I have been a customer of this location for 15+ years and I visited today the laundry facility today. Upon my visit I experienced a not so favorable experience. The washing machines smelled of feces and the dryers were half inoperable /out of order so only half of the dyers were available. Additionally the water did not appear hot in the washer machines. There was a dryer that did not give the appropriate time when I put a quarter in it. Needless to say I will not be visiting this location anymore. New owners you had some big shoes to fill in and unfortunately the facility is not the same as it used to be. You can tell the previous owners took pride in their facility. I've unsuccessfully attempted this laundry facility twice and my clothes are magically damp and I'm magically broke! I've separated my laundry in smaller batches with no luck. I like going to this particular laundromat because it's not as expensive as the other ones and the lady who works as the store manager is very very nice and considerate she helped me one night with my laundry basket and even allowed me to stay a few minutes after they closed to finish drying and folding I definitely recommend this place read more

Ive been coming to this laundromat for 12 + years,they went through 3 owners. the current owner had raised all prices on machines,her currently staff is rude.you get assaulted by some of the people in here and just walk thru from off the parking lot. my car was broken into several times. machines aren't sanitized and have feces in the washers and dryers. you got to really be careful. dryers when they work don't dry very well.you have to use 3-4 times more money to dry than the nearby other laundromats. the bathroom is awful, it's never been this dirty since this new owner " Mae" took over. she wants toilet paper in a bucket. very disgusting and smells. your clothes sometimes get rinsed in the dirty wash water. she's shut off water in the sinks so you have no place to wash your hands. this should tell you what she thinks of sanitizing and making money is more important than safety. there's several laundromats that are closer, and don't cost as much as magic wash. you might want to consider the price,she's the highest in the area, and you'll still get a good wash and dry. and carts to use to bring your laundry inside without making 4 trips to your car. read more

First time here washing. It is 6pm on a Tuesday. Came before on a Sunday afternoon & it was super busy so I didn't get to wash. Today the lady owner was here making sure the big washers were getting fixed. She was super nice & very helpful. This place is also really nice, new, & very clean. Washer machines are pretty disgusting! It was my first time washing here and compared to other places, it looks like they rarely clean them. Owner or employee needs to improve this. The washer machines are growing mold where the softener is added and on the seal around the door. read more

I've been coming here for 8 years and always loved the customer service until last Saturday and today 5/22. Last saturday the laundry associate was making such rude remarks about the customers to someone she was talking to on her cell phone while unloading a dryer. She was also wearing drug paraphernalia when it's supposed to be a family environment. Today on 5/22, she was working again. It disturbed her when someone came up to the counter to ask for help because she was on her phone. The floors were a mess. The tops of the washing machines were filthy. The trash cans were full. I haven't seen the laundry mat look like that in a long time. The owner would have not have been happy. I'll give them another chance but she needs to change. read more

Clean and spacious with many different machine sizes. Watched employees sweeping while waiting on the washer. Staff were very helpful. We came to this laundry matt after eating lunch because we ran out of clean clothes. We did not want to pack much clothing because we would have to get a bigger suitcase. We really did not have plans to go anywhere since we have our 4 year old daughter with us. Besides, hubby and I got sick yesterday. We had about 3 loads to wash and then dry. We came to this laundry matt that we found on Yelp. There was enough parking spaces. As we walked in, we see that there is a lot of washers and dryers. For the washer, I think it was $2.50 and the dryer was $1.50. Not too bad. At least we have clean clothes for the next few days we are here. There were benches and a table to sit near the entrances. There were also vending machines and video games to play while waiting. This laundry matt is descent and serves its purpose. read more

Went this summer when I was travelling with my mom. We stayed at Treasure Island Casino. You'll need a car to get here but it's worth it. I did see one of the free city buses so maybe it does go to the laundromat? Very clean and easy to get to from Treasure Island. Decatur St. has a bunch of stores Target, Walmart, Ross etc so a cinch to shop for other things while u are in this area. There is even a CVS near by on Decatur if you need to buy detergent and what not. Oh, and free wifi!! read more

It's a drive for me. 30miles to get here but I go here cause they keep it clean. Yeah it's not in a great part of town and homeless people walk around. But they don't bother you. This place was a great place to do laundry and at this place, the patrons that live in the area that do their laundry there aren't so great as well. The people at this location would blatantly take your cart from you, even though you have something of yours in it. This place needs to upgrade its washers as I've lost pairs of socks while washing them in their machines. They need to order more carts, so patrons do not steal away carts that are currently in use by others and create a space for them to be returned to and stored at when not in use, so it's not place haphazardly all over the laundromat. The atmosphere here is so dark as the lighting is so dim, the overhead lights needs to be improved. Instead of them attached to the elevated ceiling, have them dropped to an appropriate height or renovate the ceiling were it's dropped down a bit and changed to LED. As I said previously about their washers, they need to at least replace it with new ones or at least repair them, since when I used to go there to do laundry, I would find some machines "out of order". The current laundromat that I go to aptly named, Oasis Laundromat (located on N. Green Valley Pkwy and Russell), is far more superior to "Magic Wash Laundromat". People there are respectful towards you and your carts as they don't ever dare take carts that are actively in use by you. The attendant on staff is very customer service oriented and friendly, they're helpful whenever you needed the help. The dryers and washers there are a bit high tech as they're not coin operated, they require a laundromat credit card which you can obtain from an ATM that dispenses them next to the vending machine that dispenses detergent. Parking isn't limited to just the front of the laundromat, there's additional parking behind it as well w/ access into the laundromat from the rear parking lot. read more

Under new ownership, it has gone down hill fast. Prices are just short of a +50% increase and unreliable times for pick up on FnF. Had my clothes since Friday With a Sunday noon pickup time. Old ownership usually turned around in one day but now I'm here at noon, on Sunday and they haven't even ran mine through yet. Still in the same bag I brought them in. No towels for showers and clean clothes for work on Monday. Zero urgency, no discount, no apologies, just a "come back on Monday and we should have them done by then".So disappointed because it was my go to spot for the past 7 years! read more

THANK GOD I own a washer and dryer in my house, but for the BIG stuff (i.e. King sized bedding) I needed to find a laundromat to get the job done. I thought I'd share because I know how difficult it is to find a decent place in this town! And yeah, I know that I could easily save myself the time and energy and take it to a dry cleaner, but I'm not a fan of that "chemical" smell on my bedding, so........ ~Easily 100+ washers and 100+ dryers in the place. 20 of which were over sized for my specific needs. ~Free WiFi to pass the time! ~WORKING quarter and vending machines! ~It's CLEAN......obviously a plus when you're trying to do just that! ~An attendant on site to assist as necessary. ~Plenty of seating. ~HUGE PLUS......within walking distance of Super Walmart, Raising Canes, Fat Burger, Petsmart, Michael's, Lowes, Big5, 99 cent Store, Original Pancake House and so many more. I always love to shop or eat while I wait! =) Would have happily given the place 5 STARS but it was freakin' COLD in there...........like Brrrrrrrrrrr, Oh my goodness, give me an oven to sit on cold in there.
