Every thing about this place is good. The attendant is very helpful. Absolutely clean. All machines are easy to use self explanatory kind of way. It's 24hrs so it's perfect for early risers or midnight oil burners. It's in a shopping area so grocery store and food restaurants are nearby. I needed a large commercial washing machine and went in to take a look to make sure they had a large machine for the cushions I needed to wash. While I did not walk in with anything but my SERVICE DOG, As I wanted to just make sure first, the attendant turned me away saying that "no dogs" were allowed. I understand this rule. I own a business and formerly owned a restaurant. So I understand how people take advantage of this. But my dog is a trained service dog. In a marked vest. Clearly a working dog. When I expressed that my dog was a service dog, I was still turned away. Legally this is unacceptable. Needless to say. I will not be back. I am literally here in the facility as I type this. I have been here about 5 previous times. I have recommended this place for its cleanliness and convenience of being open 24 hours. Before tonight, I would have given a 4-5 star rating but after tonight a definite one star!! No stars would be more appropriate! The man who is working overnight is absolutely terrible! It's 4am... I stepped out to my car to put my soap away. I had no idea that he would lock the door. No issue with there being a safety protocol, but I didn't expect it. Sooooo, when I saw that he locked up, admittedly I panicked and started knocking on the door to get his attention. He was at the back of the laundry facility, and I was concerned that he didn't see me and perhaps didn't know that I wasn't done inside. He ( after about 3 minutes) turns around and starts yelling. Through the glass and as he's way in the back, I could not hear what he was saying. I'm throwing my hands up to signal that I don't understand and trying to point to my washers that are full of my clothes! He starts walking towards me SUPER aggressively, and waving his hands still yelling. He gets right on the other side of the door, and says ring the bell. I reply... "ok, I did not know", thinking that he'd open the door. Nooooo... he stands on the other side of the glass, staring at me saying "ring the bell, ring the bell"! He literally made me ring the bell-I believe just to be a jerk and prove a point. When I finally am "allowed" to come back in, he's reprimanding me and I'm telling him that all he needs to do is speak to me kindly and tell me what is expected, and I would have no problem, but I did not understand the process. I was just concerned that he was going to lock up the facility, thinking that it was empty and that maybe I wouldn't be able to get back to my clothes. He was so rude that he walked away from me still reprimanding me about not understanding that I should ring the bell, and he was even using foul language. I continue to tell him that all he needed to do was tell me once how it works-I've never been in the facility at 4 AM, and I am not accustomed to door is getting locked. He repeatedly said "you understand,you just didn't want to listen!" I told him that I had no incentive or desire to intentionally violate a process! He continued to insist that I knew and for whatever reason in his mind, he just felt as though I preferred to violate a process and make it harder on myself and him... I guess?? Completely nonsensical!! I am still astounded at how extra rude he was! I even tried again to issue an apology and say that I really apologize for not understanding the process. Again, he told me that I knew very well what I was doing, and he told me to save that for "the INDIAN PEOPLE" who have no education!!!! What??? I said" sir, how do you know that I am not Indian? And furthermore, why would you say this about any group of people?! (His words were so offensive and there is just no excuse for him to feel that he can act this way in general, but especially ON THE JOB! Indian people.... No education?! Just wow!) He had no reply for my question about why he'd say such an offensive thing, and he literally waved his hand as to let me know he was disregarding anything and everything that I had to say, and he walked away from me. Most of this interaction was recorded, because of how aggressive he was walking towards me- I had no idea what it was going to turn into! I will never return to this facility, and I will take this complaint as far up as it can go! If there is an owner who would care to see my video footage, I encourage your response. If nothing else, review the in-store camera footage and you can see his aggressive behavior! A good selection for washing machines and dryers for all types of loads. Place kept clean throughout our time there. We met Candy, one of the staff on duty, she was sweet, she helped explain to us the cost, their company laundromat card - Non-refundable and credits can be kept on the card for refills, etc. She kept busy tidying up and assisting people with other services the company has. Overall, a pleasant morning at Oasis Laundromat. Beat the crowd and go early before 10:00am as it wasn't too crowded on a Saturday morning. We definitely will be back. read more

I needed to wash a comforter too large for my washer so i whipped out my hone and opened my yelp app - Oasis Laundromat came up first and was also the closest so i decided to give it a try. Oasis is located on Green Vally Blvd. Large parking lot and other stores in shopping center. Oasis is very clean & modern looking for a laundromat. They have privacy "stations" or cubicles where u can fold your laundry. The washers a very good - a little costly but it worked for what i needed done. I got a double loader washer and it was $11. Yes u read that right, $11 and did a good job. The dryer took about $2.50 to dry. There is a bathroom available, detergent, etc. for sale, and they also sell offer drop off services. First things first: They DO NOT USE COIN (how old am I?!) to operate the laundry anymore. We are in a new age. Everything is used by their own laundry card. If you want to purchase new cards you can use cards or cash. But if you are going to REFILL your card its CASH ONLY. (wack) Washing machine ranges $6 and up. Dryers are $ .25 and up. This is my second time coming here so I am a bit familiar. First thing I do like that there is a bunch of chairs to sit on while you wait for your dryer or washer to be done. It's clean, tourists, locals, use this spot. This location doesn't feel too busy even with the people inside. Being a Mom, she helped me with choice of washer and dryer for my xxxlarge doggy bed, and a queen size expensive, thick mattress cover. We came here bc we needed to wash some comforters. The reviews looked great so we went to check it out. The laundromat is located in a strip mall on the corner of sunset and green valley pkwy. Inside is very clean and big. It has a ton of washers and dryers, with some up to 10x loads. It was a good price for the laundry machine with the 10 x being $6 I think. The dryers were 25 for 6 minutes. The only downfall is you have to buy a pay card via a machine to use the washers and dryers so you have to guesstimate how much your going to spend if you don't want leftover $ on your pay card. They also have a full laundry service in the back with fluff and fold services. I felt safe inside and it was super busy when we went. Will def come here again. read more

Clean, Cozy, and Convenient Laundromat! I've been living in Vegas for a while and had no idea this laundromat was here! When I arrived, I was happy to find plenty of parking. The place has a surprisingly cozy feel for a laundromat, with a coffee area and even massage chairs--such a nice touch! The staff was wonderful; the lady working there was very helpful and informative. The washers and dryers are a great size--I was even able to wash and dry my large (9x12) area rug with no problem. I was on a 4 week business trip and needed to do some laundry. This was the second time I had been to Oasis and it was just as good the second time around. I was there on a Saturday afternoon and while there were people in there, I had no trouble finding 3 washers available to wash my 3 loads of laundry. Tons of dryers, places to sit, places to fold, vending for detergents, bleaches, fabric softeners, dryer sheets, etc. You put money on a reusable card, you buy detergent if you need it, do your laundry, easy. There is also a helpful attendant there if you have any questions. Both times the attendant was a woman and very friendly. Having a broken washing machine is not fun!!! I had bedding/clothing that needed to be washed. And being the clean freak that I am, I wanted it done ASAP while I waited for my new washer to be delivered. I haven't been to a laundromat in over a decade so I didn't know what to expect. But when I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised. This place was so clean!!!! All the washers and dryers were in tip top shape and so shiny!! I didn't have to wait to use any machines and there were plenty of carts and tables to use. I finished about 6 loads of laundry in less than 1.5 hours and only spent $18. Paying to use a washer/dryer was definitely worth it considering the amount of laundry getting done in such a little amount time. Here's some helpful info 1. They use a reloadable card for the machines. No need to find dollars to exchange for quarters! Yay! 2. A 4 load capacity washer is $10. It's pretty large. I fit two bed's worth of linens/blankets in there. 3. A 2 load capacity washer is $5.50. 4. The dryer is 25 cents for 6 minutes. I ran 4 cycles and my clothes were completely dry. 5. I heard an attendant say it gets busy Friday nights and on weekends. 6. They have free coffee and there is a vending machine if you want to purchase a snack. 7. Located in the same plaza as La Bonita supermarket, parking is a little tight. So you might have to park further away. Grab a laundry cart inside to help transport laundry from/back to your car. Arrived and the attendant was very was very helpful! She was constantly cleaning! The facility was very clean and very quiet! What made it even better was the lack of hobos! There are numerous cameras for safety and all of the equipment was working well there were a few large dryer that needed to be serviced. There is a regular security guard that came in on the regular. Well Oasis laundry saved the day. Woke up this morning to my washer being broken. So I don't go to laundromats usually. So I am not sure how to compare this one to others. But from what I can tell is it is very clean and all the machines are up and running. A great selection of large load to regular load machines and plenty of dryers. They also have a dry cleaners on site and are open 24 hrs. Not much in the line of seats though but I think probably Abt 15 or 20. They have a onsite bathroom and vending machines. The good thing is it's right next to the grocery store if you need to do any shopping when your doing cloths.
