups/drop offs. Service was overall friendly and they quoted when it would be done. We really only need to dry clean luxury items so it is very rare. But they have you sign a waiver if you do drop off a luxury clothing item. I was fine with that. And pick up wasn't bad at all, I enjoy the drive thru option in case you really want to be on your way. There are freebies in the lobby for Unstoppables etc. It was a great experience I plan to try it again with future dry cleaning services. read more

Very disrespectful service. They are always in a bad mood and treat customers poorly. It's not like they clean clothes for free and it's because of customers that the business can run and employ these very same people who dish out negative attitude. Not being willing to separate clothes out into two orders and being unwilling pack cleaned clothes per customers request is not acceptable. Unfortunately the manager is extremely rude. After they returned a very expensive pair of pants to me I returned to let them know. The manager didn't want to address the situation because she was going on vacation. She said she would investigate and call me. Ofcourse that never happened. After two weeks I again retuned to find an abusive and unhelpful manager. What's crazy is I'm trying to return a pair of Brunello pants that are $1400 and ger my James Pearce pants that are $400. I'm so grateful for services that make my life more convenient like Tide Cleaners. I never have to even leave my car, and there are 2 drive through lines for the busy times. I've taken bags of laundry for fluff and fold as well as a few of my nicer items to be dry cleaned and they always come back looking and smelling fabulous. Upon dropping off items, you use an email for a receipt, and 8/10 times I get emails before the promised done time that my items are ready early. I also love that they send out coupons at least twice a month as well. When it's pick up time, they find you using the last 4 digits of your phone number. They also offer services for household items like comforters and blankets. The customer service is always great at this location, even when I show up with trash bags full. Shirts happen! I am kind of now convinced that you get what you pay for when it comes to dry cleaners. I was addressing a challenge with my husbands regular shirt laundry I had been taking to another cleaners and decided to go to Tide Cleaners because of brand reputation I suppose in addition to good reviews on line. They are probably the most expensive compared to others I researched regarding shirt laundry, but again, I decided "maybe you get what you pay for." Consistent friendly service, consistent communication via e-mails on when the order is ready for pick up and consistent and universally clean and crisp shirt laundry. I am more of the mindset to park the car and walk in to drop off/pick up, but the covered pull up area where the staff hustles to your car to do the drop off/pick up might be horribly handy on the right day. Also the 24 hour drop off box could prove to be useful to at some point in the future. They have a big, busy operation that runs like a little corporation really, from the staff's branded and bright orange work shirts to simply there always being more than ample staff on shift at any given time. Maybe I am clearly paying for this corporate image with my high priced shirt laundry, but I have not been disappointed from customer service to quality laundry since bringing my business there. Had seen the Tide cleaners and decided to give them a try. The process was quick and painless. Pulled up, a nice lady came out got my digits, and took my wife's duds for so suds time, and off I went. You get an email saying your duds are ready for pick up, you pull up, pay and go. Easy peasy, tide-y, squeezy. The only downside to the process is that it is a bit on the King George side of things. Heavy on the tribute. I paid it this time, since I did not want a fully armed battalion to remind me of Tide's love! La da da da da, lidy da da da da da..... This was the most horrible experience I've had, since I moved to Las Vegas. I pulled up to Tide Cleaners on Sahara around 5:09 on Thursday 9/9/22. I had 22 items i was picking up, for which, I was charged over $160!!! I said to the attendant that it was a bit expensive, and she just rolled her eyes and said "Well, the prices just went up" I tolerated the attitude, but then I notice that as 4 other cars pulled up behind me, they were be loaded up and leaving... WTH? So after being overcharged, dealing with an attitude and now receiving poor service, I'm now pissed. I don't get things dry cleaned too often but when I do, as an inexperienced dry cleaning customer, I am wary of where I go. I tried a cheap place by my work and I got what I paid for (dress shirts stained with bleach, shrunk clothes). I tried the pricier, reputable place where you get quality but it also costs $6/piece and 4 days before I could pick up (plus no parking). I finally decided to bite the bullet, after driving by Tide Cleaners a million times, thinking it's probably the most expensive/pretentious option, with their enticing coupons, fearful of coming out with a $40 bill for 6 pieces of clothing, and some catch.... But, in the end, the 20% new customer coupon, paired with not having to get out of my car, 2 lanes for service, and I don't have to turn off my podcast, has made me a repeat customer! Most recently, my dog had an accident on our down comforter, and I expected to pay $70 to have it cleaned (because I've paid that in the past). But nope, I paid $40 and was able to pick it up the next day.. packaged very nicely in a comforter carrying case. Customer service is prompt and friendly. They'll even open up your trunk to pull out stuff or hang the clothing nicely inside of the car hooks. Recommend signing up for their emails and planning to make drop offs on Thursday because that's when most of their coupons (BOGO, 20% off, etc.) is good for. read more

I try to use the coupon upon pick-up, and I'm told it has to be used when dropping off clothes. I'm 100% sure I'm not the first to try and use a coupon and not be able to use it. Used them probably 20 times over a couple of months, and probably 16 of those times had issues. Kept going back because I liked the convenience of a drive thru. Repeated issue was that you show them the coupon they've emailed you or via the app at drop-off as instructed, but they refuse to scan anything saying they'll take care of it. They charge your credit card on file as soon as the work's done, no discount. You go to pick up, mention the discount wasn't applied and they make any number of excuses and promises for next time but can't refund the discount. It was so frequent, I started to think it was an inside joke for the employees. Final straw was broken buttons. Took a shirt back, gave them the spare button and it came back out again still not repaired and with an additional button broken. I am so happy! We ended up going to a much smaller owned and operated place first to get a quote. They ended up weighing us 2lbs higher AND charged us $1 more per lb. no new customer discount was offered too. I could not be happier with the service. The ease of being able to just quickly drop off our items for work and pick them up when/ as needed it so nice for us. They always smell so nice and are so clean. The price is so reasonable. I haven't been able to receive any of the coupons or discounts via email or mail yet but I hope they come so I can continue to get offers for my frequent laundered needs. ***UPDATE*** I was contacted by Charles, the district manager, who was very apologetic and determined to rectify the situation. He offered to refund my dry cleaning fee and add a $50 credit to my account. As far as I'm concerned, the situation was handled more than satisfactorily and I'll gladly return. I dropped off a couple of items to be altered and realized after I picked them up that I was charged $13.99 per item for dry cleaning. Dry cleaning was not requested; I requested ALTERATIONS when dropping off and nobody asked anything about other services. When I called about this issue, the response I got from Katie was basically, "Too bad, so sad." Needless to say, I won't be returning. I'd rather alter items with a stapler before I give this place any more patronage. I have used the Farm and Durango location several times for alterations and have had no issues. read more
