I needed to get my carpets clean for the new year. After looking up several companies through Yelp, I had stumbled across Aardvark Affordable. There was a current promotion through Yelp for [1 Stairs, 1 hallway, 4 rooms] for $129.00. I called the owner on a Monday and let him know the job specs. He had reviewed his calendar and informed me that their company had a opening for Tuesday between 8-10 a.m! I was surprised at the quick turn around for scheduling. I confirmed the reservation. There was a 3rd party company that came instead, 24/7 carpet, but the company did a fantastic job! I was really impressed with how clean the carpets came out. Steve, with 24/7 carpet provided a lot of great tips on keeping our carpet clean! I'll be using Aardvark Affordable in the future if I need carpet cleaning again! read more

I called them yesterday and were able to get them to come out today as first appointment! We were moving out of our rental. They were quick, efficient and reliable! There were no hidden costs and work was done well! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the bedroom carpet still showed the stains. When I asked, Austin said it was because of the traffic in the room. It was wear and tear. but other than this they did a great job! read more

Aardvark Affordable - Carpet looks GREAT! - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

I called Aardvark affordable out to clean my sofa because my 15 year old Yorker chihuahua had an accident. They came out the same day which is awesome in my opinion. The service tech was on time and very nice. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is bc the tech was kinda sloppy and had water all over my brand new vinyl wood planking floors and I had to go behind him with a dry mop and clean it up, and the urine smell did not completely go away. But my sofa looks amazingly clean. When Hal called the next day to follow up on the service I told him about the odor and he told me how to get rid of it with a vinegar and water solution. All in all they provided a great service for a great price and I would recommend them. read more

Look no further Aardvark Affordable is the company to reach out to when in need of carpet cleaning. Their service is excellent and staff is very professional. I reached out to them on a Thursday afternoon and Steve came to clean my carpet the next morning and did an extraordinary job. My carpet looks and smells amazing, also they have the best deals in town. This is the only company I will be dealing with from now on. Thank you So much Aardvark Affordable for giving my house a clean and fresh look/smell. read more

After over a year of being stuck at home my carpet was in dire need of some TLC! So many businesses have struggled during the height of the pandemic, so I really want to support our local small businesses. I solely relied on the reviews in Yelp and was a bit trepidatious, but Aardvark Affordable did not disappoint! The owner, Hal, probed for the scope of work that I needed done and quoted me a fair & reasonable price - $129 for 2 small bedrooms, a master bedroom, flight of 10 stairs and a small landing area. The tech, Austin, was on time, respectful of my property and most important (to me) he was friendly and easy to get along with. Austin had me show him the areas to be cleaned, and he described the work he would be doing. My carpet was pretreated for the high-traffic areas and power-scrubbed - which bigger name companies charge extra for. The best part of the whole job was how thorough Austin completed the extraction part because it seems to make all the difference in the time it takes for the carpet to be fully dry. No joke - most of it was dry a few hours later & the high traffic areas were good by the next day. After the work was completed, Hal followed up the next dat to ensure everything met my expectations. Although I didn't speak with him, I appreciate his ownership and follow-up. I am super happy with the end result and so is my budget! Definitely a Yelp-WIN in my book! read more

Yesterday, Guy came to my house to clean my carpet. 2 rooms and 1 living room. He arrived on time. Little earlier due to set up. He was very polite and did a great job. The high traffic areas look like brand new carpet. Dog stains are all gone and my carpet smells nice for the first time in a year. The price was very very affordable. Kind of too good to be true for the amount of work put into it. But my quote over the phone was the same as I paid, no hidden fees. So I'm very satisfied. They offered to do it again because Guy said he wasn't too happy. But he must be seeing something I'm not because my carpet looks and feels new. I will definitely use this company til the day I die (or ever decide to leave vegas) read more

They did a very thorough job cleaning my carpet, tile, and sealing my tile. No odors with their product. The 2 gentlemen that showed up were very nice and knew what they were doing. I spoke with Hal to get the quote and he even followed up 2 days later while I was making my decision. I made the appointment and they were prompt for the appointment to do the cleaning. After the cleaning Hal followed up with a phone to to ensure I was satisfied. This company really cares about their quality. read more

Ardvark was exceptional! My home looked newer than the day I purchased it by the time they were done. They cleaned my entire home for much less than I ever expected was possible! They were on time, friendly, communicative, and highly professional. Because they were able to get me an appointment so quickly, I was able to meet my deadline so I could list my home to sell and they helped take a huge burden off my shoulders. I will definitely be using them again in the future for my carpet cleaning needs. read more

I cannot tell you how awesome this experience was! Hal scheduled my appointment over the phone and was incredibly nice, accommodating, and informative. Austin showed up to clean my carpet and he is a true professional! He was so personable and went above and beyond to make sure my carpet looked tip top and was super clean. And even though my water source gave him some trouble, he resolved the issue and still powered through the cleaning process. Totally awesome all around and will DEFINITELY recommend Aardvark to anyone I know getting their carpets or furniture cleaned. SO PLEASED!! read more

So impressed with this company. Hal is very responsive, answers the phone himself, accommodated my time schedule, quoted a price and stuck to it. NO up-sell. They even let me use their mop when they weren't for my hardwood floors Highly recommend and I am going to tell all my Realtor friends! read more

I have used Aardvark Affordable on two different occasions and both times, the service has been stellar. Hal has professional workers, he always quotes a price over the phone and sticks to the price and he follows back up to ensure I was satisfied with the service provided. I will use their services in the future and recommend them to others. read more

Hal is supper professional! I can not say how nice it is to speak with someone so polite. They did fantastic work for us last year on a rental house so we insisted we use them again for this property when getting ready to sell it. Hal made sure to reach out to me personally / worked around my schedule OUTSIDE of business hours to make sure we are sent up for the cleaning tomorrow!! He also communicated well with our realtor. This was wonderful since keeping things on track when selling a property is critical! We will only use this service company in the future for any other rental properties. read more

Had another wonderful experience with Aardvark!!! I needed them done and was able to schedule right away. Hal is always so nice and helpful and prices do not change when they get here. There are many carpet cleaners who have advertised prices but when they get to your house, the price changed! I am very grateful to Aardvark and 24/7 cleaners for the brand new look! Will call again and refer to everyone! read more

I am a little confused by the abundance of good reviews, because my experience was not very good at all. The guys did three carpets and an area rug. The area rug still smelled like pet urine after drying, and the other carpets felt slightly crunchy like they still had cleaning product on them. Also, the techs did not wear masks over their nose/mouth- just their chins. Additionally, they invited an older woman to my house who met them outside where they loudly argued. It was very bizarre. When it came time to pay, they wanted me to read my credit info to their boss over the phone. I refused and ended up using cash app. read more

My carpets look new again!!! Thank you so much!! My house is only 2 years old but we always had family gatherings here so our carpet was really dirty specially the hallways and stairs. Tried doing it myself using the rentals but it just doesn't look as nice. These guys were thorough and quick. Very nice and hardworking. God bless and thanks again. Called them for an appointment got one day. They were willing to do an earlier appointment too. read more

This is my new carpet cleaning company!!!! My dog had an accident right before we expected guest from out of town. I called 7-10 other company and none of them were able to come same day. But I found Aardvark on Yelp and they were able to accommodate us!!! We got our loft (size of small bedroom), our master bedroom, stairs, and living room rug done!!! The guys were fast, efficient and definitely affordable. I also requested pet treatment in the loft area. My carpet looks brand new!!! And smells great!!! They even followed up with a follow call!! For once, a business that does what they say at the quoted price! The owner personally booked our services and assured me that there would be no up-charge or attempts to up-sell services. Our technician Mike was professional and very knowledgeable. He was upfront about what we could expect and made every effort to deliver. In the end, we are left with clean, beautiful, and great smelling carpets! We will be using Aardvark Affordable again. read more

I found this place on yelp and I thought they did an amazing job! We had a pug a few months ago before he passed away and unfortunately had had an accident on the couch. It had tons of dog hair (because Pugs shed endlessly) and so we figured it was a great time than any to get the couch clean. The gentlemen who came to my apartment were amazing! They were able to get everything together in 1 hour if not less and were extremely kind and professional. My fiancé came home and saw the work that they had done, and they looked like brand new couches. Mind you, I've had them since 2010 so they're at 7 years old. We don't have a house yet, or much, if any carpet, but they are definitely a company I will be calling again. read more

I highly recommend Aardvark's services. I called and made an appointment and spoke directly with the owner. We had 2 rooms in the house that had fifty carpets from previous tenants and they were willing to come clean them for us! A lot of companies won't come to do your carpets unless you want a minimum of 3 rooms cleaned but they quoted us a great price for our 2 rooms and were extremely friendly! Austin called 30 min before he arrived and when he showed up he got to work right away. He was friendly and he did the most AMAZING job. Now our carpets were filthy! Disgusting! I was honestly skeptical on how much a difference carpet cleaning would make. I thought we were going to have to get the carpets replaced! But Austin cleaned both the rooms in an hour and it seriously looks like a brand new carpet!! We are so happy! We will definitely be using their services in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. read more

I'm not one of those people that clean their own carpet. I'm not going to break my back cleaning the carpet and I'm not going to break my bank either. Hiring a professional gave me the opportunity to add specialized services to the package, such as spot stain removal, preventative stain treatment and tile and grout cleaning. Right away Aardvark Affordable cleaner offered me customer loyalty discounts and general discounts for using Yelp. The joy of hiring a professional is having someone else do the dirty work, they quoted me $89. The actual cost was $150. Still really cheap! My dog soiled my carpet so they used a pet enzyme to eliminate pet odor. Thank God for aardvark carpet cleaners. I called them they scheduled an appointment to come out to my house the next day. I like Aardvark Affordable carpet cleaning because I slept through the whole process. The cleaner came in steamed my carpet. Moved my furniture, and locked up after his self when he was done. The next thing I know I received a voicemail from my cleaner. He said, "I don't know if you are sleep but I'm done. I had to move your furniture to clean the carpet. Make sure you air out your house. Get some air circulating in here. I like your paintings you have nice art" My carpet was so clean! I entertained guests the very next day. We are extremely satisfied with Aardvark Affordable, and the team Hal (Owner) and Guy! Found them on yelp, I called and scheduled an appointment for the next Sunday! Guy was prompt and gave a courtesy call before heading over. Hal gave me a discount for mentioning yelp, additionally Guy gave me an awesome price to get my tile & grout cleaned. We are very happy with our living room, stairs and hallway carpet cleaning, and we LOVE our tile & grout! Looks like shiny marbles. We are so pleased, we hired them again this upcoming weekend to get our garage floor and driveway done! Great prices and great service! We had nasty pet stains from the previous owners, and my carpet will now last a little longer before needing to be replaced. Hal even called in the afternoon to check up on the service and asked if we were satisfied. Now that's a great way to run a business. Thanks Hal & Guy. read more

If i can leave 0 stars, I would. Guy came to my house and refused to clean my carpet and he kept whining like a little sissy saying that it was too hot. What a waste of time. He drives a Blue Dodge Ram, so if you decide to get your carpets cleaned and see him roll up, bring some tissue for his whiny tears. I admit my house is hot and my power is turned off, but it's very tolerable and HE REFUSED MY BUSINESS." I seen someone else post something about this company not showing up and i see what they meant. He said he can give me someone else's number so they can do it and i told him, "no thanks, they might be turn down business like you." My experience was horrible with this company and i really think their reviews are mostly from people they know to get high ratings. I would NEVER call them again. read more

I called around as I was screwed over by my prior carpet cleaner! He was the most knowledgeable andprofessional and the same price or cheaper than the other 4 I had called. I was amazed by the service! He really went above and beyond. The carpets came out way better than expected too! read more

My carpets came out great! My stairs were the worst part of the carpet and they were able to practically revive them! I was shocked. Did a great job and they smell wonderful.
