I've been here multiple times and never had any issue until tonight I came in and the machine charged me and stopped so I Had to PAY FOR A SECOND TIME 20 dollars for 1 load is fucking Criminal. I said something to the attendant and she had the audacity to to say I didn't close the lid right it's a latch that closes when it clicks and it Clicked!!!she said she would have to look at the camera to see what happened then told me to come back tomorrow for a refund which I'm starting to feel doubtful that. I've been here 3 times while we wait for parts for our washer to be fixed and first time was fine second time I lost 10 dollars because I swiped the card when the washer door was still open which lost the wash which I accepted after I read the little disclosure they have about having the door closed. Now on my third time i made sure to have the doors closed and shut but still got scammed to pay double even though the door was shut but I guess it just wasn't shut the right way by less than an inch. Although it had said the wash was ready and set to wash and even spun once as they do before starting. The attendant just threw the blame to us that we didn't shut it right and still had to pay again. Last time I come here. Passing through town and needed to get my Sunday laundry done. Looked around at my closest laundromats but they all seem to be "crowded." Found Boulder's and this "ozone sanitation" laundry and I got curious. Stopped by at the Walmart next door,l to it, picked up an energy drink and head over. Very clean and organized!! All the clothes carts were stashed away in the corner by the entrance. Then you'll see 2 conjoined vending machines. One will have laundry cleaning products in case you forget something and a snack/drink next to it. It has the option to swipe the loyalty charge card. Which, is the main reason why I chose Boulder: I didn't want to deal hauling quarters. Next to the service window, you can exchange cash for a chargeable card. Just popped the cash in and got to washing. Depending on how you choose to wash your laundry, I think the price is fair. I utilized two smaller washing machines for my denim pants and towels on cold with just the normal wash ($2.99ea, I think). Then I went with the larger machine for my delicates and tops. Selected the "super clean" with the ozone sanitizer. Pretty sure it was almost $5 or $6. Understandable since I'm using the bigger and cleaner options. Time-wise, I think I was there for a full hour. the pants and towels were done first in about 10-15mins tops. Threw them in the dryers. All dryers costs .50 cents (14min dry time, each). Same card swipe method. You can swipe while the machine is running to add more time. There's little picnic tables to wait at, or the front of house with more chairs. But I opted to sit on the folding tables to keep an eye on my stuff. Had a book to read. The tables themselves are clean and seems polished, too. Then I noticed dust falling from up top. Wasn't too pleased to find the ceiling missing. But I was just about done so it was a huge dissatisfying factor. Bathrooms are free, no charge required. And fun, since I didn't notice them being kinda concealed from the wall art. read more

I've been using this service for the last 3 years. Its big, clean, with a hard working friendly staff. Miss Eunice is my favorite. She's very nice and professional, friendly. Ricky, the manager always goes out of his way to help a customer, always with a smile on his face...great personality. They have great hours and do an excellent job with my laundry. I drop off and pickup. If you want to wash your own clothes, it's best to get there early. They wash, dry, sort and fold your clothes, and put them back in the original bag that you brought them in. Most places won't do that. They will even wash my rags, and put them in a separate bag. I drive a few extra miles to use their service, but they are well worth it. I keep going back because it is very hard to find a service as good as theirs. Did I mention they give military discounts? Drove all the way from Henderson to come here. I'm super picky about my machines,cleanliness, and sanitization. This place if I could would give them 20 out of 10. The machines look brand new and the place is super clean. Ricky was so very helpful. He answered all my questions and was very patient with me. Some of the best customer service I have ever received. Sherry, Roamoana, and Levi where delightful as well. Why this is three stars. Once the manager Rocky left the staff became rude and unhelpful. I needed bags they charged $1 a clear bag. Please talk to the owners and workers before you arrive. There is a specific method to dry your clothes. Just do it- it would save you headaches!!! My boyfriend and I stayed extra days in Vegas and desperately needed our laundry done. A friend recommended this place and they didn't have enough staff accommodate us. As we were leaving, One of the mangers followed us outside and offered to take all of our laundry and have it done ASAP. The laundry was done and folded in less than 2 hours, last minute! My boyfriend actually accidentally left 700$ in his pocket and we received a phone call that our money was there, and we got it back. Such a clean, honest, respectable, reliable establishment. I wanted to add they also check up on you afterwards to make sure you got the service you needed. I was very impressed. First time coming here and I can say this place was pretty nice for the area. Came here to wash my big comforters and blankets. First impression walking in the place smelled nice and everything looked clean. Looking around all confused trying to see where everything was at Sherry spotted me and helped me get a free card put money in and find the big washers for my comforters! She was very nice and helpful. She walked me around to show me the vending machine if I need anything and that I could use my card for pretty much anything. While I was there I can see she was helping a lot of other folk she helped them figure out the machines and process to everything so nice of her. There's tables to sit in the front and in the middle. I used two machines and two dryers. The drying was free today (Thursday) that was a plus. Sherry also mentioned I think drying was .50¢ so not bad. I didn't get to see inside the restroomS but I saw there was two of them and needed a card to enter. Once I got done washing everything smelled very nice it didn't smell like someone else's clothes.
