I just want to give the biggest compliment to DANIILLE!! She was kind, informative and extremely helpful!! She's one of the good ones!!! I haven't stepped foot in a laundromat in over 30 years and she made the experience very pleasant and somewhat enjoyable! My washer is broken and my property mgr is dragging their feet and I haven't had a washer in almost 2 weeks I'm out of clean towels, wash cloths and almost out of clean underwear so today is the day I needed to find a laundromat!! Let me tell you, these places are not really around anymore and the ones that are, are in neighborhoods that are a bit rougher than I'm used to so I pick the one that has the best reviews and will take a credit/debit card, because who has change laying around anymore? I just want to say that I have a new found respect for people who have to use a laundromat on a regular basis! Just the putting all my cloths in trash bags, thinking ahead and pulling out my luggage to put my clean folded laundry into so it makes it home without being all wrinkled. Now mind you I live upstairs so now I have to carry the 6 trash bags, the luggage and oh don't forget the soap and fabric softener yada yada yada stuff. I buy in bulk so I had to get creative on how to transport just enough laundry soap and softener with me.. so I'm about 5 trips up and down the stairs just loading everything in the car, no gym needed today. So I get to the laundromat and I back in close to the door figure I'll go in and get the lay of the land before hauling all my laundry in. I go in and Danielle is sitting at the counter and she greets me and I walk in look around, not much has changed in 30 years lol. I noticed some washers in a row and go back to my car and start hauling in all my bags of laundry. I wash and dry and actually have not a too bad experience. Danielle helped me when the washer timed out before I started it and I thought it had taken my money but nope Danielle came to the rescue and started it right up. So if your ever in need of a laundromat please go to this one! I will definitely be back when I need to wash my big comforters!! I advised the staff on site that the washer wasn't working properly, she herself agreed/witnessed it then said when it's done, we can move it to the next one & she will refund me. I told her it's done and I'm moving it over to the next one, she said she can't refund me because the owner said that particular machine when overstuffed doesn't work properly. I asked her how is one suppose to know that it will not work until we put money in? She had no words to say, I told her she witness it herself & knows it doesn't work but refuse to refund me. Very clean facility. Easy to use. And the owner was there. She was very helpful when I had trouble locking the washer door.

Came here for the first time, needed to do a last minute laundry trip before work. I decided to use the $8.75 machines because I usually use those at the regular laundromat I go to. The first machine went well, the second machine we noticed there was no water coming out. So we called the lady for help. She said the water was coming out but not enough because we overloaded it. Again, this had never happened for me before and of course I load the machine, its a bigger machine and I'm paying $8.75 for this. So best believe I'm getting my dollars worth. Apparently her machine couldn't handle it. Told us to use the $10.75 machine and she would pay the difference. My husband and I both assumed "paying the difference" meant she would cover the entire $8.75 from the first machine we didnt use but already paid for and we would pay the remainder of the bigger machine. Well, thats not what she meant. What she actually meant was we would pay an entire $8.75 again and she would cover the $2 for the bigger machine. Mind you, we never washed our clothes in the first machine because there was no water coming out. Within 2 minutes of us noticing there was no water we asked her to stop the machine to take our clothes out so we don't waste time on this machine. We NEVER used this washer machine and she stopped it within the first 3 minutes so no water was even being used and she STILL refused to refund us the $8.75 for this machine. She was nice but I honestly could not believe the service. I was not going to argue over a washer machine especially since I could tell she wasn't understanding that we never got to wash our clothes with that machine. Even after I told her that, she said it wasnt her fault we over loaded it. I was not trying to get a free wash, because our clothes was taken out immediately so there was no wash at all. We went somewhere else right after, took our other load out wet clothes and all and drove somewhere else because the audacity to charge someone $8.75 for a service not used is crazy. read more

This is my go to laundromat, I come here every 2 weeks usually on a weekday to avoid the weekend crowds. Early mornings and later in the evenings are the best times to go. I applaud the lady that works here, I see her working here everyday by herself. She's a very hard worker and upkeeps the laundromat very well. You'll see her cleaning floors, wiping down machines, and cleaning the fans and bathroom everything all alone. She also very friendly I see her helping out customers all the time. I like this laundromat Because they have a lot of carts available to push around your clothes & baskets, lots of tables and chairs for folding and sitting, and the AC keeps it nice and cool despite the heat from dryers, I also like that they're constantly playing good movies/ shows on tv. They also have a vending machine and ATM if needed. Its about a 10 minute drive for me , and there are closer laundromats to my house but I rather come here. read more

This facility was clean and there were plenty of washing machines and dryers available to the public. However, when I attempted to purchase laundry detergent from the vending machine, I used my credit card first it took my money, did not dispense any product. The second time I attempted with cash and nothing came out again. Unfortunately, I could not get my money back because the attendant had herself locked in the back room and did not come out the whole time I was there. Next time I will make sure that I bring my own supplies so I don't have to mess with those vending machines. read more

Had a laundry emergency and found this laundrymat. It's super clean and the machine runs great. TV plays good movies and clothes are washed great. Came here on a Sunday morning and it was not busy at all. The staff always goes around and cleans all counters. No trash or weird smells like other places. They are on top of machines that are left loaded with clothes. They have warning signs advising everyone about clothes being removed if you do not clear a machine within an hour. I came here because there is an attendant so I felt like I could run some quick errands while I was waiting. I got back and the door to the dryer was opened. The dryer had just finished less than 5 minutes earlier cause I had a timer set on my watch. When I asked why the door was opened or if they could review the cameras, the attendant said I would have to call tomorrow to ask. Just happens I'm leaving the country so won't be able to call. It's a gross feeling knowing someone might have gone through your stuff. Definitely don't feel safe or comfortable in a place like this. I rarely need to visit a laundromat, but I had a couple king sized comforters that I need to wash. I have to say Rainbow Laundromat was very clean. There were plenty of machines for all to use and the washer/dryers were pretty quick. The staff that work there were very helpful. You have the option of scanning your card or use quarters (yes they have a change machine). They only issue I came across was that it was very difficult to add minutes to your dryer by using your Apple Pay or credit card. It's probably easier just to use quarters. I'll be returning here for all my bulky bedding. read more

As far as coin Laundromats go, this one is a bit small. Washers and dryers are pretty good and averaged priced. I went around noon on a week day and it was busy. Most all the machines were in use with very few out of order. Once my cllothes were dry, had to fold them right out of the dryer because all the folding tables were being used. The layout of this laundry is a bad design. When it's busy, you'll say "excuse me" 100 times. read more

She was very helpful, she could tell I hadn't been in a laundromat before. She let me know I was putting my clothes in a dryer, I said "I'm an idiot, I guess you can tell it's been awhile for me at a laundromat." She washed the deluxe washers up and down with soap. I also didn't realize the washer took powder as well as liquid. I had both, Oxiclean powder and tide free and clear. It makes my laundry fresh and I use about half a cup of each. **Commercial Washers are only a 25 min wait! 5 min shorter than I expected. $7 for a WARM wash. read more

We totally have been fighting with Whirlpool since January 2021 Second week waiting for our washing machine to get fixed and they have waited so long to fix it ; so this laundry was right on time so far the cleanest we've been to however the mask law needs to be in place more while in Covid -19 pandemic is still going on there's a lot of ignorant people there and not being supervised enforced the mask law !! I've used this laundromat for years now because there is not much other choices and my own washer and dryer cannot take my bulky items. It's not the best place but it works. Today someone put soap in my machine after everything was clean and so I needed to rewash my pillows and they refused to turn the machine on for me.
