Just the putting all my cloths in trash bags, thinking ahead and pulling out my luggage to put my clean folded laundry into so it makes it home without being all wrinkled. I buy in bulk so I had to get creative on how to transport just enough laundry soap and softener with me.. so I'm about 5 trips up and down the stairs just loading everything in the car, no gym needed today. So I get to the laundromat and I back in close to the door figure I'll go in and get the lay of the land before hauling all my laundry in. I go in and Danielle is sitting at the counter and she greets me and I walk in look around, not much has changed in 30 years lol. I noticed some washers in a row and go back to my car and start hauling in all my bags of laundry. I wash and dry and actually have not a too bad experience. Danielle helped me when the washer timed out before I started it and I thought it had taken my money but nope Danielle came to the rescue and started it right up. So if your ever in need of a laundromat please go to this one! I will definitely be back when I need to wash my big comforters!! Thank you Danielle you made a dreaded, unfamiliar as an adult experience so much better!

She explained how the machines worked. It's cashless. You purchase a card from the machine and use it on the washer and dryers. They also have laundry soap and dryer sheets for sale. They also have a wash and fold service for those who don't have time to stay and wash their clothes. There is a lot of parking, but it's in a busy strip type mall area with a LaBonita grocery store next door. They have ample laundry carts available to help get your laundry in and out of your vehicle. Pricing was a little high, we paid $11 for the larger machine and dryers are I believe $.25 for 4 minutes. The facility is clean, you feel safe and lots of machines. We'll definitely return the next time we need to use the facility.

I moved all the way to the very back to fold my laundry to avoid dander getting on my freshly cleaned clothes, and the same woman followed back there. I politely explained my allergy and why I moved. She responded by screaming at me and calling me obscenities. I informed the employee on duty, who clearly did not care at all. To make things worse, a homeless man then came in with a dog and started yelling at the staff because he couldn't access the restroom without money on his card. This place desperately needs better management--and honestly, security. As a paying customer, there's a basic level of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism that should be expected. I won't be back.

I've been to a few laundromats. This is the best one thus far. The manager is very kind and helpful. The laundromat is the cleanest I've seen. There's no disturbingly loud music playing. There are children's books there for them to read in case they're bored. There are a few arcade games in the back, and the bathrooms are clean. There are also a couple of drink and snack machines. The whole place is quite spacious with a lot of room to do your thing. The machines range in size from one small load to huge. The huge ones are worth the money when you have comforters and towels. The dryers don't take more than 20-30 tops for huge loads. With my four loads of laundry, I'm in and out in an hour to 75 minutes tops. If you opt for fluff and fold, it's about $2.00 a pound. If not a bit more. Sometimes worth it if you're pinched for time. They fold everything beautifully. read more

I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Yesterday 8/11/19, at 10:30am, a man there masturbated himself while circling me and my 10 year old daughter. Cops were called, report filed. Employees told me he frequents there, and they've had "several" complaints about him making women feel uncomfortable. WHY was he allowed back there in that case?!?! You clearly don't care about your patrons. Ive done my laundry there every week for months. I will never again set foot in there. Watch out ladies, he hasn't been caught yet. Im sure Spin Cycle WONT be on the look out for him and he'll be able to just walk back in there. DISGUSTING!!!! And during the entire incident, the staff was NO HELP!!! They kept sweeping like someone wasn't sexually assaulting their patrons. Again....DISGUSTING!!! read more

My experience at this laundromat was awesome. When u first walked in I was greeted by the laundry attendant which was very nice. The machines were clean and it smelled very good. The water is hot and the dryers work very well too. The new Attendant speaks a little Spanish and can comprehend to have a conversation which is a plus. She keeps the facility very clean and is very helpful with everyone. Good atmosphere and the owner is welcoming as well. I will be coming back to the laundromat. Thank you!!! read more

This may be one of the most recent updates (as of end of October 2018), but I see more and more work done on this place. All the machines work great. Only a 2 are out of order. The attendant (Gaby, I think) was AMAZING, she helped me all the way through, form getting a card to helping me start the dryer. Vending is CHEAP! They got the kids area going for them to draw or read, and not run around, they give away free stuff on certain days. I love it! Will come back! read more

Out of town on a business trip and needed a quick wash, and this is hands down the nicest laundromat I've ever seen. Apparently they're under new ownership and just finished a remodel but that's besides the point. It was a comfortable space to be in and the vending machines were on point with a good variety to choose from. Also the owner was there so I got to chat with him for a bit. Ugh. No one likes doing laundry but this is actually a nice laundry mat. Lots of clean, available machines with an actual kid area. Usually my kids are racing each other in carts but here they have a place to get out of the way. This makes getting in and out so much easier! read more

You can buy a card for $2 & add cash to it to pay for the machines or you can download the app which is very easy to use & add funds, it even credited me an extra dollar when I used Apple Pay to load money on the app. I asked about the free drying because someone said that in another review. It's only on Tuesdays. I asked the man who was working how much time he thought my clothes would take to dry, it was a medium size load, he looked at the dryer & said 14 minutes, & he was right! You pay only .50 cents for 7 minutes!! I selected high heat before putting my phone on the payment reader. I selected the heavy duty setting & extra rinse on the washing machine & I think the lady that was 1st helping me said that it was just .50 cents more for the additional rinse & only 32 minutes!!! I was done wayyy sooner than I expected to be. Used to hate going to other laundromats in the past that seemed to take hours. Super quick, prices are good. I used a bigger machine to have more room, it cost $6.50, the smaller one was $4 but the guy said to make sure you have extra room around the clothes. The signs mention how their high powered machines clean better because they extract all of the dirty water from the clothes. They close at 10pm so the sign on the door says last wash is at 8:20pm. The man who was working there was so nice that he carried some of the bags of clean clothes to my car. There was a big group of men only speaking Spanish, everyone was cool, nothing to worry about in spite of the 1 star review on here.

I asked her some questions about where to get soap and she said if you go into the store and ask for free soap, they'll give it to you or you could buy other soap there she had a smile, and it was very intuitive, because I don't know my way around laundry mats and said if she could help me with anything else let me know and as I continue sitting here and watching her work really hard. It could be cleaner; if someone works here, they're not spending their time sweeping the floors. On the positive side, they have change machines that take $20 bills and only one washer was out of order when I was there. Prices seem in line with other laundromats. If you need a place to take your laundry at 3AM, this is an option.

I was flexible and we agreed that Monday would be better. Truthfully, I'm a bit nervous as this is my first time having my laundry picked up and serviced, but everyone I've spoken with has been very kind and reassuring! I've been told by Eric, who picked up my items, that my laundry will be returned around 6 pm or 7 pm today and they'll text me when they're on the way. The facility is always spotless and also provides live tv in case you have to stay a while for the laundry to finish. The pricing is unbeatable for self wash and drying. The location is easy to find near the corner of East Sahara and Eastern Avenue. The shopping center also has abundant parking plus many other shops including a Peruvian chicken restaurant.
