The worst part was my two activewear pieces. They tried to use heat (like ironing/steaming) on them and ended up damaging the fabric. The material is now visibly ruined. I came back the next day to explain everything, and the owner only offered me a $20 refund even though I paid $80 total. I declined. I returned again with receipts showing the damaged items needed to be replaced, and he refused, saying the damage would "go away after 4-5 washes." I had already washed them once and the damage was still there. I shouldn't have to repeatedly wash my clothes hoping they magically fix themselves. Instead of taking responsibility, he blamed his worker but as the owner, that responsibility falls on him. Very unprofessional, poor quality work, and no accountability. Do not recommend at all.o
