I've been in the service industry my whole life.. I have never come across the meanest rudest & nastiest person behind a counter ever in the 30 years I've lived in Vegas! I was in there a year ago and she accused me of not paying when the charges were on my credit card! She fought & argued with me and chasing me out to my car that i thought she was going to damage. A year later I brought my 87-year-old mother in only because she use to come here. This b$#&c was just as mean, rude & nasty as she was the prior year! She thinks she can pull that BS in this country? She hates Americans & she needs to go back to her own third world country! One day she will mess w/ the person! They do a terrible job dry cleaning. Creases in flat front skinny khakis, wrinkles in pleats. Advertise a drive up but don't come out because "it's too hot". I can not BELIEVE THE LIES OF THIS BUSINESS. Never have they mentioned to call the police and me not wanting to pay for the service. I brought in the cardigans, 2 days later I came to pick them up- two made out of 100% merino wool and one 100% cashmere, the one made out of MERINO WOOL was extended to be double size!!! I asked them to pull the cameras for them to see that i brought a shorter version of the cardigan! The one that is light green color was extended to double size after the work they did on it, it looked like it was washed and not DRY CLEANED . I am shocked that they say i did not want to pay. I asked to speak to the owner, they told me he does not speak ENG and there is a Edwin that will translate, i asked to call Edwin, a female worker did - over the phone he said he remembers me bringing the cardigans and he does NOT remember the size of it. The worker even offered to dry it so that it shrinks to the initial size, i declined as at threat time i did not trust the business with anything. Edwin offered HIMSELF TO WAIVE THE $12 fee for the 3 cardigans, I said this is all that can be done and we hung up on the video call with him (used on the female's phone device). The conversation happened at the shop and they do have video surveillance. I am shocked him saying that police could have been involved. I have never asked for FREE SERVICE, we never raised our voice and / or mention police about me not wanting to pay, the worker right away offered to speak to the owner after i asked for him, she even gave a business card with his name. This business literally destroyed my item and i can not use it as i did before, its 100% merino wool Eileen Fisher item. This is a complete lie of what he is saying, also I was told Joe (the name in the letter) does not speak ENG so he did not even write this. I had a pair of pants that had one leg longer than the other so I took it here to get altered. I got it back the next day but had to leave on a trip so I was not able to look at it until a few days later. When I finally took a look, the leg lengths were still very uneven. I took it back and they wanted to charge me again to have it fixed. What do I look like paying again for something you were supposed to have fixed in the first place? Very bad customer service. I am so upset right now because I just picked up my costumes and they reek like scented/perfumed dryer sheets. I specifically asked the staff at Same Day Cleaner if they use any scented dry cleaning agents and they said no. If they had been honest and told me yes, I would have taken my costumes elsewhere. I am severely allergic to any and all synthetic scents and chemicals including scented dryer sheets, scented laundry detergent, perfume, etc. Being around this garbage gives me migraines. Now I'm going to have to spend time airing out my costumes in attempt to neutralize the stench. I am very upset about this. I had this issue with Same Day Cleaner once in the past and really wanted to give them another chance. I will never give Same Day Cleaner my business again. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I noticed that many of my collared dress shirts had ruffles that ran down the center of my shirt parallel to the buttons. At first, I would iron the wrinkles out at home, but then I thought about how I was wasting my money. After taking my clothes to the cleaners, I should be able to put my freshly pressed, wrinkle, and ruffle-free shirt immediately on. Therefore, I took my ruffled shirts to the cleaners, and the male employee at the front was gracious. He examined the shirts and informed me that they were having issues with their machine and offered to redo the shirts. When I returned to pick up my dress shirts, they were ruffle-free! On another subsequent occasion, I received numerous ruffled dress shirts. The male employee apologized and said, "We have to fix the machine," but assured me, "anytime this happens, bring it back, and I will fix it." I am a super busy man, and the dry cleaners' location is not close to my home, so I stopped taking my work shirts there and only took pants to get dry cleaned (they do pants fine). Shortly after, I stopped going to this particular dry cleaner for a few months to experiment with other dry cleaners that operated near my neighborhood. The other dry cleaners did an excellent job, and my dress shirts were always freshly pressed and ruffle-free. However, the turnaround time took too long; I didn't want to wait two days or more to get my clothes back, so I returned to Same Day Cleaners, hoping that the machines were fixed and the ruffles on my dress shirts would be a distant memory. I took three dress shirts to same-day cleaners on a trial basis and received them ruffle-free. I even excitedly told the male employee, " No ruffles! We are good!" Thinking that they got their stuff together, I brought approximately eight dress shirts and 3 pants to the cleaners and when I got home, three of the shirts had ruffles down the center, and one shirt had wrinkles on the upper back. The female manager accepts the three shirts and attempts to steam out the ruffles on the spot. She brings the three shirts back to me in unchanged, ruffled condition. She makes a few more attempts to steam out the wrinkles, and nothing changes. Therefore, I inform her that she's trying to do a quick fix, and it's not working. Plus, I have things to do, so I will leave the shirts and pick them up another day like I did the previous times." The manager gets an attitude, and she and the male employee start talking about me in their native language. I don't have any coward in me, so I told them, " Do not talk about me in your language. Say it in English, just like I am talking to you in English. That is disrespectful." The manager claimed the ruffles couldn't be taken out because of the material, and I know that's incorrect because I have never had this issue anywhere else, and they have fixed the shirts previously. The manager did begrudgingly agree to redo the three shirts, but she and the male employee continued to talk about me in their native language. When I left, they were still angrily talking about me. I do not recommend this place because they have chronic issues with leaving ruffles in dress shirts. Furthermore, they were rude, and they did not show me that they valued my business. When a customer comes in and shows that the shirts weren't dry cleaned up to standard, the response should be apologetic and understanding. We will make this right--not talking about the customer in their language and acting like they are being inconvenienced to maintain a high level of quality and standards. Their behavior toward me was disrespectful, non-customer-centered, unprofessional, and rude. I will never take my dress shirts up there because they have proven something is amiss. I only get ruffles on my dress shirts here. I wish I hadn't deleted the photos of the ruffled shirts that I took months back. I figured that if it happened again, they would politely fix it as they did the previous times. It won't be the next time because I will take my business elsewhere! read more

This cleaners RUINED my leather car coat with fox trim. I asked if they cleaned leather coats and fur coats. They said yes. They did this type of cleaning. Long story short. They destroyed my coat. It was shrunk and the fur pelts were separated from the leather and stabilizer. When I took the coat back in, 3 days later, the denied cleaning the coat! Said they had never seen the coat. The man who took it in had me sign a disclaimer. He said you signed a disclaimer. But they didn't acknowledge they cleaned the coat. Really ?? These people are not honorable and are crooked. Mistakes happen, but acknowledge them. Do not use this business if you want to deal with honest business people. read more

They pointed to the sign and took no responsibility. They have ruined other items as well in the past, and now I'm completely done. The customer service and quality of the work is the absolute worst. CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!!!! This place is an absolute joke! I went in with a couple articles of clothes asking them to get a stain out of them. MARY said that they could try to get the stain out, but that it wasn't guaranteed...which I fully understand. At that point, I asked her if I would have to pay if they were not able to get the stains out. She told me no. That I would not have to pay if they were unable to remove the stains. I go to pick up my clothes this morning and all of them are still stained. They charged my card for the full amount. I have been going to this dry cleaner for years. I took a Christmas Tree Skirt to be cleaned in January 2020, went to pick it up a few weeks later and they couldn't find it. I still continued to bring my things here. I found it odd they couldn't find a giant RED w/White fur item... Fast forward to today when I receive a call saying they found an item of mine. I told them I had just dropped a black dress off on Sunday and they said "no that's not it" So I thought about it and said "Is it red?" Most dry cleaners are the same to me so it comes down to customer service. When I first went there the young man who helped me was great and friendly. I only dry clean my daughters school uniform and they charged under $4 which is reasonable. The next time a mid aged woman helped and we very unfriendly but it didn't bother me much. When I went and picked up the uniform this time I was charged $7.50! I discussed it but since I didn't have my old receipt they didn't change the price. FYI they are very strict about only using debit or credit cards if over $10. So I had to leave and come back to get the uniform. This place is amazing and great customer service. We are from out of town and needed to get some items dry cleaned on Saturday as most, if not all places were closed on Sunday. Called ahead of time to see if we can drop of items and get them back by 1pm. They were very gracious and accommodated us. We drove out right away to drop off the items by 9am. When we got there, they were great. We needed to pick up the items by 1pm as we had tickets for horse back riding and wouldn't get back by the time they closed. My theory suit that's brand new got ruined. My cashmere long cardigan got shrank significantly and damaged. I'm just so upset that I cannot even breathe. Total damage of about $1500.00. After my travel, I will go there to try claim my damage. I willing to pay small fee to DLI to get my damage compensated. If you are sending cheap clothes to wash, by all mean. They have always done good cleaning and had really great service, once or twice we have had to talk to them about minor issues, but they always handled everything quickly and to my satisfaction. They do alterations as well, a little pricey for the alterations, but they do a really great job. I love the "same day" cleaning at no extra charge.
