I brought in a silk Ralph Lauren blouse to be cleaned. The owner and I both looked at the cleaning instructions that stated Hand Wash!... So I said OK then hand wash it! She then proceeded to mark the stains with red tape. It was brand new, and I just wore it to 1 Christmas party! I dropped it off on Saturday and was told that it would take until Tuesday. I said no worries, I just wanted it cleaned nicely. I picked it up today, paid for it while waiting, then proceeded to to look to see if all of the stains were removed (they were not) and instantly noticed the shine was gone, and the shirt had been dry cleaned, and totally ruined! No apology!... Just an incredibly rude, & agitated owner! She figured that she'd return my $8, and then just disappear & walk away! Unfortunately, a Very Poor way of doing business! I've been going to this place for years. I always went here when I lived in the area a few yrs ago & since I've moved back to this area I continue to go here. I don't have a lot of dry clean only clothes but use it more for alterations & dry cleaning blankets. I recently brought some jeans in to get the zipper replaced. When I got them home I realized after wearing them something was wrong. The new zipper kept opening & falling down. Once I was able to inspect them I realized the new zipper was sewn in crocked so in one area it was a little too tight & snug around my belly so it was pushing the zipper down. So I brought them back a few days later pointing this out. They took them, with no problem & I had told them "the sooner the better" with getting them back & she told me "oh, with a redo they will be ready today after 5pm." I told that lady that was great but would be back by the next AM after work. I went back the next AM & they were ready & the zipper looked like it got sewn in there straight vs crocked. Once I wear them again that will be the true test. I've never had bad service here & would highly recommend this place to others. They even have a drive up service but I personally rather park & walk in to get that little exercise in. read more

I had seen The Cleaners & Alterations on many occasions in passing when I was out and about running errands. Based on its name, I figured they were a good bet to be capable of hemming four pairs of jeans that I had purchased. After trying on each pair of jeans and establishing the desired length, I was charged $15 per pair and told they would be ready in three days. As promised, they were ready and waiting when I returned. While I can't speak to their ability as a cleaner or to perform other, more complicated, alterations, I was completely happy with the quality of the work, the timeliness, and the very fair price I paid to get what I wanted done. I like this dry cleaners for a couple reasons. One, they always do a good job on our weekly dry cleaning, and two, the alterations lady that works there is great! We're always seeming to need something fixed, hemmed, shortened, taken in, etc., and she's fantastic. The young lady that's there most of the time is friendly and knows exactly how you like your dry cleaning or laundry after the first time. They ARE more expensive than other dry cleaners, quite a bit actually, but I like that they clean on premises and press things nicely. read more

I've been to this place so many times and I've never had a problem. One thing I will warn you about...it's expensive for dry cleaning. So if you're dry cleaning on a regular basis, beware. Besides that, I love it here. The staff is super friendly, they have a drive thru and will come right to your car, and they are open pretty late for a dry cleaner...8pm I think. I've come to this cleaners twice. My first experience was good. But my second was terrible! The employee's are different but I still expected the same good service I had before. I came in with a brand new dress to get hemmed and steamed. When I come to pick it up to try on the dress there was a major stain in the front! They accused me of the stain that it was my fault. So 2 weeks ago I decided to take 2 Suits to have them altered and dry cleaned. The experience was great and the price was reasonable. Last week, I took 2 more suits to be done and they charge me $40 extra for the same work. I think they do great work but pricing is "fly by the seat of your pants" and I will not be back. I guess it was worth walking a customer over $40 profit. When I complained and all they said was "next time I'll give you a better discount". Yeah right, I don't do "Next time"... I will take my business to somewhere else.... PS. they are getting 2 stars because the suits turned out great. They do a great job and the employees are very personable. I also needed some couch pillows sewed, as my dog chewed the zippers off of them. They fixed them and they did a GREAT job! The owner manger Ted Chung has been giving me the run around for 2.5 months about a dress he ruined. I was very patient and reasonable in trying to find a solution. I even offered to search the internet for a replacement dress, which would surely be on sale now but he refused to agree to pay if I found one. He strung me along saying he would fix it and basically did nothing. Today when I stopped by for an update, he told me to sue him. I've been a customer at The Cleaners since 2010. Their prices are reasonable; and you have a choice of same day service (if in by 9:00 a.m.) or their always reliable next day service. My clothes are always nicely hung, well pressed. I've been to several cleaners throughout the valley and none can compare. I just don't see going anywhere else. Ask about their discount special. Have been to so many dry cleaners around the valley. Not happy with any of them. Have tried a few with alterations as well. They take forever. One of my girls does competition cheer. Her uniform is smelly and stained with spray tan after every performance. Not a place that could remove the stains completely. Decided to try this cleaners and will not go to any other place from now on!! Not only is her uniform fresh, but it looks the same as it did when she first got it! The whites are white again. I dropped it off at 6 pm on Wednesday and it was ready by 5 pm on Thursday. So I decided to let them alter my other daughters formal gown. They were more than professional. Made my daughter feel comfortable and confident that the alteration would be correct. And it'll be ready by tonight, we just when in last night at 5:30! Prices are great, people are fantastic! The owner of this place is totally unprofessional. Told them to reduce 1.5 inches of the length of my jeans and they only took off 0.5 inches. Then they blamed the manufactured of my $300 diesel jeans for having wrong measuremts. Never again! read more
