Definitely a 24 hour laundromat. Nothing special about it beyond that; any reviews that mention 'free soap' are old, they stopped giving free laundry soap in February of 2023, according to the signs. It could be cleaner; if someone works here, they're not spending their time sweeping the floors. On the positive side, they have change machines that take $20 bills and only one washer was out of order when I was there. Prices seem in line with other laundromats. If you need a place to take your laundry at 3AM, this is an option. read more

After being in Vegas for two weeks, I needed to find a laundromat. Finding one was a bit difficult.. I called a few of the local listings and out of the ones I called, two were out of business. So I asked the taxi line guy for help, and he steered the taxi to another out of business laundromat. Just my luck, right? Luckily 24 Hours Laundromat popped up on my phone, and I had the taxi drive there. It's not the most convenient place, but it's not really too far off the strip. Maybe a $13-$15 cab ride. Make sure to have the number for a cab on your way back or have the driver wait for you if you're dropping off. It's not the best area. I asked if I can drop off my laundry and thankfully they said yes. Even better, I asked if they can drop it off at my hotel and they said yes. Double score! They weigh the laundry by pound - I think $1 a pound? So it was really reasonable for a big bag of clothes. I forgot how much extra he charged for dropping it off, but it was super reasonable and was less than what my cab costed me to get there. The manager said he will call me when he is in the lobby of my hotel and that it would be ready in a few hours. Right on time, I received a call and my fresh laundered and folded neatly bag of clean clothes. I will continue using this laundromat during my Vegas visits! read more

Stuck in Vegas for four extra days due to our flight being canceled by a snowstorm? How about a trip to the laundromat? We washed and dried all of our clothes for 7.50 which included soap and dryer sheets. By the way, you can get FREE soap, which I completely didn't know despite the numerous free soap signs all over the place. It was very clean and there were lots of machines open. The capacity on the $4 washer was 40lbs... way more than enough. I believe the prices go according to the lbs, so $2.00 for 20lbs and $6 for 60lbs. Dryers are 25 cents per 5 minutes, which makes it about $2.50 to dry for 50 minutes. Also, these dryers (unlike the ones we have back in Providence) don't make your clothes smell like they're burning, which is always nice. Definitely recommend. Their free wifi is awesome and there's a Subway next door and a mall across the street. Oh, and they have a tailor too. read more

Located across from Boulevard Mall and near other fast food places to grub on when you're getting your clothes cleaned. Two entrances/exits, one which has an automatic door way. Right now it's 1am and only my bf and I and two other groups of two doing their laundry. It might not look so great but don't judge a book by its cover. * to me it's wore down , but oh well. Came here during the day because I needed some large blankets to be washed. Did the whole self service thing. Machines are the basic ones you would find anywhere else. Nothing fancy. The offer free wifi and free soap although I did bring my own soap. I would ask at the customer service window about the soap. There was a small sink and some paper towels if you needed it. It's tucked away in a little part of the place. Laundry carts are available for use. There is free wifi and tv to help pass the time. If you're hungry, there's a 24 hour subway right across the way. read more

Free SOAP! They really do give you free powdered soap! Just ask the guy working there & he'll bring out a big scoop for you. Standard washing machines $1.75. Dryer is 0.25 cents per 10 min. Open 24 hours, located minutes off the Strip & directly across Boulevard Mall, we've washed clothes here on many occasions. Wash dry & fold service: Can usually be done quickly if you call ahead. Cost is $4 for 5 lbs. of clothes, each additional is $1.25/ lb. Self service laundry: There are 40+ top & front loading washers in several capacities available for use - 13 lb. $1.50, 20 lb. $1.75, 40lb. $3.75, 65lb. $6.00 & 75/ 77 lb. $7.50 Large capacity dryers - $0.25 for 7 min. Alterations & dry cleaning are also available here. The attendant lady that is usually here, is very friendly & helpful. She has come out to offer us assistance carrying laundry bags a couple of times. Inside, it's brightly lit & warm. There are about a dozen tables for folding clothes & chairs for waiting. Other amenities are free soap, free WIFI, a couple of large flat screen TVs, that you can actually have the attendant change channels for you. Also, there is change, vending/ arcade machines & a restroom for customers only. Side-note: A sign says that they'll refuse service to any DRUNK customers. I took this as a future, useful note-to-self. This place is very popular with the neighboring apartment complexes, so we try not to come here during weekends or evenings. Some interesting "characters/ creatures?" can be seen here, so I wouldn't recommend doing laundry at odd hours of the evening. Numerous surveillance cameras are mounted throughout the ceiling for security. You could always send your clothes to the in-house hotel laundry & pay the pricey bill, but if you've got a household's worth of laundry to do, this is a better (casino)money saving option. read more

Please find somewhere else to go for laundry services. My entire experience at this place was horrible and I wish I could leave zero stars. About 170 people in my unit were staying at a hotel nearby for several weeks without laundry services. I was quoted over the phone for $1.50 a pound for 3 hour drop off service. When I arrived, the place was very dirty and it was obviously not being properly maintained. I was charged $1.75 and told it wouldn't be ready until the next day. The lady working named Esmeralda, reluctantly and rudely agreed to finish that night. I came back to pick it up 4 hours later and they lost my military uniform. I was accused of never dropping it off and I was told that they never had it and it would not be reimbursed. I was also told that the manager would call me the next morning. I never received a call. I finally got in touch with the manager later that afternoon who admitted that it was given to someone else. Long story short, it took several calls (during the Super Bowl) to them because they would refuse to call me back or provide any situational updates. I even had to try to contact the other customer myself. They never even called me to tell me that it was finally returned. I ended up having to drive there during a Super Bowl party to pick it back up since they refused to delivery it (even though they claim to have delivery service) Esmeralda actually blamed me for the whole mess since it took me 4 vice 3 hours to pick it up the night before and refused to give me a refund or even apologize. So to sum it all up: I was overcharged for laundry service over 2 days and had to put up with all the rudeness of the staff and the stress of trying to find a replacement military uniform during the Super Bowl. Many others in my unit had terrible experiences here also. The 24 hour laundry on Twain and Cora's are exponentially better both with cleanliness and service. I find it very disrespectful to treat someone in the military so poorly, especialy with the handling of a military uniform. read more

My Wife & I wash clothes here, have been for a few years now. Overall our experiences here have been great. We like the prices, our clothes get clean, sometimes they offer coffee, donuts & free calendars. However for the past 6 months this one particular attendant, the Younger Hispanic Man, has been very rude to me & my wife. He always wants to make a smart ass comment to me, in particular, and he got angry when I asked him if he was going to fix the problem with the machine that malfunctioned. In front of all the customers there he says with his angry face, "You have to wait ok!? You put too much soap in the machine... ... " Now mind you, all my other machines R working fine, and as far as him saying I put in too much soap? Well his guy friend had a machine right next to mine & it looked like snow in there, but he didn't tell his friend he oversoaped his machine. In a nutshell I've grown to despise this nasty person & I basically act like he doesn't exist when I'm there, he has been friendly to all other customers & I observe how he talks to them & he just plain doesn't like me. I've tried to call the manager & complain about him but they said he is hardly ever in. Now my wife & I do our laundry at 4 in the morning so we don't have to see this attendant anymore & we are much happier because the Older Mexican Man on this early shift is Helpful, He Greets Us With Friendliness & He doesn't have "angry face" lol. But we will continue to wash clothes there cause the prices are great & I won't let this poor excuse for a human being make me go somewhere else. Don't be fooled by the surrounding neighborhood. It may not be placed in the best area of town, but its service is impeccable. Earlier today, my washing machine broke and lead a flood throughout my apartment. It's being fixed, but I still had a bunch of damp clothes that needed to be washed and dried. I used my iPhone Maps App to find a nearby laundromat and this place was less than a mile away with several great reviews. Since I had no choice, I prepared to make a trip out here and decided to bring my comforter too. Walking in, a fellow patron was nice enough to help me keep the door open (that was really nice). I began to load my stuff into the closest washing machine to me. The person who worked there stopped me and suggested I use a bigger one which was of more value (that was awesome). I then unpack my study stuff on one of the big blue folding desks and the same employee walked over to into the free wifi password in for me (without me inquiring first)! If you like TV, there are also two giant screen HDTVs that play NCIS. If you get hungry, there is an awesome Subway across the road (literally steps away). I've been to laundromats before, but I seriously have never thought that any laundromat would ever have customer service! Tonight, I tossed a towel and a pair of pants in the dryer for a few minutes while I took all my other laundry to the car. When I came back, the attendant was going through my stuff. I asked what he was doing and he said getting "paper". After he moved, I went to get my items and saw a raffle ticket and five ones and realized that I had left $19 in my pants the night before. Only $5 was left. When I approached him he insisted it was paper, so there is nothing I can do but give my loyal patronage to their competitor. I have spent $30 or more at this place each week for two and a half months (easily over $350), and planned on doing another $20-$50 a week in pressing/dry cleaning as well. Truthfully I was unsure coming here to do my laundry because the stores on this side of Maryland are a little rough on the edges. However I had nothing to worry about! They have plenty of machines, free wifi and the staff was very friendly. One of the workers kept asking me questions which allowed the time to go by sooner. They also have signs all around that say "Have a question? Feel free to ask". Even though the building itself is old, they do clean the folding tables often and I felt safe the entire time. I just picked up my beautiful dresses today and when I arrived home I found a strap broken on my favorite dress. It had a safety pin on it. I called the cleaners to find out why this wasn't mentioned to me during pick up and the man that I spoke with continued to accuse me for their mistake. He said I must have brought it in like that because they don't put safety pins on clothes. Well, I don't get broken clothes dry cleaned and I don't own any safety pins. My friend and I was doing laundry here Dec. 26, 2020. Now my friend hardly comes to the laundry-mat. So I had advised her to put her load in a smaller machine. However she had already placed coins inside the current one that she was about to use. So I stopped her, and requested the worker who is currently on duty to return the coins that was already placed in the machine to allow her to use another one considering that she only put half of the coins in , and the machine has not started. However the attendant on duty states that it's not possible unless there was an existing issue with the machine. All I'm asking for is that he return the coins so that we can use a smaller machine. It's not that hard, and the policy is quite absurd. Now I come to this location a lot. And I have never experienced an absurd treatment from the owner or the other staff that's normally on duty on the other nights that I come. Just this person Luis. I'm very upset, and disappointed. Panties, Bras, Towels...dresses everything and they are the best I have found for this service within a 2-mile radius of Las Vegas Boulevard however they're dry cleaning is something I would NOT recommend I have had things destroyed buttons go missing dry cleaning is a NO. Wash and fold however so far is an absolute yes. I would highly recommend it.
