Will definitely come again. Long story short I had an old set I had gotten done elsewhere and I didn't like the finish product. I was able to find this place through a recommendation from a lively lady at the Post Office!

I have been here before but I had not posted a review. I went yesterday and "Chi" did my nails and gave me a gel polish in my toes and she literally did everything to perfection. Chi took her time with my gel fill, she was not rough, she was not tacky, and she really repaired my nails with perfection. Chi was also very nice, and she had a really good attitude!! She also had a sense of humor and her energy was great. She designed my nails and found the color that I was looking for and I will definitely be back again she is definitely my new nail tech!!

Chi IS NO JOKE! I don't want to see anybody else, not that they aren't good but they aren't Chi! ITS CHI FOR ME!!! I lowkey didn't want to post this bc I don't like ppl finding out about my ppl and/or plugs but let me not gate keep bc I really wish someone would've told me about her 7 years ago when I first moved to Antioch. Now I won't lie, it's ain't cheap but the quality is WORTH IT! I got this set done on Jan 2nd. It's Feb 2nd, I'm about to go in for a fill when they open, and baby these nails have held on! The only reason I'm missing ONE nail and the middle finger is chipped is bc I fell while I was drunk on some bday shenanigans! Chi was very sweet and kind. The shops vibe is very welcoming. I like the seating section bc it's actually comfy. Chi listened to what I wanted, then went above and beyond my expectations. Baby these stiletto nails were so sharp I was accidentally scratching and poking myself, and my man... He'll be fine! After about a week they dulled down a little, but maintained the stiletto point. I got so many compliments and I can't wait to go back for my Navy Blue Matte and gold dip!

Makes me sad to write this review because since moving back to the area (4 months) I've been going here and have never been disappointed. Today I went in for a pedicure and full set. I usually get my fills done by the tech who sits 3rd seat from the door and with how grown out my natural nails are she suggested next time I remove them and get a fresh set. Today after my pedicure, Mia did my nails. I told her I wanted a new set and noticed she was in a rush. There was a woman behind me badgering her to do her nails next. I noticed she didn't remove my nails but just gave me a fill and shortened my extension to match my natural nail length. She was in such a rush she filed my skin a couple times and once with the electric filer - I started bleeding. No apologies. I gave her a simple design instead of my initial french tip decision and it absolutely did not look like the picture. She was just in a rush to the point where she just wanted to get to the next client regardless of how the nails looked and what I wanted. Some of the gold flakes are still exposed even after the top coat. After literally pouring the oil all over my hands and then telling me to wash my hands, I walk back to where I was sitting and she had already grabbed my phone and purse and set it to the front of the shop for me to pay. The next client was already in my seat. Word of advice, manage scheduling better. I would have waited for any other tech in the shop if it meant I'd have a tech who would take their time, not hurt me, and give me what I was looking for. Previous techs at this shop have done amazing on my nails but this time was enough for me to not come back. Scheduling a color/design change else where for tomorrow.

I've been coming here for awhile so this review is overdue. Emma is a great nail tech and listens to what I want and I always leave loving how my nails turned out. I get pedicures once in awhile with anyone who is available and I'm always satisfied. The shop is clean and has a nice vibe. read more

I went there to do my nail for the first time in that place! First the person that was working on my nails it was doing it to fast that cut my finger then when I get home I notice that I have acrylic under my nails that I cannot take it off so is horrible and it wasn't cheap so one thing I'm sure I won't go back. read more

This place sucks! I took my mother in for a fill and pedicure last weekend. the guy who greeted us said he could do her nails, he starts then 5 mins later the police come in, he jumps up and leaves the store leaving my mother sitting there for 20 minutes. I walk over to one of the other ladies and ask can someone else take over?!?! They move my mother to the pedicure chair only to have her sit there for 20 mins. A young girl comes out who was obviously new and had NO CLUE what she was doing. The paint looked ridiculous and so did her feet. The girl was so scared her hands were shaking. Total scam!!!! The whole thing should've been free, but after an hour and half of waiting we just left and decided not to come back EVER! read more

Pedicures are NOT cheap anymore. I am an artist and I'm actually great at painting my toes but there is something about an actual pedicure I just need. My toes look worse than when I went in!!!! He painted my skin on so many toes I had to take a cuticle cutter to cut off the nail polish that is on my skin. Some of the toes aren't even painted right!! One looks like he had a stroke as he painted it. My pedicure looks like my niece did it. Would absolutely NOT recommend this place. I just moved to this town and wanted to find a nice place to get my pedicures and this will never be it. read more

I was a loyal customer for EZ nails. I would recommend this place to everyone who would ask about my nails and I would get asked daily. I always booked with Emma for more than a year at this point. But the customer service is not it, when I call to request her it is like it's a bother to her. Maybe its me but its not a pleasant feeling loving the work of the nail tech but knowing the nail tech does not care for you. read more

I've come here multiple times and I usually like it. Today I had a horrible experience with my toes. Then the manager was unable to solve my problem. She got defensive with me and told me the girl who did my toes was the best. Usually the girl who does my toes does good but today she couldn't get it right. I originally asked for French tip, the shape was wrong she had to re do it I told her to just do a solid color and fix the shape so my toe nails are even. She insisted they were even when they are not and did a very sloppy paint job. My big toe nail on the bottom is literally showing on both nails. I am very disappointed and will not be coming back here. read more

This is probably my second time coming here. The first time I asked for a design but by the look on everyone's faces I could tell it wasn't going to happen. I said never mind and just picked a single simple color. I came back today and asked for a gel cat eye. It didn't really come out the way I wanted it to and I didn't realize it till I was in my car that it actually came out messy. Not enough nail polish, I'm able to see my natural nail and there was a bunch of black spots left on my fingers. It's disappointing cause I figured this wasn't going to be too difficult. This place is HOME since finding this shop I have never turned back! No matter how many times I come in with crazy requests the staff makes it happen! Steve and Emma the owners are so welcoming. There is never a time I have come in that they have not make me feel welcome! Let me not forget mention there is no one in this area who shapes nails like Steve! I get so many compliments I started taking business cards because his designs never miss! first & LAST time. Mia did my pedicure and rushed the job because she had an appointment walk in. my mother & i were there for full sets, i told Tina & the receptionist, if they had time to do pedicures, that would be great! Tina did a great job on my nails, i will give her that. Mia rushed my pedicure. she did NOT file my toe nails down, she did not go under my toe nails properly to get any jam that may have been there, she rushed the painting also. she scrubbed the bottom of my feet but no other scrub happened. i explained to the receptionist my issue & i understand she had an appointment, i could have waited for someone else instead of getting a half ass job. i told him i would like it to be fixed and i could come tomorrow so Tina could fix it. something told me to ask if i would have to pay, so i asked. he said if Mia fixes them it would be free but if Tina fixed them i would have to pay $25 or i could wait a week and pay $35 for a full service. EXCUSE ME?! why would i go to the same person who did not get the job done. mind boggling. why should i pay to get my toes fixed, the receptionist agreed that the filing could have been better. he looked at my toes. HIGHLY disappointed. i paid and was not satisfied and they still could not help me. i'm so upset i could cry. it's wrong that now i have to find another TRUSTworthy nail salon. go at your own risk. read more

They make up prices as they go. I paid $45 for a gel full set, fair. Came back for a fill & was charged $45 for a gel full set again. Ask prices upfront before sitting down. The lady who did my nails, Bebe, who seemed inexperienced, does not speak nor understand English. She did not do the shape I requested, & the tips were not filed evenly. Also, it took over an hour for the fill. read more

ive been there three time first 2 times I paid a moderate price for acrylic full set , gel pedicure w/ add on and eye brow and lip wax. The third time how ever I went in for a regular gel manicure, gel pedicure w/ add on and eye brow and lip wax and I was charged more than the past times! i truly believe they decided to charge me more for some reason! Their pedicures are good that's why they got the 3 stars but their manicures are inconsistent and vary in pricing. (the second time I did dip and it was bumpy and uneven, I still left a tip). Im adding a pic of the manicure I got this time so you could see how out of pocket they were for charging the same for a full set. (Still tipped) from now on I will go solely for pedicures and eyebrows read more

I'm not sure what justifies this high price, but I will not be coming back. *edit after business response : high sanitation practices should be standard and not considered a luxury. The prices are still higher than other salons.*

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The nail technician was very pushy about what she thought would look best on me instead of listening to what I requested. I normally get a short-to-medium coffin shape because of my job, but she repeatedly insisted that a coffin shape couldn't be done at that length. I've had that shape and length many times before, so this was confusing. I also asked for an ombré design, but the final result looked completely different from what I requested. In hindsight, I should have spoken up, but I was on my way to a wedding and didn't have time to have them redone. The most concerning part was that I developed an infection on my right middle finger afterward. That was extremely disappointing and raises concerns about sanitation practices. Also my nails broke within a few days... Based on my experience, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this salon.

Unbeknownst to me at the time, I'm allergic to a chemical found in gel polish as well as the solution used to build acrylic and gel nails. The reaction causes my skin to burn, blister, itch, and swell all at once. Now that I'm fully aware of this allergy, I only get dip nails. On 5/24/26, I called and made an appointment at Crystal's. I couldn't remember the original tech's (James)name because it had been years since I'd been back after previously experiencing an allergic reaction from gel polish used on my toes by another staff member. My appointment was at 11:00 AM, and they took me right on time. Initially, everyone was friendly. The woman who did my pedicure was very nice. However, when the male tech,not James, started my nails, I became concerned because he began filing my nails down instead of soaking them off, which is how every other salon I've visited handles dip removal. When I asked about it, he told me, "Oh, we don't do that anymore." The tech then started applying a thick paste-like overlay to my nails. I immediately said, "Wait, I want dip nails." He responded, "Yes, I know," and continued applying the product. Although the nails looked nice cosmetically, I knew something was wrong. By the time I got home, I started experiencing the same burning sensation that I had before during allergic reactions. I called the salon and asked to speak with the owner, but I was told she was not working that day. I explained what was happening and was instructed to come back in. Upon my return, the friendly atmosphere was completely gone. The staff repeatedly insisted that all of their powders were dip powders and explained that they simply do dip "a different way." They removed my nails while speaking loudly in another language, and the tech removing them was rough and visibly irritated. I was refunded my money and left, but there was still residue left on my nails. At that point, I didn't even feel comfortable saying anything further because I was made to feel like I was the problem. Needless to say, my fingers are now swollen because the dip was done "a different way", not the way James originally did them, and not the way any other salon has done my dip nails successfully without causing a reaction. My only recommendation is this: If a customer specifically asks for dip nails, please make sure there is a clear understanding of the process being used and the products involved, especially when allergies are communicated. Also... where is James?

The only positive was that my pedicure turned out great. I paid $145 total, complete joke. I'm disappointed to write this review for EZ Nails, especially after the great reviews I had read. Today was my first visit to this salon. Upon entering, I was asked what services I wanted, and I requested a gel pedicure and a full set of nails. After a short wait, I was escorted to the pedicure chair. Unfortunately, the pedicure was subpar. The technician barely scrubbed my feet and didn't clean thoroughly between my nails. I decided to overlook it and move on. Next came the nail set. After my pedicure, I waited in the chair until a technician approached to confirm my request for a full set of almond-shaped, nude pink nails. Despite my clear instructions, the technician seemed rushed from the start. He repeatedly left my station to attend to other tasks, which significantly delayed the process. It took over an hour to complete my nails, and the end result was unsatisfactory. Throughout this, there was no apology for the interruptions or the poor service. If the salon couldn't dedicate the necessary time for my appointment, they should have informed me so I could take my business elsewhere. Overall, this was a frustrating experience. I paid a considerable amount for poorly executed services. I do not recommend EZ Nails. read more

I am absolutely flabbergasted at how much I love this place I've been to places all over Concord, Antioch, Walnut Creek, Brentwood etc.! The ambience of their space is very clean and pristine very updated the best pedicure chairs around town. They pay special attention to detail without having to advise them! I don't have to go to this nail salon and specifically asked for one person all of them do fabulous work. Did I forget to mention they have bath bombs for a pedicure spa day?!
