At night, this area could feel a little sketchy but if you keep to yourself, no one will really bother you. They also have an option to pay for your wash digitally so you can see how much time is left on your wash and the machine locks once it starts washing/drying your clothes. You need approximately 30 minutes per washer and dryer. Don't do what I did and think 5 minutes of drying time was enough for a load of clothes. Just pay for 30 minutes of dry time so you're not stuck paying every 10 minutes. There is no bathroom in the facility but there is staff on hand for security/assistance and you can also convert your cash to coins. Parking: plaza parking Recommendations: Pay by phone so you can see how much time you have left on your wash and I could see the pin ball machine being awesome to play in the summer since it blows cool air when you play it.

First thing I will say, is if you are ever there when a tall black man by the name of Jonathan is there doing his laundry, be sure to say hi! He was hit by a car one year old and his fought his way to health and making it to 40 years old. He was so helpful! The laundromat should make him a special helper. He certainly helped us to understand how the machines worked, since they no longer take change. The young lady, who was there with her little white Chihuahua behind the window, was also super helpful. She's worked there for about a year and her little dog has cancer. When I asked if I could see the dog, she went and picked her up and her little Chihuahua just snuggled into her. It was so sweet to see. I'm so grateful the management allows her to bring her little dog. She was great at giving Assistance as well. We were there about 430 on a Friday evening, so it was busy. Really busy! The area is not spacious, as it is filled to the brim with machines. They have a lot of laundry basket carts, which I really appreciated. You have the choice between a 30 pound washing machine for $5.50 or a 60 pound washing machine for $8.50. That is a per load price. We ended up doing three machines of $5.50, and one 8 $ and 50 Cent machine for the comforter. If you would like to rinse out the machine before you start putting your clothes inside, for $.25 you can rinse the machine for one minute. I really liked that as I am quite allergic to laundry, soaps and most laundry products in general. Then you push the button that says you're ready to start washing and you go to another menu where you can pick the type of wash you want I believe the ultra wash was the $5.75 option. You can also add additional minutes if your laundry is especially dirty. And all of these things will increase the amount you pay. I opted to download the app "LaundryCat". I didn't think we would need so much washing, so I just put $20 in. Then later another $10 and after that final $10. I was able to use my Apple Pay to put funds into this app. So no grabbing out credit cards! All you need is your phone. When you have picked all your options, you tell the app to pay, and you hold your phone to the black payment area that is separate from the main screen. It can take a few minutes for it to show that you have paid. My husband came up behind me and said oh you need to pay and I showed him. "No, it says that I've already paid it." But the machine wasn't showing the "start" button. Several minutes later they pay part of the machine finally talked to the start button and the machine started running and it will tell you how many minutes it will take. In our case, it was 26 minutes per load.

I was flexible and we agreed that Monday would be better. Truthfully, I'm a bit nervous as this is my first time having my laundry picked up and serviced, but everyone I've spoken with has been very kind and reassuring! I've been told by Eric, who picked up my items, that my laundry will be returned around 6 pm or 7 pm today and they'll text me when they're on the way.
