Found a new dry cleaner near my home based on Yelp reviews. Easy parking right in front at 7:30am on a Friday. The store has their own plant. The aunties were busy, but smiled and waved to me. Jorge was kind and took all information and my shirts (folded) and a suit to dry clean. Ready on Monday. Ah, Monday means after 5:00pm. I received a text letting me know my stuff is ready for pick up. $35 for a suit and 4 shirts folded. I'm ready for my next business trip! read more

These people are amazing! I took in a white jacket and white souvenir t-shirt. both from trips overseas that I knew that I could not replace these items. I inadvertently washed them with a yellow coverup (I had washed several times before). The yellow dyed both items in multiple places. They looked completely ruined to me. I took them and the owner told me he maybe had a couple of processes he could try. He made no promises. Two weeks later, after several processes he tried, I walked in and there was my jacket and t-shirt! Beautifully white!! I was so thrilled. They were so kind, polite and professional! wow! I turned to Yelp, looked at some reviews, and picked Art Cleaners! I picked a place less than 3 miles away from; being new here, and I really would like to find everything while being close to home to avoid the traffic! . . Drop off was a success. Jorge greeted me. I immediately told him it was the first time he welcomed me to the area, after a thorough inventory of our items. Handed all over and Jorge explained they take two days which is perfect for us! The exorbitant prices aren't what got me. The customer service (or poor showing) did. I've been coming to Art Cleaners for a while and initially made the choice to continue using their service because of the convenience of the location. Great locale, they did a solid job with my clothes, and the service has always been good. My only issues were the high prices and their new "no Amex" policy. In short, I've been more pleased than not. Today I came with a large bag and proceeded to organize my items for easy processing. When I was deep in the sorting exercise, the owner, surprised I was ready, came over to input the items. After we'd pulled out a number of pieces a regular (and clearly beloved) customer came in. Beloved customer saw me in the middle of my transaction and said she was going to wait in the car until we were done. Owner greeted her warmly and without a word to me, dropped my items and went to go retrieve Beloved's items. I was in the middle of my transaction. And Owner was gone before I'd realized what happened. It was both confusing and dismissive. But it's Vegas and I'm used to sketchy service. I waited for her to come back with Beloved's things and finish my transaction. She placed Beloved's items on the rack and then, without a word to me, went to get more of her things. More. It was entirely dismissive and I decided that the prices were too high to endure this level of poor service. I gathered my items spread out and placed them in the bag and let the owner know that this was not going to work for me. I want to see small businesses succeed. I know Art Cleaners cares a great deal about some of their customers. Clearly not me. I need a bit more (service) or less (price) from my dry cleaner. I'm going to take my business elsewhere. read more

I have been coming here for the last month since the good dry cleaner by my house shut down. This place is inexpensive and does a fine job. Today I dropped off: two dress shirts; and one pair of pants. Total for dry cleaning $9.50. They will be ready Monday afternoon, this is typical of this dry cleaner's 3 day turnover rate. When you receive your shirts they are neatly pressed with a plastic tab attached to the crossed arms. No complaints! read more

I switched to Art Cleaners solely for convenience. Had I asked about pricing first, I would've gone somewhere else. I just assumed they would be in the same ballpark as everybody else. Wrong! $8.45 for two pieces with two day service. That is more than double what I was paying for next day service. There has got to be something nearby with much better pricing. The quality of the work and the customer service was fine, but the pricing is just too far out of line with other cleaners. Sorry Art, I have to take my business elsewhere. I am all for paying a little extra for the convenience, but more than double is a little too much for me. read more

Very competitive cost and amazing service. They can clean almost anything and will tell you if they can't BEFORE they take it. They do alterations and have made eBay suits look like custom made. I left a credit card in my pocket and they called right away and stayed late for me to pick it up. Love them - I've tried Fazio, Tide, Al Phillips - no comparison - they are more expensive and lower quality in my experience. read more

Very disappointed with this service I went to get 2 shirts with holes in them repaired one of the shirts had a blue pen stain on it that's I been trying to get out with a special cleaner and I was scrubbing a little to hard a made a small hole so I went to get it repaired when I picked it up they did a poor job repairing it they used a thread that could be seen and looked sloppy and I don't know how more some of the blue stain leaked somewhere else on the shirt so I had to wash it to get the stain out after the first wash the tread that used to fix the hole was gone and then the other shirt they did for me had random brown stain on the shoulder and the hole was done sloppy too Come on guys read more

Dropped off dry cleaning Thursday for one day service to be picked up Friday after 3pm on the way to the airport dropped in, was told not ready only to discover it was still sitting in the dirty clothes pile ..... Told to come back Monday ..... Went out of town flight didn't arrive till Monday evening so went in Tuesday afternoon was told come back Wednesday after 3pm cause now the machine was not working ..... Thursday morning want in again and was told he can take $5 off a $47 bill ..... I'm sorry not good enough was told to come back to speak to the manager ....... Once this dispute has been settled I won't be going back for the lack of sympathy and rude gentlemen at the front, no compensation for waiting almost a week, if you decide to drop off here I would make sure they deliver what promise. read more
