A lot of shops advertise "luxury" pedicures, but Nell's Palace truly delivers. Nothing was rushed, it was relaxing, enjoyable, and felt like a real treat. We both left feeling more relaxed and rejuvenated than we have from any pedicure before. I had Kim, who did an amazing job with great attention to detail, and my wife had Hannah, who gave her one of the best massages she has ever had during a pedicure. Although the chairs in the front waiting area could use some cleaning and there were a flies and small bugs in the back area that wouldn't leave us alone, I still can't take away any stars because the pedicure itself was that good. I do hope they address those issues, but we will definitely be back and are hoping Nell's Palace becomes our new spot for pedicures.

I'm not a huge fan of the work on the nails . Idk if it's because they are rushing or if it's certain people that do better nails than others but both times I got nails done they lifted in a week . But as far as pedicures! They do excellent work . I've had different people do my feet and they are very attentive if you ask they'll do it ! And they last . They really get into everything when it comes to cleaning and trimming . And offer so many pedicure packages that come loaded for a reasonable price . I always get the deluxe OR the detox pedicure !!!! Clay mask hit rock massage all the works ! Hot towel then to finish with wax on the feet for 75 including gel ! Ofcourse they are friendly and will talk to you I love a good girl chat in the salon . It's clean from what I can see and nice massage chairs . As far as appointments they don't always honor it . They are a busy spot so it's always hit or miss but if you can get in there , I'd definitely recommend getting pedis done. They also do good eyebrow waxing as well . The vibes are very calm as well, good r&b or pop music is often playing, and I realize I'm not really hit with those toxic nail polish fumes when I'm in there as they usually keep the A/C running or have a good airflow in their place.
