The manager told me he told the employee to tell me I have to go to doordash "if I call back" so why do I need to inconvenience myself again because the manager wasn't willing to call me to rectify it. The manager interrupted me while speaking, but was upset when I reciprocated that behavior. The owner told me to look up DoorDash and how they are a third party and why I need to deal with them. Which I don't need to look up as that is common sense. But I am putting this here so the manager can see he could look up on how to turn off DoorDash when they randomly close or are out of the country etc. I am very disappointed. All of this over 2 sandwiches. If I was called or the approach was different I wouldn't be leaving this review.
