I've been a loyal customer of VIP Cleaning Services LLC in Las Vegas since 2019. For seven years I used them annually for carpet cleaning and happily raved about their work to friends and family. I'm the type of person who sticks with businesses I like and refers them often. That's why I was so shocked and disappointed with their recent quote. My fiancé was moving out of his 1,400 sq ft, 3 bed / 2.5 bath townhouse. We had already done a thorough spot cleaning of the entire place ourselves (bathrooms, general wipe-downs, etc.) and only needed professional carpet cleaning plus help with the harder areas like cabinets, drawers, and mirrors. They came out, saw the property, and quoted $900 for the job. I went back and forth with them, reminding them of my 7 years of loyalty, but they showed zero flexibility or appreciation. I felt genuinely insulted. I understand inflation and rising costs, but this was beyond reasonable -- it felt like pure price gouging. I quickly found other reputable cleaners willing to do the full job for around $300, which is much more in line with reality. I'm leaving this review because I wish someone had warned me. If you're considering VIP Cleaning Services, get multiple quotes first. Long-time customers apparently don't get any loyalty pricing or respect anymore. read more

I recently purchased an older home and it needed a bit of cleaning. Carpet cleaning & full house pre-move in cleaning. They were able to send someone out the next day and I got a notification when they were en route! I really liked this instead of waiting and wondering if they were going to show. They were well equipped, worked quickly and efficiently. I also had them take a look to give me an estimate for the full house cleaning which I thought was very fair. We scheduled the full house cleaning the day after the carpet cleaning. This included thorough cleaning of the bathrooms, sliding door tracks, kitchen, baseboards, flooring....you get the idea. I wanted a full description of what they were going to clean and they sent it to me promptly. The day of the cleaning, I received another notification when they were on their way! By the way, I was not able to meet them at my house so I kept a key in the lockbox and gave them the code. About 3 hours after their arrival, I got another notification that they were finished. And apparently another gentleman came a few hours later to inspect their work. A really nice touch! After work I went to check out their work and it smelled like a brand new home! You can tell that the air felt cleaner, it smelled great and not overpowering. I am so glad that I hired them instead of trying to do it myself. First thing I said on the phone was puppy urine. I was assured that the tech would get the job done. But I guess I'm the unlucky one of the bunch. Because I still have urine stained carpets because I failed to ask for "deep cleaning" matter of fact when the tech came to do his inspection you'd think it would've been suggested but once again I'm the odd man out because my carpet is still stained. I guess I have to learn how to ask the right questions when specifically complaining about pet urine in my carpet. They swear they offered me the deep cleaning. So I intentionally wanted to waste time and money with them coming to my home. That's just dumb. 01/20/2020 Update Thankfully this company was more than helpful to fix my issue with my carpet. Found them on groupon for a $59, 3 room cleaning service and it was great. I was able to easily book appt online. Recieved a text and email confirmation right away. They called the day before to confirm appt the following day and the day of they called again. They schedule within a 2 hour time frame and it was great to receive a text alert when they were in route. 30 mins later a know at the door and he was done in a bnb out 45mins. He cleaned my living room, dining area, and hallway/entryway. I could've had another room cleaned but it was not needed. I got this service dusty to my fish tank leaking water and I wanted it professionally cleaned before setting it back up. I paid an extra $35 for deep cleaning and sanitizing the areas. Tl;dr I think that VIP is staffed with great people though I'm a little disappointed with the results. I saw that they had a Groupon special for 3 rooms up to 300 sq. Ft. total, but requested only 2 rooms to be cleaned as one room was big. I also paid extra for the 2nd room to be deep cleaned. Scheduling was extremely easy! I called and was booked the same day. The woman on the phone was professional and patient. (Not sure if it's the same person, but whoever answers their texts is great too! Though text is slower than calling imo.) I got a text a couple hours before my appointment saying that their technician was ahead of schedule and could arrive in 30 mins if that was ok. I said sure and Joel arrived shortly after. I showed Joel my two rooms and he got straight to work. He was done 30 mins. later and initially I was very impressed. The carpet on my bigger room looked great! I wasn't expecting miracles on the other room I asked to be deep cleaned, but there was a noticeable difference (see pic) and I was happy. Both rooms smelled good. And then the carpet dried. I was very surprised it took so long. The 2nd room wasn't even completely dry 24 hours later. About 6 hours in I started to notice these dark spots appearing in both rooms. They weren't there before cleaning. Some were pretty small - just large drops. However, there was one large spot in the 2nd room that I knew wasn't there before cleaning. It was late, so I sent a text. By morning the next day, the carpet in the deep cleaned room looked as stained as before the cleaning and started to smell (see day after pic). Next morning, I exchanged several texts with VIP and provided pictures of the dark spot I found. They gave me a two hour window for a technician to check it out, but he got held back and arrived an hour after the initial window. They offered to reschedule me the next morning, but I was just thankful they squeezed me in (busy the next day and needed to move my furniture back). Joel came back and looked at my concerns. He thought that the large spot was from pet urine (though we've never had pets or even pet visitors). Explained there really wasn't much he could do without costly treatments or replacing the carpet. He sprayed something on the spots and left a few mins after arrival. Rather anticlimactic actually. It helped with the spots but nothing was done on the rest of the 2nd room. The room began to smell unbearable, to the point that I will be replacing the carpet. From the initial phone call I was impressed with the customer service! She explained everything to me, even the additional price for the screens. Bought a Groupon for a 4 bedroom carpet cleaning then called them to schedule the service. They were able to schedule the cleaning the next day and would be at my house between 8am-10am. Great! So next day comes and I receive a call from them saying they had to change my time to 10am-12pm because they had to a 1 bedroom they had to do. Sure, go ahead and inconvenience me, I only had to take a half day off to be home for this. Come 12:01pm still no carpet cleaners and I call them and let them know I want to cancel he says "oh they haven't come by yet". Hmmm, sounds like the owner needs to fire his managers or staff. How can you not keep track of your staff and why can't they call thier manager letting them know they are running late. Guess I wasn't as VIP as I thought. Zero stars. read more

Our builder scheduled a new construction house cleaning with VIP Cleaning Services. The two ladies and one gentleman were very friendly, but didn't speak any English. We had to communicate through a translator app on our phones. I knew they didn't do a thorough cleaning when they completed our house in about 1.5 hours, and we have a pretty good size house. When they left, I went into all of our bathrooms and the area behind the toilet where dust accumulates was not even touched. They also did not do a thorough cleaning of any of our tile floors. They left our floors looking cloudy, with some residue on it. When they were getting ready to leave, my Mom noticed that they didn't vacuum our downstairs carpet and she had to ask them to vacuum it. Luckily, our builder paid for this cleaning. I gave two stars because the folks were really nice and they did wipe down all our upper kitchen cabinets. Unfortunately, my Mom and I cleaned up after the cleaners. Oh well! read more
