This place is great if your don't have a rush on your stuff usually takes a few days but the laundry is nice and clean.

First time using this and I picked an already used locker (what a bonehead move) i called and she said it was no problem that she would cancel my order and to just pick another locker that was open. Got it, threw my stuff in, picked a 4 digit code and text the number as instructed. Got a text when my items were picked up and another text when they were ready with what locked number they were in. The whole process was super smooth and easy once I got my stuff in an unoccupied locker...duh. LOL Building is secured and you get in with the cc you registered/pay with on the app-just swipe it on the card swiper outside the door. Got a handy dandy bag for next time too read more

My husband has used this service twice now in the past two weeks, and he is really pleased. He signed up online for an account. He uses the credit card that he has on file to open the front door here. Once inside, he chooses an available locker, and places his clothes inside. He then texts which locker his clothes are in, and chooses what services he is requesting. In his case, he always wants 'dry clean only'. He then receives a text confirmation. The clothes must be in the locker by noon in order to be picked up that day. They will be returned by 7pm the following day. Once his clothes have been picked up from the locker, he receives another text to advise him. He then receives photos of all of his clothes for that order. Once the clothes have been returned to a locker, he receives another text to advise him which locker is his. After the first order, he received a bag that covered all of his plastic wrapped clothes. This bag doubles as your laundry bag for the next time. There was a receipt in the pocket of the bag, as well as a mint. Nice touch. So far he is really liking their service, and communication. The lockers are accessible 24/7, and the prices are not too bad. read more

After leaving my review the other day, I received a private message from Lauren L. As a small business owner myself, if my client isn't happy the first time I'd make it a priority to ensure they're happy before they take it to Yelp or other social reviews. And if they did, than I'd need to do better next time without patronizing them for doing so. read more

An eye-opening first impression with Mint Locker. I have been going to "regular" dry cleaners for many years. It always involved dropping clothes off with a live person behind the counter, waiting several days before the clothes are ready, and rushing to pick them up before the cleaner closes. None of this happened with Mint Locker. I selected 6 pieces of clothing as guinea pigs for Mint Locker. (no animals were harmed for this test!) I downloaded their app on my Samsung phone, registered for an account, & went down to the nearest Mint Locker. There I entered a clean and secure room and placed my clothes in one of the available lockers fitted with a special electronic lock. In a few hours, I got confirmation that my clothes were picked up along with an itemized bill listing reasonable charges. I got an email the next day telling me that my clothes were ready for pick up. I found my clothes all pressed, wrapped in plastic, and neatly hung up in my designated locker. Best of all, the stains on all the clothes were gone. Label me impressed! read more

Need clean shirts by Tuesday and slacked off until the last second. Decided to check out Mint Locker since the reviews are so good. This was WAY easier than I thought it would be. Lauren was incredibly accommodating and welcoming. Made it extremely easy for me to trust the automated system as I called her a few times to make sure. read more

It was a little confusing at first to use the Mint Locker since this was my first time here. After using the same dry cleaners for several years, I decided it was time to try out a new one. The Mint Locker has many lockers to choose from, so you can pick a locker, throw your dry cleaning in, and leave until they tell you it's ready to be picked up. I had my comforter cleaned here after a long overdue wait. It was $25 to get it done, which was a really good deal, in my opinion. It only took two days to get it done. :) I'll definitely use the Mint Locker again. read more

I've used this service several times here in Summerlin Nevada and I can't believe the ease of service (I'm not a huge fan of technology) and the turn around times are incredible. I put 3 shirts in the locker here @Tanager apts at around 8pm last night and they dropped off at 6pm today! Thats under a 24 hour turn around! That's unheard of! They communicate via text and email from pickup to drop off! So convenient and not expensive at all! I'm never going to the dry cleaners again! read more

Brilliant business idea, but beyond that...the service is functional! I've never had a problem with mint locker and I love the convenience of having dry cleaning at my place of residence. Often than not I am not afforded the 9 to 5 convenience that most have; my schedule can get sporadic and sometimes I'm leaving a few days after I fly in, and mint locker's turn around time accommodates that for me. I also like the little VIP Baggie they issue after your first order...and get this, you even get a mint...get it? MINT locker! Haha ;) read more

I love Mint Locker. We've been lucky to have the service available at both the Ogden and the Juhl. What's more convenient than going downstairs to drop your clothes off for a dry clean? I have no domestic ability and struggle to make even the smallest repairs on my own clothes, so the repair services are much appreciated as well. They're always super fast, and Lauren in particular has always been responsive / helpful / kind when I've been nervous about getting clothes back in time for an event. Thanks guys, appreciate you! read more

If I could give more stars I would - hands down the easiest dry cleaner I've worked with and by far the best customer experience I've ever had. It's efficient, convenient with their locations, cost-effective, and they do a great job. I did a ton of research when deciding where to do my dry cleaning - don't do that, just use Mint Locker. Here's the biggest part for me: their customer service is phenomenal. I got one shirt back that had some weird marks on it (first time in a year of using them), and after contacting them they did my next order for free. But it turns out the weird mark was permanent - and on one of my favorite tailored shirts - so what did they do? They ordered a brand new shirt for me and made sure it was tailored to the same specifications. I was speechless. I was expecting a credit or something like that, but they did their absolute best to make sure it was if my shirt had never been stained. I talked with Lauren throughout the process and she was so humble - super quick to acknowledge they had made an error - and was incredibly quick and generous with the response. This is the kind of customer service that will make me a lifelong customer, and I highly recommend you become one as well. read more

I never really knew what Mint Locker was until I drove by and looked it up. I love how SUPER easy and convenient it makes dry cleaning. I set up an account and downloaded the app. Basically, you drop off your clothes in a locker and text the number to them. Easy. Then when it's ready, they'll text you which locker to pick it up in. You can also keep track of your order through the app. I dry clean my professional dresses and they were able to get out some oil stains too! I was sooo happy they did. Their prices are very affordable. I will definitely be back! read more

Dry cleaning was "done" and charged. They charged me 55 dollars and the locker didn't work. I ended up going on a business trip without my clothes. You can't get a hold of anyone when there is a problem. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! So...they completely made amends. Delivered to my house with full refund. I am impressed. read more

I have a job that requires dry cleaning and I've been through a ton of them. Mint Locker is the best of the best. 1st.. My clothes are always clean and pressed.. I'm a rough person on my clothes and they can almost always get the stains out.. 2nd.. I love the hours!! My job is late night sometimes and early mornings other times. The beauty of this dry cleaner is the 24 hour convenience it provides.. I can drop off anytime I want and I can pick up anytime I want!! The store front at Green Valley and Horizon is exactly what I've been waiting on!! Oh.. AND THEY SHINE SHOES TOO!! read more

Our condo complex just installed a couple lockers from Mint Locker this past week. I tested it out and had my clothes returned in 1 day. Everything was dropped into a secure locker and they sent me a text message when it was picked up and when it was returned. 10 shirts, 2 dresses and 2 coats for under $60. Very impressed and I will be using the service weekly. They provided a nice clothes bag for all my future orders as well. No more trips to the dry cleaner! read more

I just started Using Mint-locker. I was not sure how it was going to work at first, or how long the turnaround would be, I was amazed when the pile of clothes I left in a small locker came back pressed and perfectly clean in a reusable dry-cleaning bag, complete with dinner mint and receipt. I continued to use this service regularly and the turn around was always within 2 days. The last time I used it I received an email from the CEO explaining that they had found 2500~ dollars worth of unsigned checks in the back-pocket of one of my pants, they returned them to me promptly, whoops. A+ Service Mint-locker, A+ You won't find many companies like this around anymore, use them! read more

First time using mint locket and I LOVED IT!! So cheap, so convenient and easy! I brought in a light jacket and it was only $5. They got the stain out and it looks amazingly clean. Couldn't be happier! Will be coming back! read more

I never thought I'd have a job that required dry cleaning, to be honest I never wanted that. Yet here I am and I am so lucky to have Mint Locker at my apartment complex. I can't imagine having to get to a dry cleaners during their business hours! ML makes it so easy and convenient, the dry cleaning itself has always be on point and the prices are better than the service at work. Oh and the turn around time is amazing, so yea - I recommend it to everyone, and always point them to see if there is a location that works for them, we need these everywhere! read more

Dropped off an heirloom quilt and they cleaned it beautifully, and placed it in a nice little plastic bag for safe keeping. And for $25. Downside, had problems with the locker opening, but they did deliver it within an hour or so of me trying to do it myself. Interesting concept with putting your clothes in a locker, but great idea. I'll do it again ! Thanks guys ! read more

This was my first time using Mint Locker... I had a bit of trouble with the app (pretty sure the problem was actually my phone) so I called. The person that answered was so nice and helpful. I brought a dress in and later that night I was called a few times because I dropped my debit card outside of the building. The woman that found it was SO kind and concerned with letting me know they had it. I didn't even realize it was gone. I picked up my dress the next day SUPER late at night and it is perfect! So soft, no wrinkles, and smells good. Well done Mint Locker! I'll definitely be using this service regularly! So simple and convenient. read more

Works great and is not priced unreasonably. Great communication with the text messaging!

I have been unable to locate my money clip or the cash it held. When I picked up my dry cleaning today there was a note for me to check the receipt pocket. In the pocket was my money clip and $74. WOW! Your employees displayed an extreme example of integrity. Nice work Mint Locker, nice work indeed. read more

I have always dread dry cleaners, but this has completely changed my outlook ! So easy, quick, and convenient ! The app is extremely user friendly and I love the 24/7 access drop off and pick up. If I could give this company 10 stars I would, highly, highly recommend ! read more

I would give this place a 5 star because I like the concept, but the 2 times I've used this company, I've always had to called them. I dropped off a comforter on Friday and wasn't pickup until Sunday when I called them to wonder why it hasn't been picked up. They advertise that dry cleaning take about 24hours and I didn't get my comforter back till Tuesday. The first time I use them, my comforter smelled amazing and fresh. I could smell it from the outside of the locker. The second time it didn't smell like anything and seemed they just rushed it because I had called them. When you call customer service. They tell you someone will call back to fix whatever problem, but nobody calls. They just text. The first time I used it and had to call customer service twice. I spent 30 mins waiting at the facility for them to give us a new code because I had accidentally picked a locker prior to arriving. Rookie mistake. read more

We have a mint locker drop off in our building The Newport Lofts Las Vegas. The Mint Locker truly provides a dry cleaning service that is so convenient to its customers, which is so important not only to a working parent like me but to anyone who works in a 24/7 town like Las Vegas. Now I don't have to worry about how to fit dropping off and picking up dry cleaning into a dry cleaner's business hours - Mint Locker accommodates MY busy schedule. Their website is easy to read and easy to use, and they make it even easier with the option to text them or use their mobile app. Their prices are just as affordable as the dry cleaning business I used previously, and the quality of service is fantastic. There is no reason not to use Mint Locker. Thank you for providing this service to Las Vegas! read more

It's amazing how many times they can screw up an order. They damaged a pair of Prada shoes and had to send them back for a fix, decided to keep a pair of shoe trees until I demanded them back and sewed buttons on the wrong shirt despite explicit instructions where to add. Talk about a good idea poorly executed. Maybe they can fix the kinks but I don't trust them with my high end clothes read more

We've been using Mint Locker for awhile as well as Kensington Services, their home pickup/delivery service. If you haven't tried Mint Locker yet, you don't need to wait even one more day! The process couldn't be easier and the quality and pricing is excellent. The customer service is awesome which is why I'm finally writing this review. I dropped off my husband's pants at 10pm on a Tuesday evening in advance of a business trip he was leaving for on Friday. In the past they would have been picked up Wednesday mid-day and ready Thursday evening (for about $10 for 2 pants and you can pickup and dropoff 24/7!). I didn't read my confirmation email which said that they've had a higher volume recently (probably because word is spreading about how awesome they are) and if I needed the order back next day or by a certain time to let them know. So on Thursday evening when I didn't have my pickup info I contacted them to apologize for the late notice and ask if there was any way to get them back by 3pm the next day. Lauren, the president of Mint Locker, wrote back almost right away late at night and arranged for our order to be completed on time. Mint Locker stayed in contact as needed until I had the order in hand the next day. I also can't say enough about their home delivery service - the prices are slightly higher than self dropoff (maybe $1/item?) and there's a $25 minimum, but there is no delivery fee, the service is very fast and the staff extremely professional. We wouldn't consider taking our business anywhere else! read more

I had Mint in my previous apartment building. So easy and convenient. Prices are great and they dry cleaned my things in under 24 hrs! I just wish they had more locations! read more

I've used the mint locker service twice. The first time everything was fine. Great 1 day turn around time. The second time, ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I dropped off my boss's coat and button up on Thursday afternoon, I thought to myself, because it's late I wouldn't get the clothes back till maybe Monday. I was fine with that. Then Tuesday came, then Wednesday, so I called their number and Lauren answered. I told her what was going on she said she was going to look for my order. Long story short, no one had any idea where the clothes was. On Thursday morning Michelle called and asked what coat it was because they said they were going to replace it. 30 hours later I get an email telling me the clothes was ready for pick up, not a call, an email. And an offer for my next service free - how about free dry cleaning for a year after all the stress? Overall customer service experience was absolutely terrible. Once I found out they didn't know where the order was I was physically sick. Had it been my clothes, I probably wouldn't have freaked out too bad, but this was my boss's clothes. I will not be using Mint Locker again, nor will I be recommending their service to anyone. read more

Mint Locker has got to be one of the most convenient services available in Las Vegas. The website is extremely user friendly and the service is entirely accommodating to me and my schedule! Its honestly a wonder something like this didn't exist before! Its SUCH a great idea. Simply drop off when my dry cleaning when its good for me, place the order on my phone, and voila. Done. Goes without saying, but they did an excellent job with my items as well. Affordable and easy, what else can you ask for? read more

Around 4-5 months ago our apartment complex installed mint lockers in the lobby and being a routine early adopter of almost everything, I switched from my chain dry cleaner. Since using Mint Locker, I have been extremely satisfied with their service. After your first order, they drop off your items with a free garment bag (that converts in to a regular dirty laundry bag) that has a barcode for easy future use. The turn around time is almost always within a day, although they do state that it can be 2-3 days. The garments are always nicely cleaned and pressed. In addition, when I left a little note to re-hem a pant leg, they did it at no charge (although I'm not sure if this is routine). All in all, I would definitely recommend their service! read more

They did a phenomenal job on the coats I had cleaned. I was a little confused about how it worked, even on how to get in the building but I called and the customer service was great. I put my 150 dollar sweater in the locker with my husbands shirt. They lost my sweater and then they told me it was my fault. That 3 dollars really made up for my lost sweater. read more

I wish I could give more stars... I've been using MintLocker for the past 2 years. I get my white coat for medical school taken care of here, and it's my only one (so I'm extra careful with it!). Still though, it gets FILTHY... People warn each other about thread coloring bleeding, fabric texture changing, etc, so I was too nervous to use my own washer/dryer. I tried Mint Locker once, and I'll never go back to anything else. Every time (no matter how yellow/pen-stained/dirty my coat gets, it comes back perfectly white and pressed. The system is awesome, 24h, easy and convenient. The service is awesome (super helpful when it's confusing your first time using it) and everyone I've talked to on the phone is so sweet and helpful. Definitely worth a try. read more
