I brought a…read morejacket in for dry cleaning, and when I picked it up, I immediately found a tear on the inside bottom of the jacket that was not there before. When I confronted the woman about it, she was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of taking responsibility or offering to fix it, she asked me "What do you want me to do about it?" She claimed she "didn't check" the jacket and said I had no proof, then tried to accuse me of already knowing about the tear -- which is absolutely false. The jacket was returned on a hanger, wrapped in plastic, and the tear was the first thing I saw when I flipped it over. To make it even worse, she tried to charge me $10 for a few stitches on damage that happened while the jacket was in their care. That is completely unacceptable. Damaging a customer's clothing and then trying to make the customer pay to fix it is outrageous. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service here is unbelievable. The attitude was arrogant, as if they're the only dry cleaner in Las Vegas. They are not. Save your money, save your clothes, and go anywhere else.

Took in a custom made wedding dress that had a lot of salt water stains from the Aegean Sea. The employee who took in the dress seemed confident that they could clean it. So, we dropped it off about a month ago and waited. We called on Thursday to check the status and were told it was done and that it came out amazingly clean. Went and picked it up today and sure enough, the dress looked as good as it did when it was brand new in July. Master Cleaners did an outstanding job on this wedding dress cleaning.
