This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. We trusted this place with an expensive sweater, and it came back damaged while in their care. What made everything even worse was how they handled the situation afterward. Instead of calmly helping resolve the issue, we were met with yelling, intimidation, attitude, and complete disrespect toward me and my daughter. The experience was stressful enough that I genuinely regret ever bringing anything here in the first place. Yes, they eventually gave partial compensation, but not even close to the full value of the sweater, and only after all the back and forth. At that point, it felt less about customer care and more about avoiding responsibility. I would seriously not recommend bringing luxury, designer, sentimental, or expensive clothing here unless you're willing to risk it being damaged and then having to fight to be taken seriously afterward. As someone who is also Korean, this experience was especially disappointing to me. Most Korean business owners and families I know value respect, accountability, and treating customers properly, which is why this interaction felt so upsetting and uncharacteristic. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I took my wedding gown's in for alterations. I changed my mind and requested my dresses back. The woman got angry and wrinkled up my dresses and threw them on the counter. I told her I brought them in with hangers and she threw the hangers on the counter. I requested she straighten out my dresses and put them on the hangers the way I brought them in, she refused. Her and the staff were extremely rude. She followed me out to my car as I drove away she was screaming. read more

Not the place for alterations. Brought in pants and asked for them to make them longer. She made them shorter and the hem line was extremely uneven. When I called about the issue she wanted to argue with me. Save your self the trouble, time and money and take your alterations elsewhere. read more

I've been going here for my alterations and dry cleaning needs since they opened. It is family owned and operated which is nice. They care about their business and it shows. Always greeted kindly and clothes is always ready when promised. I've had several things altered there including my wedding gown and it's always done to perfection. Prices are comparable to other dry cleaners in the area. There is an enclosed dressing room to try clothes on for alterations. Clean lobby with lots of parking in front. Love this place. read more

I wanted to try a dry cleaning service closer to my house and I found Mom's on Yelp. This was when the pandemic was in it's early stages and they were already using gloves and sanitizing the door handles after each customer visited. I got a call from them after the Governor was going to shut down non-essential businesses that my dry cleaning was finished early and they would stay open late for me to pick it up. While I was on a business trip to Vegas I needed my shirts and dress pants dry cleaned. Since I needed them done ASAP I didn't wanted to pay a premium price at my hotel so I decided to take it to a local dry cleaners. It was conveniently located near my hotel and generous parking spaces made it ease to drop off my clothes. From what I usually expect from a dry cleaner was just in-n-out type of service, but from here I felt more like a customer and it felt that the owner cared for my needs, which I always appreciate. I requested for one day service to pick up my clothes the following day. The overall experience was great, but what really surprised me was that my shirt came back very crisp and well dry cleaned. I wore it to my business meeting feeling great. On the second day I noticed that the shirt still looked decent I usually wear my shirt for a day and take it to cleaners or laundry because it usually doesn't give you the same fit. However, it was surprisingly in a good condition I just had to iron out wrinkles that I obtained throughout the day, which allowed me to wear it on my second day still feeling clean and neat. -Great customer service, caters to your needs. -On time, as my request was time sensitive I do appreciate it greatly when it is finished as requested. -Clothes returned to me in great condition, exceeding my expectation. read more

Awesome customer service, and clothes came out perfectly. Pretty pricey, so I think In the future I will only bring certain items here. Update: Mom's is still the best cleaners in the area. I've taken a brand new dress that had some kind of stain on it when I went to wear it ( no clue what it was-maybe hair stuff), but they were able to get it out. They also do a really good job on any other clothes I bring in. They are honest, too-if you leave something in a pocket, they put it in an envelope to give to you upon pick up. And as always, customer service is great! To me, having a cleaner relatively near the house, that does a great job, and have awesome customer service is worth the few extra bucks. I recently moved to Henderson and was looking for someone to replace my old cleaning spot that I loved (Thunderbird). I read good reviews and tried Mom's. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. I brought in a full 2-piece suit, another jacket, and a vest on a Thursday, assuming their standard was next-day. The lady said it would be ready Tuesday, which I found completely unusual as that would be 5 days (even 3 business days is strange). She did offer to have it done the next day after that, which I appreciate and commend them on. But my total was just shy of $20, and that is twice what I was paying previously. I'm not sure if that was a different next-day price or just the standard price, but I needed it done and figured I would pay it and see how they do. Well, I came back to get my things, and didn't realize until I got home that night that they had broken a small pocket chain on my vest. It was obvious, and it wasn't addressed at all. I should have checked before I left, but I truly didn't expect anything egregious like that. Luckily I had a backup to replace it with, but that was definitely the last time I'll be going there. read more

I love this cleaner! I used to go to some other place off College, but I randomly decided to come here instead and I just wanted to clarify- it's amazing! The prices are so cheap! I've been here a few more times than I would have liked (thanks, ripped jeans :)) but it's awesome! Most hemming repairs, for tears, rips, etc., are only $7! That definitely fits my college budget and allows me to save my pants rather than go buy new ones. Definitely a fan. I once bought a cheap velvet dress at Savers for Halloween and brought it in (it was too big) and had the sides taken in, the sleeves taken off, and the hemline moved higher (a mid calf hem is flattering on not a single person, I don't even care who you are). They did a great job, though it cost me $44, but still, it's now this eclectic, one of a kind, customized dress that's fun to wear when I'm feeling retro. Aside from the cheap prices is their turn around time! They work lightening fast! Everything is ready in 2-3 days, which is so convenient. The owners/employees are nice, cordial quiet people and I don't feel like they judge me for splitting the butt out of my pants (well I also don't care if they're judging me). So this cleaners is very close to my home and I have utilized there services previously with no problems until now. I dropped off my BeBe gown on Wed to be picked today because I have an event tonight. I have only worn this gown once two years and and it was in perfect condition. I actually just needed to get the wrinkles out but I went ahead and paid for the dry cleaning. So when I picked up the my gown the man was nice enough to bring my dress to the car and I thought it was a thoughtful gesture. so when I get home to take the dress out of the car I immediately noticed the two wires poking out of the dress where the plunging neckline is which caused two holes in the dress. I then immediately went right back and he told me that his wife was off on Saturdays and they lived 30 minutes away. So I asked if there was anything that can be done to fix my dress and he just stood there looking stupid. I reiterated that the dress was for a formal function TONIGHT and I need it to be fixed. He said nothing, no apology, no offer to refund any of my money, not even a portion... So now I have to figure out what to do with my dress before tonight... Thanks for nothing. We have tried to call them at least 6 times over the last week but no one answers the phone nor can you leave a message. Mom's cleaners is a dry cleaning business that can't clean clothes. I brought items to them several times when I got the clothes back they were not cleaned. I asked why they couldn't get the spots out they told me too tough a stain. They also made me pay for it. It was a simple food stain. I went home and cleaned it myself. This happened 2x on the 3rd time I told them I am not paying for this because I got the stains out myself. They insisted I pay and if I got the stain out to prove it and they would give me my money back. The whole time they were rude. When I brought the shirt back properly cleaned they took the money out of the register and through it at me! Yelling in their native language! I never once yelled I was stern but did nothing to provoke this. Since this experience I have learned many others have had problems with them, after speaking with customers at the cleaners a block down the street who have switched as well! read more
